I'm grateful they were able to take me at last minute. But the the person who did my nails was just not it. My nails look big as heck, I showed him a reference and he told me he could do the specific shape, definitely did not receive that. I tried trusting the process but nope. I won't be back . Especially after me trying to speak up for myself and tell him to make them more square and sharp, he told me "you keeping me from going home". Man, I wish this would've been a good place. It's so convenient for me. Maybe I can come back and give this place another try. This first time was horrible. I felt disappointed with my nails and with a couple of cuts, so I came in for a simple fill-in. Before I came in, my nails were overgrown, and they were French tips when I sat down to get my fill-in. I asked the lady only about acrylic powder. I wanted to keep it simple, and she asked me if I wanted the French tips redone. At first, I said no because I didn't think they could do it. I like my French tips a certain way. So we agreed to do the acrylic powder, just a simple filling that was perfect. In the meantime, she was cutting me. I moved my hand because she kept cutting me. And it hurt, I felt like after she lay down the acrylic. She asked me if I wanted to get my eyebrows done or my feet done, and I was like, no, no, I'm fine. I don't have time to go to work, and then she asked me if I wanted to do the French tip, but I was like, no, I don't want to do it because I just said I have to go to work. She told me she could do it and knew how to do it. I even showed her a picture, so I thought, OK, why not? Let's do it. Let's see how it will turn out. I did not like them. Afterward, she only did one coat of white, and you could see streaks of white. Because she only did one coat, the white wasn't pigment, so I asked her how much for everything, and she told me $55. I don't have a problem paying an extra $20 for just the lines, but I did not like them like I had to ask her to put another coat on them because they didn't look how I wanted them to like the pictures they end being lumpy and two-toned white I wish she would've told me that she can't do it. I went in for a regular mani/pedi and the lady at the front counter said "shellac" and I said no and she gives me this sneaky smile. As I was getting my pedicure done, I specifically said "regular pedicure" and then I changed my mind and got the shellac mani but he also put shellac on my pedicure when I specifically told him regular. These people are all about getting the money and are deceptive. I wouldn't recommend. read more

Never again. The lady that did my nails was rude as hell and she rushed. She applied so much product that underneath my nail by my finger theres so much acrylic I'll have to file off myself . The acrylic on my toe nail broke the next day, I came in to get it fixed and I'm not impressed, they way they apply the acrylic on the toe is lumpy and they don't even try to smooth it out! I have visit this nail shop several times mostly, I am happy until this past week after going there for my vacation Nails my normal tech was not available so I let a new person do my nails after being on my trip. My nail began to pop off also the cuticles were not found correctly, so when I rubbed my hair the hair is getting caught underneath the Nails. upon getting back from vacation. I went to the nail shop on Monday was told to come back the next day to speak with management. I went back to speak to management explained that I was away on a seven day cruise. He tells me with a sarcastic smirk on his face that you have five days to come back. I explained I was gone for seven days. The manager offer is to fix the nail that popped off and it was nothing he was willing to do for the rest of the Nails. He didn't even offer to give me a discount on a fill in, the lack of customer service, I've seen several people complained about the service at this nail shop. their customers service is trash. I will not be returning to the shop ever. They do not care about their customers or losing business. read more

I visited this location for eyelash extensions. The owners & workers were extremely pleasant. I had to wait an hour until the tech finished up a nail job, but it was well worth the wait. I'm visiting here from Miami & was nervous to try a new place. I would recommend this place to anyone for eyelashes, the tech is one of the best. I get my nails done every year for my birthday and they always do a good job they do a perfect job

So I requested a simple French set on my hands and feet and they told me $96 which was fine. When she was done, not only did she charge me $130 which is $30 extra dollars, my fingers weren't even the same size so the quality wasn't even worth the $96. Not only that but they seemed very rude and just not accommodating. I definitely felt uncomfortable and will NOT be coming back. I will be disputing it with my bank though! read more

I have been getting my nails done for over 8 years, never have i been denied a soak off of my original set. They refused to soak off my nails one of the reasonings being it would take to long and the other reason they claimed was it would be bad on my nail. Me , being the client i would assume the customer is always right especially when it comes to his/her treatment. I let it be known my set was still pretty new i would say about 1 week to at least a week in a half old ; my nails to my knowing were not ready to just be " popped off" also ive never been comfortable with my nails to just be popped off ive only ever soaked . I tried to be patient with them still asking if they could just soak them please because they are as shown breaking my real nail, The manager wasn't listening ( who i was passed to, to finish removing them) i ended up leaving to another place because i refuse to be neglected of reasonable treatment especially when im the one paying and have always tipped my nail techs. I absolutely hate my nails and the lady who did my nails did not care even though I told her I didn't like them. They're lumpy and have specks of dusty in them. The top coat is dripping off the sides and she cut me twice! I asked her black nails with yellow and aqua designs and instead of her saying she couldn't do it she kept telling me it couldn't be done at all. She also had an attitude when i told her I wanted my other set soaked off instead of being popped off like they normally do. I've given the place plenty of chances but I'm done! The nails are either crooked, lift after a few days, have gaps, lumpy or just looked super rushed. I do not recommend going here for anything but a pedicure and even that is questionable! read more

The staff seems a bit unconcerned compared to the pricing. They never offered us a drink from the fully stocked bar (i got one after I asked, it was decent for a nail salon) My daughter received a standard non amazing pedicure for $30, the gentleman providing the service didn't lead her to the dry station so of course that thick polish he applied was disturbed. He repolished her toe and we eventually found our way to dry station, I prayed her toes with quick dry and we saw ourselves out. I've had my nails done here twice as I live across the street and after two mostly negative experiences I would suggest visiting Atlantis nails about five minutes away off 45. These nail technicians are rough and expensive and the quality is not near the price. If you have acrylic nails removed here be aware they will not soak them off but will rip them off and charge you lol. They are also unable to do any even slightly detailed designs and the male technician I had today was extremely rude and inappropriate, touching all of my tattoos and commenting on my personal life and asking extremely personal questions. This has to be by far my worst experience at a nail salon. I came here bc it had decent reviews ok Yelp for the area I was in...I should of driven to my regular spot but lesson has been learned So my manicurist couldn't properly communicate with me which I didn't mind but it became a hassle trying to explain how to get my cuticles cut, ect. I chose a light pink color for a shellac manicure and she did 3 coats but the end result was of very poor quality. Some parts of my nails were darker than others and within a week it started coming off. Shellac is supposed to stay on for 2 weeks. Well that wasn't the worst part.... While I was getting my shellac manicure, I had to ENDURE the constant bickering between the manager and a customer. It was sooo annoying that I just wanted to get out of there as fast as possible. The manager kept arguing with the customer on how he wanted to get out of there early and he didn't have time to give her a pedicure...they argued about the price of the nails...they argued about how he was going to take the fake nails off her hands...they argued about what shape the new nails should be...UGHH!!!! It was very unprofessional and completely ruined my experience there. I would never return to this place. read more

I'm in town from Denver for my grandma's funeral. I took a chance on this salon despite the questionable reviews because it was close by. It was a good choice for me. Every salon has its good and bad days but I was pleasantly surprised. My technician "An" did a great job on my mani/ pedi. She was very attentive and very thorough when it came to my cuticles, most places just do a quick push and snip but An spent a considerable amount of time with attention to detail, even though I only chose the "basic" and she did not try and do a hard upsale when I requested a basic M/P. The best part was the other technicians weren't all gossiping in a foreign language like I see in most other salons. Overall it was a very pleasant experience for me. read more

He proceeded to apply the powder & after he sees he can't do them he's starts peeling off the powder off of my nails ! I look at him like wtf ? so i tell him is there anyone that can do what i'm asking for, he then looks at me & says we can't do it like that it's too short . My nail length is not too short . Im letting him finish because i wanted to give him a chance & see if he could do them . Once he's done he says it's $60 . I told him i asked you if you could do something & you couldn't do that for me . He gets upset because i didn't leave a tip & he starts saying " well if you didn't like them why didn't you tell me ?! WHICH I DID i was pointing out everything i pay for the service which was horrible & walk out. I get in my car & i start crying cs of how mad i am .
