My go-to for crunchy jerky chips. I always buy in bulk because I never knew when I will run out [usually pretty fast]. I have tried all of their flavors and my favorite is between their Wafu and signature. It's just something about the wafu in taste and texture that I can't pass up on. The texture is so crispy that it's not thick like a chip but almost as thin as paper and you taste the meat over the fattiness. Note to myself and maybe you, always make sure to check their hours, I have a tendency to always want to come after they close, whoopsie. I came across this place when I patronized Mosa (dessert place). They set up a tent right outside of their store front. I went to check it out and the nice lady let me sample all four flavors that they had. The flavors were original, smoked pepper, salt and vinegar, and lava lava (spicy). My favorite was the smoked pepper so I bought a large bag which was $25. BUT if you check in on yelp, you'll get $5 off. If you eat enough of the smoked pepper, it does get spicy. My weakness is crispy beef jerky so everytime I see it, I HAVE to get a bag to try. As for parking, I'm not sure if you could park in the nearby structures and get a validation from them. We just found street parking near by. I liked how crispy it was and you could taste the smokiness of the beef. Definitely will buy again when I decide to drive over to Waikiki. LoL! read more

Let's get one thing straight. The Jerky and flavors are great. The service usually woman are very kind and friendly. Always asks if you would you would like to sample the jerky. Since I first started going there the portions have gotten so small. It's all packaging. You get the 17 dollar bag and it's gone in a few bites. The jerky is already so thin. Fill it up. I'm all about supporting local businesses but it's getting more expensive and way less product inside the bag. I rather get it in a ziplock and forego the fancy packaging. I'm sorry it's just how I feel. It's great jerky and do recommend Paradise Jerky. Just be prepared to pay and not share its very single serve portion. Don't eat around your co- workers the bag will be gone in 10 seconds. read more

Everyone seems super friendly at this location. The only thing that kinda sucks is they didn't have any samples. Uh-oh...it's only 8pm and they were already out of the cracked pepper...we got the last 2 at least but wanted 4 . Thought the Salt & Vinegar sounded odd for a meat, but I LOVE S&V...so wanted to try before I bought a big bag. I would assume I wouldn't be disappointed, but wasn't willing to risk it. Really great spot in Waikiki with amazing service! We had gone for dinner at upstairs Aloha Table and came across the tent staffed by a really nice gentleman who offered us samples for various flavors of beef jerky - of which included salt and vinegar (!!!) and lava. What made this jerky different from the rest was the crispiness - almost like a potato chip! That was great, and I really appreciated the time spent to explain the product, and hey it got my attention. I was also pretty interested by the Hawaiian coffee, as I am quite the snob myself. The employee helped me with a doubleshot of espresso, which was a great end to my night! There's a little seating area right by the tent, and it's located by the alleyway. Tasty snack which is low carb, low sugar, bursting with flavor. My very favorite kind of chip! We each bought bags of our favorite different flavors. Now exposed to the goodness of crispy beef jerky, I have been on the hunt for the BEST crispy jerky. Have internet searched, have visited multiple product shows, I have tasted about a dozen different brands. Each time comparing them to Paradise Jerky. Okay so we stopped by on a random walk around the area because we saw some of our favorite youtube vloggers filming the day before. The owner was super friendly and we ended up buying a bag of jerky. The jerky isn't traditional jerky- it's more like jerky chips. Let me tell you... it is so good! We ended up eating the entire bag on the flight back to California. We go to Waikiki every year since my half brother was born in Waikiki so it's our family trip annually. On our last visit, I discovered Paradise Jerky. I bought a few to bring to the beach, while reading my book, sunbathing and snacking on this thinly, crispy refreshing jerky. 3-4 stars, it pains me to give a review less than a 5 stars because the gentleman manning the store was super nice and I could tell he was excited and passionate about the product. I just personally don't think this beef jerky was for me. I love beef jerky and after eating these, I realized I prefer them thicker. This beef jerky was paper thin. I do have to give it to them for having a lot of a flavor in such a thin product; I bought the pepper flavor. Each one was $20 which I think is a little pricy. I like beef jerky, and this is wayyy better! It's slightly CRISPY AND fully FLAVORFUL. I love the owner's idea of how they go well on a charcuterie board with jams and honey.
