Went on a Monday afternoon we both ordered burgers. Beef was not seasoned at all and over cooked. Fried pickles were way overcooked and they tasted like fried fish ( dirty oil) fry's were in edible so saturated with oil. It was our first time there will not be back. Service was fine but not great either. Good view but the windows were really dirty.

Restaurant in the Best Western Hotel. Only hotel with a restaurant in Moses Lake. I believe locals come here too. It was packed for a Thursday night. I enjoyed an aperol spritz and shrimp tacos. Server was friendly and bartender made a killer drink. TVs to watch the sports and hangout- kind of loud but everyone's having a great time!. Want to be here for the brunch on Friday / Saturday, just haven't yet!

So I might have ordered this same dish twice this week, shhh, don't tell anyone . So I'm here for work training and this restaurant was a very nice surprise. The views are beautiful, the staff is all kind, and yes I ate here twice in the same week. So the first time was with a ton of my co-workers so I had the opportunity to try several different appetizers, including the calamari, the bruschetta and the mozzarella sticks. The bruschetta was my favorite, the crostini breads had been toasted and had Parmesan cheese grated and melted on top and the bruschetta tomato mix came in a bowl that you scooped into the bread. I thought this was a nice touch. I ordered the salmon, Oscar style which comes with crab, asparagus and a Béarnaise sauce. So good, the salmon wasn't dry at all and also had a light crispy outside. Very good, with the sauce, the mashed potatoes and the broccolini. The other night I ordered a bacon Gouda burger, which was definitely a hit. I could only eat half but only because it was a large portion. Great atmosphere in the restaurant or in the lounge area, a good spot for locals as well as the hotel guests.

    Wifey Salad Bar Trip...

This was a nice dining experience. I'm always suspect of hotel restaurants, but these folks clearly know what they're doing and who they are. A nice, quasi-upscale, yet laid back ambiance right on the lake, offering traditional Americano fare. Staff were all nattily dressed in sleek, black uniforms, and were friendly and efficient. Our waitress was very patient with my waffling, undecided, dawdling-to-order Wifey--who insists on never peeking at a menu online prior to arrival. Conversely, I knew exactly what I wanted before we even drove into ML. The standing ovation that our side of the resto gave after she finally decided was a nice touch. Food was great, by the way...

I'm really surprised that in the 23 years I'm in this town this was our first time trying this place, but I'm glad we did. Service was good and relatively fast for being a Friday night and a full room. Food was great! We both tried seafood, I had seafood fettuccine and my husband had crab stuffed chicken, we were both delighted by it, we are ready to go back and try more dishes. Ambiance was great, good place for adults but also kid friendly. It's not on the cheap end, you pay extra for even the bread for your pasta but I think it's worth it

Super nice and friendly staff to create a very warm environment! Glad we were able to find this gem with a view of Moses Lake at a Best Western nonetheless. Our steaks were perfect and our server was even better. Thank you!!

Food was cold. Nice view of the water and decent dirty martini. Overpriced for the quality of the meal.

**Ripple Tavern: A Glorious Watering Hole That Betrays Its Own Name**…read more Let's get one thing straight--the **Ripple Tavern** is an absolute treasure. The booze selection? **Exquisite.** Whether you're craving a craft cocktail with the precision of a master mixologist or a whiskey so smooth it makes time stand still, **they've got it all**. The bartenders? **The best in the business.** They're friendly, fast, and somehow remember your drink order better than you do. This place is a **haven of hospitality**, a **sanctuary of spirits**, and a **cathedral of good times**. But here's the thing--**where is the Ripple?** I walked into the Ripple Tavern expecting one thing above all else: **Ripple Fortified Wine**, the legendary cheap nectar famously chugged by **Redd Foxx** as Fred G. Sanford on *Sanford and Son*. And what did I find? A **complete and utter absence of Ripple**. None. Not a single dusty bottle hidden behind the bar, not a forgotten case tucked away in the back. **A travesty. A betrayal. A crime against nostalgia itself.** Imagine the audacity of naming a bar **Ripple Tavern** and **refusing** to serve the drink that made junkyard philosophers out of America's finest. How dare they rob patrons of the chance to channel their inner Fred Sanford, hoisting a bottle, delivering an impassioned rant, and clutching their chest in mock heart attack fashion while hollering, "Elizabeth, I'm comin' to join ya, honey!" If ever there were a place where such theatrics should be encouraged, **it is here**. And yet, **Ripple Tavern** refuses to complete its destiny. The oversight is so egregious that I fear a disturbance in the cosmic order--*Sanford and Son* reruns may now play slightly out of sync, junkyards across America may feel inexplicably lonely, and somewhere, deep in the heart of television history, Redd Foxx himself may be shaking his head in disapproval. Still, five stars. **Because even without Ripple, this place is a glorious den of liquid joy.** But know this--if ever they decide to **right this wrong**, if ever a bottle of **Ripple Fortified Wine** finally takes its rightful place behind that bar, then--and only then--will **Ripple Tavern** achieve **true greatness**. Until that day arrives, I shall sip my whiskey with dignity--while quietly mourning what could have been.

Micheal's by the Lake is the surprisingly upstart. This is a much needed relief. The oasis in this culinary desert. We came as a large group to celebrate my in-law's birthday. They sat us down in a privet dinning room in the back. Most places you would think we would of been ignored and forgotten by the staff. At Michael's by the Lake we pretty much had our own wait staff. They were very friendly and attentive. The food was exquisite! Everything was done perfectly. Especially the mozzarella sticks. All in all, my family have nothing bad to say. So far, Michael's by the Bay is the best restaurant in Washington State!

This is a small community and the options are somewhat limited to be sure. Every establishment has it's quirks and that's to be expected...we LOVE a good dive bar. After trying to visit and it being closed on a couple of occasions, we finally went to Chilly Mack's for the first (and last) time last night, March 27, 2026 at 8pm. First thing we noticed was the musty smell. There's no carpet in there so you gotta wonder where it's coming from. Next thing we noticed is that there are only 2 other patrons in the entire bar...at 8pm on a Friday night. The barkeep takes our drink order and is quick to deliver. I asked why it's so dead and he said it would be packed after 10pm. (We'd just left Ripple and it was pretty busy.) That's the extent of our interaction with him until we tabbed out. Didn't ask if we wanted food, didn't check to see how the drinks were...all he did the entire time was talk to the two other people there who were obviously his friends. Actually, a couple of younger ladies came in about 10 minutes after we got there, got some drinks and were then ignored like we were. Couple of other things that caught our attention. 1. The menu on the board looked decent for a dive bar...but again, we weren't offered an actual menu or asked if we wanted food. 2. We understand that it isn't named "CHILI MAC'S"...it's CHILLY MACK'S...but wouldn't you wanna play on that and make damned sure you have the best chili mac and/or every viable variation thereof in town? This place has absolutely no identity. 3. There were 6 taps but only 4 being used. 4. Lots of TVs above the bar...that was nice. We finished our drinks, tabbed out and went to Rick's. We got there around 8:30pm and it, just like Ripple, was very busy. Hmmm. It's hard to imagine a drinking establishment (Chilly Mack's) can survive on only being busy after 10pm on a Friday night? With all that being said, we won't be visiting Chilly Mack's again which is very disappointing. We weren't expecting a lot...it IS a dive bar and we knew that going in...but this was not a positive experience. We wish the new ownership the best of luck for the future.
