Internally, the parts, rust, and it bleeds on the outside of the barbecue while dripping down on your patio deck. They told me that this was normal and that it was my responsibility to maintain, but how can I maintain metal parts, rusting internally, bleeding out rust onto the exterior of the barbecue box and patio floor. Great on the sale (sexy product and showroom) but horrible on service. Our grill does not work and they refuse to come out to repair it without paying a 250 service fee. In two months of ownership, we have been able to turn on the grill once. Otherwise it will not start. At over $8k this is absolutely unacceptable and an epic fail of a product. Run away. read more

DON'T PURCHASE! See reviews and photos! Not even CLOSE to Paradise $30k!!!!!! Read all the reviews in different places. What you'll see CONSISTENTLY is that their commissioned sales people LIE LIE LIE LIE and there is NOTHING that your "warranty" will cover. NOTHING! Within the first two months, only one speaker worked. Within 4 more months, only one red strand of lights that remains on 24/7. Then the rust. Every single piece of their "marine grade" tin. You've got cabinet doors that do to nowhere. They're simply cutouts in the cheap resin body of the bar and that's it. They are incomplete. The grill lid fell off. And then bit by bit the bar started to crumble and continued to do so. Oh, and lest you think for a second that all this wasn't brought to their attention, think again. Doesn't matter. They won't do anything. This product is GARBAGE and honestly it really is a shame that they can't be stopped somehow. Class action law suit anyone? I'm 100% open. read more

I bought a $10,000 grill and the gfi was broken. It started but would trip after 40 mins. I stopped by the store twice (unless Riley is there, you get 0 help). Called three times and when I finally got to Riley, he said he'd research and get back to me. Never responded. I asked for his supervisor, he got me in touch with Crespo. He sent a new GFI but it was $200 to replace. 1/50 of the cost of the grill that was broken. I replaced the gfi with a different company and now it works great. I spent $250 to get it replaced. That's shitty customer service. Riley Best and Crespo, learn from your mistakes. I feel overlooked and ignored. Great Grills, terrible service. Not LIT. read more

We purchased our grill system a year and a week ago from the Fort Lauderdale store for $13k. The salesmen were great and handing out beers, but as soon as the ink dried on the contract, the fun stops there. Our 3-month delivery date kept getting pushed back and we finally got our grill in mid-February. The installers didn't know what they were doing, left a bunch of parts not installed with no explanation, and didn't provide the umbrella holder for the umbrella that was part of the purchase. They told me "go buy some PVC and make your own". It took forever to get that resolved, a dozen phone calls and complete run-around from the store manager up through corporate. As soon as that was resolved, the countertop literally started falling apart. It isn't a solid piece of material, each side and angle is caulked on and this caulk failed causing a side of the counter to fall off and shatter. Once again, the complete run-around starts with nothing but lies, failed promises, NO FOLLOW UP, and no responses to emails. Whenever I call from my regular number, I immediately get put on hold then hung up on after 10-20 minutes on hold. I have to call from a series of different phone numbers for the customer service to actually pick up my call. The "service manager", Jennifer, refuses to speak to me and won't answer emails. When the counter replacement was actually made, the delivery date was July 2nd. They NO-SHOWED. Somehow, they then lost this counter and said a new one would be made, but the next time they could make the delivery was mid-August. When that day came and no delivery, I called and they said the counter was never even made. The next delivery date would be Sept. 9th. When I called that day to find out where they were, they said the truck broke down and had to reschedule for Sept. 16th. Today, after never receiving any delivery window, I called and was told they didn't have a truck, so no deliveries were being made today and they would need to deliver it on Sept. 24th. Not only is this whole sequence of events beyond laughable and their dishonesty is amazing, but each time I had to deal with them, when they would actually take my call, would take no less than 20-30 minutes with the majority of that time being placed on repeated holds. If you're considering a grill- RUN OUT THAT DOOR AND NEVER LOOK BACK (no matter how many Coronas they try plying you with). This company is the biggest sham, do not stand behind their product, which is low quality, and has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. P.S. I renig the 5-star review they pressured me into doing while drinking beers at the initial purchase. read more
