With that being said there is no one else I would trust to inject and certainly not after learning and listening to all of the education! When you're a model you get to hang out all day and basically take the class with them, until they are ready to inject. I'm not naive to the injecting process (I've worked in the spa industry, dermatology offices etc) but I was naive to what injectors have to know!!!!!!! I'll admit I'm the girl in her 20s etc that would buy the Groupon to save money. I understand that prices for things have gone up, I was ok with that and provided my card for the deposit. I asked what the best numbing cream was that I could buy to numb myself up before the appointment, she said that the laser tech would call me. This morning Katarina the laser technician called, she said that it was going to be over $300 MORE than what I was told the afternoon before. I was shocked, I asked about the multiple tattoo discount, she said she wasn't sure and she put me on hold for over 5 minutes. I hung up and decided to call back and just cancel. Anna answered the phone and I asked her about the massive difference in cost- she claimed that she didn't recall speaking with me the afternoon prior- Yeah, right. Selective amnesia. So, by this point I just told her to cancel my appointment. She needs to have her head checked. Katarina called back and gave me another quote with the "discount", still well over $200 what I was quoted the afternoon before. They were not apologetic at all. Poor customer service. I'll be going elsewhere.
