He then verbalized that he's made it simple, color coordinated new vs used, what you get with each purchase, you get to choose all the table cloth colors, the new items shown are purely display items. The price has everything's included (delivery, install). Accessories are included currently dt a promo they're running. I like this guy. He gets to the point. He's a little abrupt. He doesn't seem to bullshit or make meaningless conversation. No pressure. He pretth much stayed behind the counter while we were looking. Social distanced. I wanted to clarify what he said, so I asked him again that we could pick cloth colors for new. He was patient and answered my question appropriately. Idk what's with all these reviews about rudeness. I like that he didn't bother me while I was looking. I could take my time and observe, but then once I walked a circle around the pool tables twice, he clarified prices/etc. I'm here to get info, not make best friends. Ultimately, I didn't buy anything. YET. I'm v interested in one of their pool tables. It's 3k for an 8 ft. Seems like a pretty good deal since they throw in a bunch of accessories but its still a little higher than what I expected to pay. Cost per use? seems v high for how much we plan on using it. I did what any reasonable person would do and spent way too much time searching the internet for replacement straps or someone who could fix it. Nothing. Dead ends everywhere. Then it hit me. Why not go back to where it all started? So I walked into Casual Living not expecting much, but hoping for a miracle. After a bit of digging on the computer, an employee looked up and said they might have something in the back. She disappeared like she was on a mission. While she was gone, I wandered the showroom and immediately got myself into financial danger. The place is basically an outdoor paradise. Beautiful patio setups, grills that make you want to host a cookout immediately, and enough inspiration to convince you that your backyard should be featured in a magazine. A few minutes later she reappears, casually holding the exact replacement frame like she just pulled Excalibur from the stone. I did not even hesitate. Take my money. They rang me up and I also found a side table that sparked a little inspiration for how I want to set up the space. That inspiration followed me home and led to me ordering a beautiful Robert Louis Tiffany lamp separately to complete the vision. In a world where customer service can feel like a lost art, this place absolutely delivers. They did not just sell me furniture. They saved my favorite nap spot and gave me ideas that turned into a full sunroom glow up. This store is all about big bold pieces that make a statement. It is the type of store one would visit if decorating an estate. Some of the items are rather tasteful while others will remind you of Bollywood or Vegas. Many of the pieces remind me of Middle Eastern Decor and will set you back a penny. They had a full sized butler with tray for $800. A simple chest with three drawers will set you back approximately $1700 and prices go up from there. This store also holds auctions so that you can bid on various items for sale. The good news: looking is free!

The paintings run around $100-$250 plus in the auctions - there were mostly oil paintings available. Unfortunately, we weren't able to find something for our mate, but it was a fun visit and a totally different experience.

I am surprised that they chose to carry their old listing and their old reviews instead of creating an entirely new listing. This is not the same store because the previous store had a poor selection and I did not find the items to be quality items. The current store has a great selection of sofas, chairs, bedroom furniture, dining sets and more. It is clearly a different store, and I don't know if it's new management, new supplier, higher standards or what but this is definitely an improvement. Some of their brands included England, Bernhardt and Lazy- boy. I loved that the fabric chairs were also available in rich and supple leathers that offered cool colors such as teal, orange, red and nice neutrals as well. We were actually very impressed. They have a nice selection of modern and traditional furniture so a little of something for every décor. As a single mom it is very expensive for me to replace a refrigerator full of food. They have had to take my 2nd fridge in to work on it and try to fix it. It has been year of nightmares dealing with this.
