They gave us a detailed estimate for the repair and unfortunately there was so many things wrong with it just wasn't justified to get it repaired. The sign said Oreck but they are really David's vacuums. It felt odd and shabby, the showroom is run down and dusty. I had to ask all the questions and the salesman didn't seem to care if I bought anything or not. I think that the place is neglected and the experience made me feel sad. That being said, I will take my vacuum there for service, because I don't think we have that many options in the area. read more

Whomever answers the phone at this location is snooty and rude. I wouldn't recommend giving this company any business until they learn how to appreciate customers. Any questions I asked about having my vacuum repaired here were answered nastily. I will very happily take my business elsewhere. Someone in the family had an unexpected need for a vacuum cleaner and I just so happened to have a Oreck lying around. I know, who has an Oreck lying around? However, I purchased this sixteen YEARS ago and I no longer have any carpet. It's an excellent vacuum cleaner and it only weighs 8 pounds. So I took it in for repair so that I could gift a fully functional cleaner to a relative. I'm sort of sad to let it go. They got that vacuum looking brand new. They will ALWAYS try to sell you a new vacuum and if it was for me I probably would have bought one, but I am NOT giving away a brand new Oreck vacuum cleaner. They have a ton of other products for floors, cement, wood decks, air purifiers, etc. The workers are nice and they did great work on my vacuum. So, if I ever buy a home that does have carpet... If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are no longer "My Oreck Store" Very rude manager and customer service. They gave me the wrong vacuum bags, and when I came back for the correct ones, they insisted I pay for the difference even though it was THEIR mistake. This store recently became "Vacuums Etc." So they may be under new management, but AVOID at all costs. read more

If you need service this is the place to go. I had a very expensive commercial vacuum that went down. I had taken to two other locations and were told different problems and they couldn't order parts for it. Took to Oreck Snellville with one last try instead of throwing out a $700 machine. They called a couple days later and told me the problem but they couldn't order direct from Bissell. They were awesome enough to look up the part number online along with the number to order the part directly from another supplier. Order and took the part up to them, couple days later get a call it's ready. Thing runs terrific now and for a very reasonable price on the service as well. Great Job read more

This is my Oreck store since I bought mine over a decade ago online. They are very friendly and nice and have fixed the only two problems I have ever had. They also give you 3 free tuneups after my last work I had done. They do try to sell sell sell their accessory items, but I've just come to expect it and say no thankyou. read more

I purchased an Oreck XL 1 yr ago, with 10 annual tune-ups included in the price. I took it in for the 1st tune-up and it took the Oreck Snellville, GA location 8 days to get this done. Unbelievably slow service. read more
