I love Paradise!! They always go above and beyond for me, my sister and both my daughters. Son is my nail tech and Ms.Mary is who always does my pedicure and I have never been disappointed. My daughter had one mishap ONCE in 5 years and the owner Michelle corrected it and then fixed the paint herself. Everyone is kind in the nail salon. This place is awfull 3 weeks later and I ca hardly walk with my shoes on. My pedicure was terrible. I told Tina to take it easy she kept digging away cut off half my toe nails ground away taking skin with it. It's miserable having your feet hurt all the time. read more

Worst nail service I have ever received. It's way overpriced- about twice as much as other salons. For that, you'd think I'd be saying the opposite. Four of us got pedicures, & two got manis, while the other two got SNS nails. Of the four of us, two now have infections, & two have a flipping nail fungus! They were clean, sanitized, friendly, did a good job with my nails! Vivian was the BEST with doing my nails! I've found my new nail home! No more dirty places that don't honor my appt. times! Ratings make sense. I took my daughter in for her first time to get her nails done and it was on her birthday today. The lady helping us was very nice but one nail had a string on it. She pulled it and it messed up the nail. No problem, so she fixed it with clear polish. We waited for it to dry and she said it was dry. I told her it felt sort of sticky still. She said it's okay it's dry. So we left and when we got in the car it got messed up. So I went back in and told them, the male worker said it takes 45min to dry and that's to be expected. I tried to explain she had like 7 layers of polish on that one nail at this point, and he was super rude and insistent my kid messed up her nails.... It was literally gooey. Maybe it's old polish. Maybe it was due to so many layers, non the less it was a quick fix for a birthday manicure. Sad he made such a big deal for her on her birthday, when it was a simple fix. Mary is wonder at doing my pedicure. I don't even mind giving tip, but when I asked for Son to do my nails last time, I was refused Lynn came over started doing my nails. I thought I was on fire. She was burning one of my nails, and then my cuticles was too close. They never thought about it because she was new for for a week later, my hands hurt. I didn't decide to go to somewhere else. I contacted the manager Michelle and told her what was going on. She apologized and asked why, but that was crazy. I thought I'd been a customer standing customer for very long time sometimes paying outrageous tips to show my appreciation but needless to say I'm done. Very pushy for the very highest price pedicure. I went with it because it's was just $3 more than the one I wanted. Offered extras. Basic boring. My right ankle is extremely itchy. I was seated immediately which was very nice. I asked for square purple nails with a yellow smiley face which I got. She however did mess the nail polish up and a bump was left. She also messed the square shape up a little but nothing too bad. Ultimately I was unhappy with my nails so I decided to go back the next day and they fixed it for free. I just moved to Carrollton and called this nail salon and asked for a gel manicure and a pedicure. I arrived and was told where to sit. As I was sitting the receptionist asked who could do my gel manicure, and a lady volunteered. The receptionist asked her is she knew how to do gel manicures. This was my first clue. The lady who did my mani was very nice, but it's the worst gel manicure I've ever had. It's been 6 hours and they're already chipped. The polish is uneven and just altogether looks bad. The whole experience was terrible. The lady who did my pedicure literally cut the sides of my toenails. I've never had that done in 20+ years of getting pedicures. It hurt. The two ladies who worked on me couldn't speak English very well and communication was difficult. There were two younger women who worked there that were just across from us and they never even offered to come help the situation. Needless to say, I spent almost $90 on something I have to go have redone tomorrow. I won't be back. read more

I went in late afternoon on a Thursday, which was a little packed but I was seated next pretty quickly, which was a plus. Even my nail tech, Courtney, was very pleasant and took care to be careful with my feet. The reason I gave them two stars was because when it came to my acrylic nail tech He ignored what I wanted, which was a thinner more shapely nail. The first time I asked he told me they were fine as is, the second time he lightly filed them. They were still too chunky to my liking and the coffin shape, which also comes with an extra charge as well as using OPI vs other brands of nail polish, isn't narrow enough leaving me with thick nails, unshapely nails. I tried waiting a day to see if they'd grow on my but I'm still bothered every time I look at them. I gave them two stars instead of one because they're timeliness and the politeness of my nail pedicurist. read more

I called ahead to make appointment &specifically asked for price for gel extensions. When i got there again to the gentleman I wanted to try gel as acrylics were always applied so thick. I'm pretty sure I was clear and "gel nail extensions" and gel polish over acrylic is not the same thing. Now granted I was charged the price of acrylic w gel polish but that was not what I wanted. I'd be ok paying more to get what I asked for. Just tried them yesterday for the first time. When I walked in, there were no other customers in their 24 seat Salon, which scared me. Everyone there was nice, and it appeared to be clean. My gel manicure was done very good and I would go back to the young man who did it, but my pedicure was not so good. The older lady spent maybe 30 seconds doing my toe cuticles and another 30 seconds scrubbing my heels. In other words, not enough! Toenails were cut on an angle and are varying lengths. Quite frankly, she acted like doing a pedicure was the last thing On her mind and I was worried she was going out before she finished, which only took about 15 minutes. My husband and I travel for his work so I've been to alot of salons, some good some bad. This place is one of the worst!! I had a full set put on with gel polish. Lee did my nails and at first they looked amazing. 2 nails came off by the next day , he fixed those. We went to Tennessee to visit relatives and by day 5 , 4 more nails came off. I called when we returned home, this is day 8 and 7 nails had come completely off!!!!!!! He really tried to charge me $33 to repair his crappy work, when he charged $55 to begin with, which I think is kinda high in price for plain nails no design. Only thing good was that owner came up and told me no charge when he was trying to recharge me. If you go , definitely don't use Lee. read more

I would give less than 1 star if possible! I came here with my mom and 6 year old for mani/pedis. My daughter received a good job but my mom and I had the worst experience. I asked for SNS to be taken off before my mani. They took it off and painted my nails. No lotion, no hands in sandwich baggies with the white cuticle stuff (whatever that step is called), no trimming my cuticles, just paint. My hands still had acetone all down my fingers from the SNS soak off when they asked me to pay. Not to mention they removed three "ingrown" toe nails supposedly and made my bleed and caused me great pain. I wasn't even having issues with two of the places they cut. She just went in and argued with me when I asked for the medicine to make them stop bleeding. Like it was my fault. Lastly, I went to pay and they charged me full rack rates like I had a real mani. Get out! I told them no so he offered me a discount and gave me the same price. Um no. Finally he took off my manicure charge (you know since I ended up with a polish change ). Never, ever, ever going back. This was my last mani/pedi before I deliver my baby and now my hands and toes look awful As a follow up now 3 days later, I have an infected toe and finger (both are very painful around the cuticle area) where things went so poorly. I had a terrible experience here. I had SNS nails done and they were very thick, misshaped, and even had ripples in them. My cuticles were burned and bleeding from the file he used. The nail tech, Tom, seemed rushed and was very unprofessional. I will not be back, if you chose to do so don't allow Tom to work on you. Oh my gosh - I'm in love with this nail salon! It was clean and the stations were spaced out enough to not feel crowded. They were busy, but let me know they would be with me soon...and they were. Yesterday was mine and my daughter in laws 1st time at this salon our wait time wasn't long as they weren't that busy when we got there. My appointment was for 2 full sets of basic acrylic nails with regular polish from the minute we walked in the door we were hounded to get pedicures as well which declined multiple times followed by using gel polish instead for an extra 8.00 which we declined as well thats when attitudes seem to change. I was seated 1st my daughter in law maybe 5 minutes later. The 2 nail techs began immediately texting one another while we were sitting there. My daughters nail tech had hers done within 20 minutes at most never had her wash her hands no oil on her cuticles nails not the same length polish was spotchy after it dried when she tried to complain she was told they were the same length it was just her fingers that made it look like they weren't and she was suppose to wash her hands AFTER they were dry to get off the residue from filing the nails and the polish looked like that because it was a light color then proceeded to speak in his language while checking her out. She was also finished before me even though I was sat first. During my session my tech was very rough with the dermal over my cuticles I again turned down the gel polish after which my daughter in laws nail tech as well as the lady that checked me came over they began to speak in the language which the tech pointed at my nails and laughed most of my nails are the same length with the exception of 2. These people were very unprofessional all around I was planning to take my daughter in law for lash extentions for her birthday but after this experience I'll go elsewhere. read more

I went in for a pedicure and manicure. They sat me down and the lady that was doing by toes was VERY rough. I work in retail so I don't like to be THAT customer so I let it slide at first. When she was cutting my cuticles or whatever it was, it was very painful. I flinched my feet twice and she completely ignored it until the lady doing my fingers told her something. Do not get your nails done here. Walked in with 2 friends and they set us down and started working on one of my friends immediately. It took them 15 minutes just to start my nails. The water was cold, they did not say anything to me. They put acrylic nails on my friends toes before they even told her what they were doing and it was a five dollar charge per nail. Then when she was checking out they forgot to charge her extra for the acrylic. Then after she paid he told her it that it was going to be an additional $10 and that she would have to pay it separately because they forgot to charge her. Every minute you are there, they try to upsell you. You ask for a pedicure, they try to get you to get a more "special" pedicure for 10 bucks more. Every other service, they try to do the same. My toenails were cut crookedly and my nails were filed roughly and my "buff" shine was not even a little bit shiny. My daughter ended up with two bloody toes.
