So, when a tree fell during the hurricane and ruined my existing grill, I was at quite a loss. I do have a gas range inside, but without power, my gas oven will not work. Plus, I like to use my grill for an oven, too. The week after Beryl moved through here, I went to Cunningham to get a replacement grill. Because they keep such great records, they knew exactly which grill I had installed just 2 years ago, and I'm so thankful they had a new one in stock. And, believe it or not, they came out and installed it that afternoon! Now I could really cook! And cook I do on that grill, which is a big made-in-the-USA model. Love it and love the service from Cunningham.

I have what they called "the Ferrari of gas grill and smokers" from them…read more First, the grill was installed wrong and they don't do service calls at all (you might want to note that part) so I paid a plumber to fix it. Next, weird things started to happen- like fire shooting out of the knobs that get fire hot anyway and a five alarm fire inside that literally warped the grill surface and the smell of natural gas when it was off. We thought it needed cleaned so we paid for professional grill cleaners who told us it was a wreck. Everything from the gas tubes (where the flames come out) to the drip plates were completely rusted out. They said it all needed replaced. Knowing they don't make house calls, my husband went and politely asked to purchase new gas tubes, drip plates, and a knob he would have installed. At first they said it was impossible and eventually admitted it was their grill and said ok to the parts. That was a year ago. My husband has visited and called about every other month and they always say the parts aren't available yet. Literally every single time -no parts available. As a result we have a $6,000 boat anchor and no grill for a year now. Do not buy anything here. You will regret it forever. Buy anything but this brand.
