Horrible service, scammed they took our money without authorization and do not want to refund. We never got a product or selected any. They asked for a card to hold the sale a d said nothing was going to be charged untill we selected items we wanted it was just to supposedly save the sale price. So we trusted them and to our surprise they charged our card 5,000 and we never got anything. There products we decided at the store after did not meet our needs and they said they will not refund what they charged without our authorized by us and never signed anything. Please go somewhere else way better options and better service. Also they use cheap materials from China not good quality check out other reviews and that is what made us 100% we did not want this product. But to be charged without getting a delivery or us authorizing a charge and want to keep our money is totally a fraud, scam and taking advantage of people. Hope lots of people read this. read more

They are overpriced for the quality they offer. I purchased the stainless steel cart with their basic 4 burner grill. I like the grill but you can find one identical to it online for $2,800 instead of $4,000 which is what I paid. So do I like the grill, yes, do I think I got $4,000 worth? NO! I'm glad at least that that I got the cart instead of the bar system because a lot of people are complaining that they fall apart and not covered under warranty. DON'T PURCHASE! See reviews and photos! Not even CLOSE to Paradise $30k!!!!!! Read all the reviews in different places. What you'll see CONSISTENTLY is that their commissioned sales people LIE LIE LIE LIE and there is NOTHING that your "warranty" will cover. NOTHING! Within the first two months, only one speaker worked. Within 4 more months, only one red strand of lights that remains on 24/7. Then the rust. Every single piece of their "marine grade" tin. You've got cabinet doors that do to nowhere. They're simply cutouts in the cheap resin body of the bar and that's it. They are incomplete. The grill lid fell off. And then bit by bit the bar started to crumble and continued to do so. Oh, and lest you think for a second that all this wasn't brought to their attention, think again. Doesn't matter. They won't do anything. This product is GARBAGE and honestly it really is a shame that they can't be stopped somehow. Class action law suit anyone? I'm 100% open. read more

The price you pay for a Paradise Grill is not proportional to the value you get. For a much lower cost, you could purchase a Weber that will deliver years of excellent cooking performance. Their stainless steel warranty only covers manufacturer defects, excluding rust. Our unit includes a side burner, and when it rains, water somehow reaches the electrical receptacle underneath, tripping the breaker and leaving the refrigerator unusable. In short, read the reviews carefully and make an informed decision. read more

This was one of the worst purchases I have ever made. I purchased a complete unit with BBQ, side burner and refrigerator. I advised the sales person that the unit would be for our home in the keys on the water. He never mentioned any issues or concerns that I should be aware of. 2 weeks after my purchase the unit started to show signs of rust. I immediately called and the advised me that I needed to apply barkeepers friend and the rust marks would be removed. I applied as recommended and the marks were removed, the problem is that I am having to follow this process every week!!!! If I wait too many weeks to clean the marks remain permanent and can't be removed. This was NEVER mentioned as a potential problem being so close to the water. I have another smaller BBQ that I purchased at Home Depot, paid 10% of what I paid for the Paradise Grill BBQ and I have never had to remove any rust marks. ( I have had that BBQ for 3 years). In my opinion the Paradise Grills BBQ is not worth the price and I would never recommend any of their products. read more

Paradise Grills sold me what was probably the last of their pre 2020 outdoor kitchen islands. Within 24 hours the tiles started to disintegrate, cracking and leaving rust streaks down the stucco finish. DO NOT BUY FROM PARADISE GRILLS. The attitude of their CEO and chief legal officer let alone their so called customer service department sucks. They sent their sub contractor delivery guys back as "repairmen". Terrible job, twice. I am now left with having to spend $$$$ to retile and paint over all the mess. Complete eyesore on my newly finished pool deck. Very POOR QUALITY PRODUCT AND NO CUSTOMER CARE. Was parked in front of West Boca location Glades Road when two of their sub contractors who were unloading and breaking down some grilles in parking lot dropped a metal bolt unknown by me parked in front . I said I'm blocked by your truck please guild me back out and the guy did but I backed over a bolt they dropped which flattend my tire ! I'm 70' years old retired and trying to make ends meet working Uber Eats . They brushed this flat tire they caused off and were dismissive given I missed an entire night working and had to pay to fix my tire ! I'm credible given I Graduated Wharton School of Business and all told this cost me $135 lost wage for the night and tire repair. Sent then pictures of my tire punctured and the bolt of the flat they caused! Also managers card I got when he was advised of incident their agents caused . basically told me sorry but it's your problem! spent $8,000.00 on a BBQ and furniture and only have had problems with it and is only 9 months old. The bolts on the BBQ top keep coming off, the top drawer slide fell off, and they will not send anyone to fix it unless I pay $150, their lifetime warranty is not true is a gimmick. I bought from here about 2 1/2 years ago service was logistics sucked. The grill, burner works well. The rubber on the fridge only lasted about 2 months the lights inside the grill went out after only a week. Definitely overpriced and a poorly run company. I wouldn't buy here again. read more

This place is a joke. They were supposed to deliver my outdoor kitchen on a Sunday. I Waited the whole day and they did not deliver. I called and complained and They promise me 4 hi-top chairs for making me wait the whole day. Two weeks later they deliver the outdoor kitchens but they fail to deliver the chairs. After two months and over 10 phone calls to get the chairs they tell me that the chairs were not approved and they do not honor anything that is not in writing. They also tell my sales man has been fired and the manager who promised me the chairs was fired. Finally I have had the kitchen for several months now and the quality is terrible it falls apart on its own. This operation is embarrassing never buy anything from Paradise Grill. read more

DO NOT BUY AN OUTDOOR BBQ FROM THIS COMPANY. When you go to their store it looks like a great purchase but it is not. Firt they were supposed to deliver on a monday did not end up coming til later thursday that week. Then when they finally showed up late brought the wrong counter tops we paid for. After the first week of use already had to call them to come fix the hibachi grill because it would not even turn on. Last but not least we finally got am electrician to connect the bbq to the power source of out house to use the lights, fridge and speakers and after paying the electrician all that money the stereo system was broken and all the outlets were messed up. We called them to tell them about the issue said they would fox it on tuesday, did not show up so we called again and they said thursday and then finally said they had came and fixed it when nobody showed up to my house to fix it.
