I had a great experience here. The staff was very helpful and they have a separate room with slabs that are discounted. You can find a great deal in that room. I had been looking for a plain white countertop without any veins and I found it here for $300! That was the price of the entire slab. I couldn't believe it. They even held the slab for a few weeks while I found an installer and didn't charge me for storage. They delivered the slab without any issues to the installer who then cut it and brought it to my house to install. I highly recommend this place. They have a great variety for all budgets and they are very helpful. Also they have plenty of parking and clean restrooms. read more

Where do i begin. Showroom out dated horrible lighting. Cracks on the tiles in the showroom. Very little quartz color options but yet such a big slab yard so disappointing. No quartzite either another disappointment. The value center was so dusty and hot I had kept sneezing I'm not sure why it was so hot when they had two huge fans there, I hope they don't leave their employees in the warehouse like that in this Florida heat. Store manger came to help but he smelled like he just smoke 3 packs of Newports I had to ask him to send someone else because I had my child with me. Just horrible overall experience. This is an excellent chain with quality products at competitive prices. However, if your GC has an account there, or plans to lay the order off on a sub, be absolutely sure whoever you're working with understands this may happen. At which point you may not get any service! If you're paying the bills but a GC or sub will order to get a better price or better delivery terms, make sure you know who to talk to. Which may dependent on which sub the GC has yet to choose. When the sales person we dealt with did not get the order, we were treated like s___t. After the initial $40k order placed by a sub selected after we identified what we wanted, rather than deal with Bedrosians, we took the remaining $30k for slabs elsewhere. This is the dilemma the building suppliers have yet to figure out how to deal with. If you build a showroom, you're inviting the public shopper. At which point the Bedrosians of the world need to stop with this different prices & terms for different classes of customers. They will tell you everyone pays the same price. That is not the case. We have 2 examples where we were quoted different (higher & lower) prices than the trade pays. Also, if you're doing a condo be aware Bedrosian is curb side service only. That does not appear to be negotiable. So your GC needs to have a heavy duty forklift and a crew waiting there for a truck that may never show up on the scheduled day. Fortunately, our GC said no-way, stopped us from placing the order and laid it off on a well equipped sub that had a Bedrosian account and the suitable contacts. After that experience, we decided to shop where we shopped for slab pre-showrooms, 20 years ago. The yards. What we found was excellent product, more choice and ok prices. But its not a nice clean showroom you'll be trudging around in. read more

I went to buy some tiles for a shower I was redoing, and I understood the fact that the tiles were not refundable, but the standard construction materials. The salesman insisted that I buy we're not returnable either, and after I paid an exorbitant price for them, my contractor refused to use them. I asked them to refund the purchase for the unopened and unused and sadept stored unused materials. They refused. I will never shop at the store again. I recommend you not shop there either. Other stores have much better customer service. any company that won't take back its own product from a paying customer is worthless in my book. read more

Prices are higher at this Location than they are in San Jose, CA!!! Pricing is high. Will not honor professional discount offered in other locations but "will work with you". Supposedly will grant a discount but they will not divulge what that "discount" will be. We're not interested in playing games; Instead we prefer to take our business elsewhere. As if moving in isn't stressful enough, i was very leary on who to trust to do the job well and timely in tiling all the bedrooms, with wood plank looking tile, in our new to us home. Lilly, our floor associate was so helpful, friendly and kept us up to date with delivery of materials. Abe Heguaburo, our installer recommended, what a gem. Truly a pleasure to work with him. Very personal, enjoys what he does, informative and his team of installers are very skilled at what they do. Excellent communication and follow through. The installers worked long days to get the job done timely and we couldn't be more thrilled that our vision came out better than envisioned. We purchased over $8k of tile from Bedrosians. They said they had the tile in stock and it would be delivered in five to ten days. Then they said 15 days, then a month, then two months. In the end, we asked for a refund. Then someone got into a car accident and told me he'd follow up and never did. We are out several hundred dollars after this transaction got messy. We are very disappointed. We eventually found a company in Florida that carries the exact same style of tiles at one third of the price -- ouch. It was a win for us. We got our tile for $5k. I guess that it was meant to be. I am happy with the outcome, but they could have been better at following up. This was way before Covid stay at home. I hope this review helps someone else wisen up. I am leaving a very good review for the other tile company. They ship to Seattle and are awesome to work with. Check out my other review for their info!!! read more

Bedrosians Deerfield summary, nice showroom, sub-par customer service, and mediocre products, no returns or exchanges even on non custom stuff like grout or thinset. When you walk into the showroom, you are in awe and the showroom is beautiful. I like 2 tiles, the Heathland Cherry and the Heathland Banyan http://www.bedrosians.com/en/product/detail/heathland-collection-tile/?itemNo=TCRWH1560N and when I requested samples, they charged me for the samples which was refundable within 10 days. Some other tile places do not charge you for samples. Also, I was told that some sales people will give you samples at no charge. I checked with the sales folks and they had the Heathland Cherry in stock at the Deerfield store. I came next week and placed the order for the tile and my preferred shade of grout and I was told that they had the required quantity in stock and I could pick it any time. My tile installer went 2 days later to pick up the material and that is when things started going down south. I was informed over the phone by my tile installer that the tiles were not available and that the tiles are coming from Jacksonville and will be available either later that day or the next day. Also, they did not have the grout and that I need to pick a different shade of grout color. I go again to the store in the evening to since now I have to choose another grout color and I ended up getting a different shade than I wanted based on their sales persons recommendation. My tiles had still not come. I was not getting any clear answers as to why my tiles were not there even though they were in stock and why they needed to be ordered from elsewhere. Finally after an hour and getting agitated, Jim (I guess a manager) was able to placate me by saying that they had the tiles in stock but they were all different shades and not from same batch. Luckily the tiles arrived the next day and we started installing them. The look of the Heathland Cherry tile is good but the quality is lacking. For 520 sqft I bought 575 sqft and we found a few tiles chipped which is acceptable but we found large inconsistencies in the width and height of these tiles making installation very very difficult. In the end I needed around 600 sqft. This brings me to the last most frustrating part of customer service. I needed 2 more boxes of the tiles and I knew it would have to be ordered because they may not carry the shade that I had ordered earlier. I reach the store at 4pm and the sales guy starts preparing the order. He can see in the computer system that they have inventory but he does not know the shade. He calls into the warehouse to get the shade and it takes ware house more than 30 minutes to tell us that they dont have the shade I am looking for. By this time its 4.45 on a Thursday and I see the warehouse people closing the warehouse at 4.45 even though their website says that on Tuesdays and Thursdays the warehouse closes at 7. I take the matter up with the folks in charge there and they conveniently say that the website is wrong and it needs to be fixed. In order to keep on working, I request the sales person to get me the a sample of the shade they have in stock to see it work for me. This takes another half hour because the warehouse people are packed up and leaving. Finally someone from warehouse gets a sample of a completely different tile. I was really frustrated and I requested the sales guy to go check and get me at-least the right sample. He then goes in and after looking around finds me the boxes of tiles I need with the right shade. Just wasted a lot of tile. Also, the grout they sold turned out to much lighter than the picture on the grout box after it set. I had to run to Home Depot to get another grout. Bedrosian don't even take returns on unused products so you cannot even order more just in case. Overall my experience dealing with Bedrosian Deerfield Beach, FL was a stressful one. YMMV. BTW their website still has the incorrect timings for the slabyard 10 days after they were notified. I think they knew it earlier but are not courteous enough to fix it for their potential customers.
