The turf looks great. It was installed just as I requested and it looks super. I requested some curves in it and they did a wonderful job with it. And when they were done, they took scissors and went around the entire outside edges to be sure the install looked it's best. Very happy! Not that they were expensive, but a couple bids were lower but I knew I'd see this lawn every day. So glad I picked Paradise Greens. Think before you buy. It is worth having it done right. read more

Matt, our salesman, was friendly and professional. He explained what he proposed and answered all our questions. Paradise Greens was our 5th quote and by far the most thorough and they were flexible with options. They were not the cheapest, but had the best product in our opinion. It was a newer product by a part of the long established AstroTurf company. It was the only turf that was not directional and had other desirable features. Not being directional enabled them to install the turf with only ONE Seem! All the other quotes would most likely have more than one or would have to be a smaller area. The install crew was equally professional, and even friendly. They answered questions during the install and left the yard cleaned up and were very respectful of our property. read more

I rated it 3 stars because Matt, the sales man, wouldn't return my calls concerning the left over turf pieces... he initially told me that I would be left with the remainder turf for lawn repair in the future. I called and asked about it, and he sounded very customer oriented saying he'd check on it and get back to me .. he didn't... approximately 4 years later I called to see if he had something that would match so I could repair a burnt spot... he sounded awesome. Said he was going to call the office and check on what type of grass I did have, so we can see if there was something that could match. He never called back. After trying three times I gave up ...telling him it would be my last phone call. What he didn't know is that I was going to replace the turf in the front yard and was going to have a conversation about that but he no longer found value in me.... Called the main office and set an appointment with their sales rep, Matt Smearman. Matt arrived on time April the 27th and spent over two hours convincing us they were the company to install artificial turf in our yard, a project we wanted to move forward with. Matt said he would have a partner for the paver work we also wanted and could do the entire project, should have a quote quickly. Here we are on May the 17th and after calling both Matt's cell and Paradise Green directly numerous times, not a single call back. If they are swamped with work and can't take on more, just tell us, but no return calls or emails. Completely unprofessional and I will be telling this story to anyone who will listen for many years to come. STAY AWAY FROM PARADISE GREENS, they will waste your time. This is our third artificial grass project. We wanted to replace the rock because every time it rains my 64 pound puppy is tracking in mud so we put in a dog run. I was a little reluctant to the possibility of the grass smelling over time but we are replacing carpet and I just don't want mud in the house. Michael suggested a special product they use for dog areas and a spray to help odorize. I appreciate that the grass is American made. The grass is high quality and looks amazing. We worked with Michael who was great and very professional. The crew leader and installers were efficient and careful and did a great job cleaning up. On both occasions, I was told they would see if they can request the samples and get back to me with a response. I never heard back on either occasion. We had turf installed in our backyard by Paradise Greens about a week ago, and it could not have turned out any more beautifully. It was installed with great care (on our previously bumpy dirt area that is now pool-table smooth) and has given us a whole new love for our backyard. OK so I purposely waited a few months to write a review. I wanted to make sure all was still amazing looking after some time. My yard looks and feels like a milliion bucks! The grass is so soft and real looking and I get so many compliments and stares at how wonderful it looks and makes the yard looks ten times better than the traditional desert landscaping we have had for 20 years. I cant't help staring at my yard every time I walk out the front door or pull up in the driveway. My only regret is that I didn't call Paradise Greens years ago! Made an appointment with Todd well over a month ago to give me an estimate on getting my backyard done. Call me one hour before our appointment to tell me that he wasn't able to make it because he was called on to another job and somebody would be coming by later if that was OK. Recently had a small area of turf put in for my dogs. Matt came out and showed me their samples. He was very helpful and polite. Bobby and the rest of the installation team were wonderful. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I would work with them again in a heartbeat. However, I cannot say the same of the owner Charlie. A question came up during installation, and Bobby put his boss on the phone to speak with me. He was rude, obnoxious and condescending. I have never heard a business owner be so disrespectful. I would have actually done more projects with his company, but now I will not ( unless Charlie cares to apologize). I purposely waited a month to write this review to give him time to do so. Since it was not forthcoming, I just want the other consumers to know the workers are great, so far the product is good, but the owner does not have good customer service skills. Be vary wary should you need to talk to him. You may come away shaking your head in disbelief. read more

I have a very small backyard, as I live in a mobile home resort, and there was nothing in our backyard but dirt, so we decided to have artificial turf installed. After reviewing several turf companies, we decided on Paradise Greens to do the job for us, and did we ever make the right decision! We worked with Matt from beginning to end, and he was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and just a pleasure to work with throughout the entire project. The four man crew of installers were absolutely a master of their trade, they did an excellent install and when they left there was not one piece of trash left anywhere in our yard. Our main reason for putting the turf in was for our dog, she had no place outside she could use but a yard of dirt. She loves the new turf spending most of her day outside laying on the new green yard that looks exactly like real green plush grass. We wanted a good quality turf that was manufactured in the U.S., and of course, price was also a major factor. We certainly made the right decision to use Paradise Greens because we got both of what we wanted - a high grade turf that was made in the U.S., and a very reasonable price. We bought artificial turf and had it installed by this company back in October. At first we loved this company. We paid extra to have them remove the weeds in the area that they were going to put the artificial turf. I had them come and start installing the turf when I wasn't home. When I got home they were basically done, the grass looked amazing, my husband and I were extremely happy with it and the job they did. Now, a few months later we are completely disatisfied with the job the instalation team did. My 11 pound puppy was able to lift up the corners of the turf and rip out the nails anchoring the grass to the ground. We now have to have bricks on the corners so he doesn't do any more damage. I can go to the middle of grass and barely pull up without any force and about a 6 inch to 12 inches around that area will lift up. I have tried this to my in-laws turf who has the exact same turf but installed by another company and it doesn't lift up like mine does. Also there shouldn't be weeds growing on the primiter of where the grass butts up to the house or a brick wall and there are weeds growing. I called Paradise Greens when my puppy initially lifted up one corner, they told me that dogs can do this. But my puppy barely has any teeth at this point and once again was only 11 pounds. They also said they would charge my approximently $100 to come fix this issue because we live in Laveen and they would call me back to schedule an appointment when they are in the area, I never heard from them and its been at least a month. I will not be using this company to finish off my backyard, like I originally planned to. read more
