Excited for brand new high end linen sheets. So disappointed to receive this.

After mindlessly scrolling past Parachute Home ads on Instagram and Facebook then later hearing about them opening up a store near my work place, I knew I had to stop by! I always wondered what the hype was about. I also recently moved to a new apartment and decided it was time to upgrade from a queen bed to a big bad king! And with that: new bed... new sheets/blankets/pillows... who dis? When I got there, I was greeted by a sweet young lady with a beanie on. I told her my sleeping preferences (I get hot easily but like to snuggle under a blanket at night, especially in the winter or if the AC is on full blast) and she quickly recommended trying out the quilts. Upon first touch, I was sold. The quilts are nicely manufactured, great quality, thin, warm but cool, and has a beautiful modern finish to them. They have multiple colors from dark to light, but I went with the fog - a pretty versatile color. After three months of using it, I still love it! Side note: I also got the limited edition flannel quilt. This one is a tad bit thicker and has a flannel material finish that is perfect for LA "winter"! I love that it just cuddles me so hard when I sleep. Keeps me in bed longer, that's for sure! The shower curtain I got is also amazing. Yes, they're a little on the pricy side, but they're easy on the eye and stylish. It's made out of great material from Turkey (or Portugal?), and give your bathroom a nice touch of modern and hipster. I also got suckered into buying a little waffle hand towel. And for $29, best believe I only use that for special occasions or parties. LOL. I have yet to get some sheets from Parachute, but I hear great things about them. Gonna hold off until my $20 Target sheets wear out before I get some new ones. Service here is excellent. Really personable and help with decision making. I took a picture of my new bed frame and one of the workers gave me multiple options to consider. The only downside of this store is that they don't really have a huge inventory as most of their business is online. If you're traveling from far away to pick something up here, call and make sure they have it in stock at the store first. Overall, great store with great products. Drop by for a look! Quick Tips: 1. Street parking is available but can be difficult on this busy street. 2. Return with no questions asked, even if used and washed, after 60 days!

Bought an overpriced waffle robe. Loose threads everywhere. Returning today.

The most comfortable pillows I've ever slept on... and the washed linen sheets and duvet I bought is heaven. In Love.

Many of their products are made in Korea, which I loved! I came for something very specific and not only did they have the product, it was much cheaper compared to what I can find online. I ended up buying more than what I came here for because I couldn't pass on the high quality slippers, buckwheat pillows, and dishwashing gloves! This place has a small parking lot attached, but they also have another parking lot just across the street for overflow. They accept credit card as well!

Kim's Home is totally comp. to a Korean Target or Ikea Marketplace…read more They sell almost anything you could think of plus more. From reading the low star reviews, I think you need to only purchase items that you don't care about returning. Buying more expensive electronic items may be too risky for their strict, inflexible 14 day return policy. Come here to buy various 'cheaper' and fun items like inside House slippers, kitchen and home goods (especially plastic items). There are many more upscale kitchen cookware, knives that are European brands. the 2nd floor has larger $$$ electronic items, where it may riskier shopping. I feel like for expensive items, you'd be better off shopping at typical store where there is generous return policy, a la Target, Kohls. I've never seriously checked out their blanket and bedding section, but Korean blankets are supposed to be the bomb- mattress bedding that is super cooling and lightweight. I can only shop here on rare occasions that I make the long drive to K-town, so for me it's fun treasure hunt shopping, and I know I won't be able to return anything easily. This is also a great store to shop for cute gifts. The workers prob. can understand English, but don't expect American style customer service, that's not what you're coming for in older classic K-town businesses.
