They have great value, and everybody working there was super friendly and kind. The prices are definitely cheaper than the big box stores for a lot of stuff and all of their plants are extremely healthy-they have a good variety of vegetables as well and they look worlds different from the things you can buy at the big box stores!! Their prices are very reasonable. I always have the best luck with their plants, they take-off quickly and thrive. I can always find a few unique plants that I have never seen nor read about. It is always fun to bring home something that I don't already have. All of the wonderful folks at Deep Creek are kind and helpful. Every time we are more than satisfied with the service (they couldn't be more helpful) and the product (always very straight forward and quality) but our last order really showed why we keep coming back. We ordered 1.5 yards of river rock to top off some landscape at our rental and unfortunately there was an error based on the size of rock. We called and were lucky enough to get Tanner on the phone. After some phone calls and photo exchange, Tanner offered to load up his truck with an additional yard of stone and deliver is 30 minutes later. He arrived solo and helped unload our rock by hand with a shovel Talk about exceptional service. He was kind, helpful and obviously an exceptionally hard worker. It was just enough to finish our landscape project in time for our tenant to arrive home. We are blown away!!! Thank you Tanner!!! You deserve a raise! Most recently, we needed one as we added a rain chain to our backyard pergola gutters, and it looks fantastic in place. Inside the store, they have a ton of great home decor items and they're always getting new things. I especially like their selection of artificial plants (that don't look very fake). They have periodic sales, which I always seem to miss, but they're good if you manage to catch one. Lots of fun seasonal decor too, depending on the time of year you visit.

In 2021, they moved to Sandy. Their website maintains an availability sheet so you can see what they've got before you make the drive out, but it is worth visiting to see the plants in action. They have small display gardens. The entire property is outdoors so dress warmly in case of rain. They're open year round, but at a high enough elevation that they get snow in winter so plan accordingly. I recently visited looking for plants to go near my frog pond. The staff was so helpful in showing me around to potential options. I have a decent native plant knowledge but they've got so many options! Plants I've never heard of before! As usual, I left with more plants than I planned on getting :) So far, they're happy in the ground, and I can't wait to see how they thrive in spring. Keep an eye on the business's social media for sales. Oh and they accept nursery pots back so you don't have to trash or recycle them!

We had an idea of what we wanted, and within minutes they were gathering pieces from around the grounds and building two complete fountains right in front of us so we could compare styles, sound, and flow. They filled each fountain by hand, balanced them perfectly, and turned them on so we could experience the full effect. We were honestly blown away. The craftsmanship, the care, and the attention to detail were on another level. Stefan's pricing is more than fair -- especially considering we had looked online beforehand and anything comparable was well over $3,000. His deal was so good we couldn't pass it up. He answered every question with patience and expertise, and let us know they could deliver to the Fisher's Landing area after glazing the piece, which we requested. Just as promised, Stefan called on Wednesday and arrived promptly for delivery. He and his one man crew handled the extremely heavy base with ease and professionalism, bringing everything carefully around to our backyard. In under 30 minutes, they had the fountain set, filled, leveled, running beautifully, and even treated the water with algicide. The level of service was truly above and beyond.
