Customer Service is excellent. I bought a piece a few months ago ended up having a little problem with it so I took it back to see what could be done about it and fully expected to have to drive back again to pick it up which was about another four hours of driving and to my surprise they allowed me to exchange the piece I had purchased previously, and got me on my way as a happy customer. Customer Service for outweighs the product, but that shouldn't diminish what you're getting because these are awesome pieces of reclaimed wood that are difficult to find but they have a ton of it. Had a great experience. We were helped by a man named Michael who was first class. He was helpful and patient with us moving beams on and off the display and answering any questions we had. He helped us pick out a mantle and got it routed and ready to hang for us in less than 2 hours. I would recommend this place and his name to any one! read more

If I could give this place a negative rating I would, poor customer service/courtesy doesn't even come close to an accurate description of the employees and, I assume, the owner. I came to this store today to purchase a mantle and see what other things they had that might be of interest, however I was met with the most rude, hostile, and aggressive man I've ever encountered. I drove an hour to Monroe and had gotten lost, I called the business and spoke with another guy who was really helpful and described the building ( triangular metal structure) and told me that they were located on Davis St. and to park in the gravel parking lot. I followed his directions and once I saw Davis St. and the gravel parking lot, I pulled in. I got out of the car and was unbuckling one of my children when a man with a buzz cut and white hair came storming toward me aggressively. He started yelling incessantly, "YOU CANT PARK THERE!!!!!" This completely caught me by surprise, he proceeds to yell, "THERE'S A SIGN NO PARKING!" I reply that I didn't see the sign. He continues to yell that I can't park there. So I ask where am I SUPPOSED to park??? He then responds, "I DONT CARE WHERE YOU PARK!!!!", while flailing his arms. "YOU CANT PARK HERE!" I was so upset because he came out of the building yelling, didn't ask any questions and wasn't pleasant AT ALL, not to mention there were people standing around watching this man yell at me and my children. After he was done he went over to the crowd of people and started talking and laughing about yelling at me, then stood at the door waiting for me to leave. This was an absolutely horrible experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone! His behavior was disgusting and what makes it even more sickening is when my husband drove there to ask him face to face about why he treated me that way he LIED and said he asked me if I was a customer, which HE DID NOT! He also showed my husband the sign which ACTUALLY says NO PARKING, CUSTOMERS ONLY. But he didn't even mention the CUSTOMERS ONLY part when he was yelling at me. They are very much aware of his crass behavior as well because I called the number back and spoke with the gentleman who gave me the instructions on where to park and he knew exactly who I was talking about and that "he's like that", and had the nerve to say I can still come in. Why would I want to shop or spend my money there after such a terrible experience? It's a shame the owners would entrust their business to someone with such behavior. I can only imagine the amount of business they lose because of his vile attitude. I will not be spending any money with any business that degrades and demeans customers, especially for an audience. read more
