After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. Car Service Tran-Star for a round trip to airport. All started well. There was direct contact here, so when we got there we were told verbally and by text that the driver had car trouble and had to go home. I get it. Things happen, particularly when the driver needs to address his vehicle. Here's the BUT- He did not call the company to explain his delay or delma, nor did he contact us. A 30 second or less communication could have alerted both Tran-Star and us that he was delayed or unable to take the fare and another would have been scheduled and then met us, to then tell them when he'd be available again. I called Tran-Star, not pleased and they sent another driver of who as it turned out was the same gentleman who had taken us. It was an added wait and an upset that I did not need. This said the weather had held and it was nice out and overall we did safely get driven home and I am grateful for the important things. I find it especially interesting, while you wait on hold, and you hear their speal promoting themselves as the best and most efficient to get you where you are going! They did give me a % discount, (that I did not ask for) I did however ask to be sure that the driver who came should get the fee and included tip accordingly.
