Nothing but good things to say. They were the only local place that took 5 pedicures within 30 minutes. Located in the mall (which was almost empty). The owner did my nails. Very good thorough job and kind. He fixed my finger nail with acrylic which was breaking for no cost. The massage he gave was excellent too. The Vietnamese guy who did my sister in laws pedicure was social and nice too. He goes to my in-laws church and single, ladies! ;) They let us stay in the massage chairs while waiting for my daughter's acrylics to be on. Super chill. There was no lady available for eyebrow tinting that day for my MIL- only certain days. read more

Last week I stopped by this spa for a pedicure. I didn't have to wait at all, which was very convenient. The service itself was okay. The technician was trying her best and asked me what kind of service I wanted. I chose a $45 package. I left a 20% tip, but later when I checked my bank statement, I saw I was charged $74 for the pedicure. That really surprised me and felt unfair, because that's not the price I agreed to. Ugh so disappointing. I'm giving a one because the foot Massage was great but the nails so bad. They came out bumpy and textured and took so long that by the time I was done I didn't even care it looked bad I just wanted to leave. 45 for regular hands and feet. Pedicure was strange because they don't add any soap just water and whatever scrub. But again massage was great but color was horrible. My nails came out textured and I had to ask multiple times to get closer to my cuticle because it was uneven and very far off that looks like the nails were grown out. This place is a joke. Me and my daughter got our nails done and 2 days after we got our gel nails done they started peeling. I called and told them what happened and they said we can get them done again but when we went there again today they refused and want me to pay again for it. We been to many nail places and they don't peel off after 2 days. Customer service is ridiculous. They said after 2 weeks is to long for to be done again. I work 10 hours everyday and is to much living 45 mins away. It is time consuming if you work and live far just for this. Wouldn't recommend coming here. I did not enjoy my pedi as much as I hope but I'm giving them a 2 star because the guy that did my pedi was polite. (Though they may be cussing at me in Vietnamese, I wouldn't know) I walked in and looked at the prices, decided to get a pedi. No one saw/greeted me so I said hi to the nearest man there who was just on his phone. He didn't hear me but luckily some other lady did and asked me what I wanted. I told them a pedi and I was asked to choose a color. Okay, so I chose a color and sat down and waited because it was kinda busy. All workers seem to be doing something, except for the man on his phone, but no other customers waiting. After a minute or so I was taken to those pedi chair. The man was polite but I was told to just sit there, WITHOUT WATER. I waited a minute or so and I had to ask another tech to turn on the water. I don't mind waiting but all other places would just let you sit there with the water. After like 15min or so I was given a pedi. If this was my first pedi ever, I would never get a pedi again. The massage was not impressive and he barely scrubbed my feet. He painted the color nice I guess. What also got me annoyed is that there's a cash price($25) and a credit card price ($28). Which was not made known. They just ask if you're paying card or cash. Btw, when I read the prices earlier, they had a piece of paper at the front counter that said $22. Oh, a nail got chipped an hour later. So the moral of my story is that... there are better places out there. read more

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to I went in for fill staff is very rude and my nails looked horrible at the end uneven and the paint was all over the sides of my fingers not far back enough or missing in spots and very patchy. I would give zero stars if i could- waste of money. She redid my gel manicure 3 times and each time it was clumpy- then i settled for a 30 dollar glitter gel manicure because they were closing. She filed my nails lopsided and still charged me full price. I left with my nails looking worse than when i went in. Awful. I am going to have them fixed at my regular salon wednesday. Do not go here and waste your money. Unsanitary and they are awful at painting. Also they were all sick and coughing on us without washing their hands. Ugh. read more

The best part is this place is open Sunday's, as nobody else in the area is. Otherwise, I got a pedicure, which I do every 2 to 3 months. This is by far the worst in a while. They do not have liners in their tubs, gross. The lady that gave me the pedicure caused me so much pain, I never have pain from a pedicure. I don't think she was well trained with the tools. They also do not have a UV drying station, combined with their rather old paints takes a long time to dry. I would not return, even if I find myself desperate on a Sunday. read more

My Massage was ruined because the masseuse texted during my Massage. How crazy is that? Even when she was using two hands, she was distracted by what she was reading. Using one hand, she would drift off while texting. Oh, I was so angry. She wasn't very good anyway because she stroked against my muscles, doing a twang like on a rubber band. To get a muscle to relax requires repeated long, firm strokes that move with the muscle, not against it. Not going there again. read more

Very disappointed. It took and hour and 20 mins to get a acrylic fill. My nails weren't even dry when they told me I could go. $31.00 for a fill, really I pay $20 at my regular place! Every finger is filed different and some different lengths. and 8 out of the 10 have bubbles on entire nail, the guy had me dry in front of fan instead of light, I kept my hands back but he kept moving closer to my hands (which caused the bubbles) He kept moving fan from side to side while he worked on each hand, thus blowing all that he was filing in my face!! Worst nail salon I have ever been to... ever... Dirty, dirty and cobwebs everywhere. Dim lighting.Someone was seated in my pedicure chair after and they did not sanitize the bowl. My gel manicure was horrific and clumpy, I had her redo my thumbs because they were literally not presentable, I know they cant be perfect but my dad could have done better.. and after she redid them, they were still clumpy/wrinkley. My pedicure felt nice but my toe-nails were filed unevenly and the polish didnt even reach the top of the nail so it chipped immediately, and to top it off a regular pedicure and a gel manicure was 61$.. that is the most expensive I have ever paid for those two services for literally the worst experience. Terrible experience! Rude, aggressive manicurist who clearly only cared about how she was getting paid, not about customer satisfaction. The entire time she kept asking how I was paying her. Really?! Then once my nails were dry I reached for my bag to pay and she grabbed it despite my protests - then actually tried to REACH INTO MY PURSE and grab my wallet out. Are you serious??? Why, so I wouldn't ruin the "beautiful" manicure you spent a total of 5 minutes on? They get the job done but the staff isn't very pleasant to deal with. My friend and I went for pedicures, and I was finished at least fifteen minutes before her and not due to difference in feet condition! The girl working on my friend's nails did a great deal more on her nails than mine like pushing back the cuticles. At the end of the pedicure, they led us over to a table where the under lighting would "dry our feet" when they were nothing more than fluorescent lights. Used their paper and pencil sign up sheet and waited patiently (with zero communication or acknowledgement). After a 90 minute wait (next to the screaming kids in the play area) i was told that an appointment had to go ahead of me, so it would be another 40 minute wait. No thanks. read more

Just got a pedicure at Paradise Day Spa in the mall it was the worse pedicure I have gotten anywhere. I will never go there again. Visiting this "Spa" was the worst decision I have ever made. I was given a gift certificate for a 1/2 hour Swedish massage, basic manicure and basic pedicure. I decided to get a 1 1/2 hour deep tissue massage instead. 10 seconds into the massage I knew I had made a mistake. The "massage therapist," who wore 4" high stiletto heals during the massage, was extremely unprofessional, she clearly did not have any experience as a masseuse (I looked but did not see a massage therapy license in the room), she didn't even ask me if I had any injuries or specific issues I wanted her to focus on. She did, however, tell me before the massage even began to make sure at the end of the massage to tell the manager that she had done a wonderful job. Some of the issues: - I was not draped properly (in fact, she had no intention of leaving the room while I undressed nor did it appear that she had any intention of putting a blanket or sheet over me at all during the massage) - Men were walking in and out of the "room" during the massage (the door consisted of a sliding curtain in a doorway) - The masseuse walked in and out of the room several times and left the drape open while I was lying half covered in the room and clearly visible to other customers - The masseuse never focused on any knots that she happened to find in my back, and continued to press down multiple times on a bruise on my leg that I had warned her about just prior to her working on my legs. She kept apologizing saying that she kept forgetting. I could go on, but do I really need to? It was an absolutely horrendous experience and I pray that this review will save other people from having to experience what I went through. There were also several other women in the spa who had received manicures and pedicures who told me that they couldn't believe how poorly the work had been done. They had nail polish all over their skin and their nails looks terrible. I could not find a single employee who spoke enough English to whom I could relay any of this feedback. Bottom line is ... don't waste your time or money visiting this spa. It is anything but a relaxing experience. read more

The inside is a little dated and the dim lighting makes it hard to see the colors of the polish properly, but I can look past that. I went in with a design (and picture) in mind. I figured since they had such intricate designs on display at the register, they could recreate what I had pictured. When I showed them, they talked in front of me and laughed in my face and said no they couldn't do the design. I showed them another, more simple, design (I could recreate myself at home, but wanted to treat myself at the salon) and after some discussion they decided they could do it. The man (there were two, the one I had was a bit older with black hair and the other a much nicer, younger bald/shaved headed man) angrily took my nail polish off and went straight to painting my nails. No trimming of the cuticles, shaping of nails, lotion, hand massage, nothing. He kept making sarcastic jokes asking why I liked so much color and repeatedly asking the lady next to me if she wanted a design too. I was very stressed the entire time since his frustration was so visible, so this "treat" was shot to hell within five minutes of the visit. I was very nice and told him how much I loved the outcome and I really don't think he had any reason to be so rude, seeing as the women next to me treated their manicurists like animals and had a complaint about everything. Even giving one star is pushing it. Went yesturday . The lady doing just a manicure no gel, nothing fancy. Was coughing all over my hand and me. She did a horrible job one mu nails. The tops were still all rough. Polish looked like a,e year old painted them. I asked someone else if i could take polish off. They said let us,repaint them. Gave me rhe same lady . Who seemed mad. Re did. Still looked bad. But i just wanted to get out of that place. . Then time to pay. She said 40 i was like ok thought they just charged for my daughter and wasnt going to charge me completelt for mine since mine sucked. I filled it out. I didnt leave her a good tip. Left tip for lady that did my daughters.. lady come up to me saying i need to pay for she put wrong about in Im like sorry but your not running my card again. My nails look awful .and i should have tp pay for this awful experience. She didnt even clean the bowl or the beads she used for my manicure. Not so clean or sanitize. I went to get a gel pedicure and it was awful. First, the water was way to hot for my feet and it felt like they got a little burnt, even after I told the lady to add cold water. Second, the lady cut me as she was trimming the cuticle on my big toe and it wouldn't stop bleeding the whole time I was there so she kept applying ointment to stop the blood, which stung really badly. Third, when I finally got out of there my toes looked great, but all the polish peeled off three days later! She didn't know what she was doing. Apparently the gel nail polish itself is $22 extra...oh wait! If you pay cash, it's only $20 extra! You're also supposed to enjoy and relax while getting your nails done... Not sit there in pain because they're burning you with their dremmel tool. And by the way, it's dark in there for a reason. They don't want you to see what a crap job they're doing before you leave. I said credit she said u no pay cash I was like no, how much for the girls she was like $28 each I said WHAT, unless u pay cash it is $25, so what am I supposed to do tell my girls let's go. Nice atmosphere...but I am rather unhappy with the result. Half of my nail is white, while the other half is the pink acrylic. It looks unprofessional (I just got a new job, so this is important) and the topcoat she used is full of bubbles that really ruin the finish. Will definitely not return. read more

Went for a basic manicure. Greeting was friendly and cost was ok. Results were not great. No trimming of cuticles. When I got home I noticed the entire polish from both big toes slipped down halfway down my nail. Almost like the polish didn't even adhere. Another toe was chipped off. I let my toes dry for over 20 minutes in the salon while I waited for her to come back from a waxing walkin appointment. My feet felt dry an hour later and my heels were still cracked and dry. I was waiting for the stores to open on a Sunday. I saw this salon was open even though it didn't look like it. I went to the front and asked if they were open and if I could get a pedi. The woman came up front and said yes, we're open. I asked what the pricing was for a basic pedi and she showed me a brochure. She skipped the basic pedi and put her finger on another package saying this is what you want. I said all I want is a basic pedi and the cost. She kept pointing to the upgrade. I said no, just a basic please. I agreed to go in. I picked my color and looked around as to where to go next. I finally see her in the back filling the tub with water. Not a mention of how are you? Come this way? Nothing. I sit down and she asks me a question . I couldn't understand what she was asking me. I didn't know nationality she was. Asian? Thick accent. There was a lady sitting next to me and she told me what she was asking. I answered and said I'm sorry that I didn't understand the question. She then never looked at me, smiled, nothing! She was rough, hurrying and very unpleasant! When she was finished. She didn't say anything. I said very pretty. Nothing. Crickets! She got up and I set my phone timer for 15 minutes to let my nails dry. She peaks out and sees me checking my toes around 15 minutes later. She comes out, removes the toe seperaters and says NOTHING!!!! Her name is Lyn. Don't go there, don't waste your money. I was hoping for a relaxing experience and didn't get it.
