I went to La Bella Nails yesterday in Carrollton Georgia to get my nails repainted the lady wanted to charge me $35 to repaint my own nails with a regular color so I called Diva Nails and they charge $10 to repaint my nails needless to say I had been going to LaBella nails for many years but this incident and the rude Behavior I experienced yesterday I promise I will never step foot in that door again if you want a deal go to Diva Nails don't waste your time on LaBella nails they no exactly what you're talking about when you go in there and they don't try to overcharge you with some BS trying to get me to pay $25 more than what it actually cost so from now on I will get my eyebrows waxed and my nails done at Diva Nails so thank you LaBella nails for being so rude cuz you just did me a favor! read more

This salon is absolutely great! I have been to them several times and every time I get great customer service and the ambiance is very enjoyable. I highly recommend making an appointment because they do tend to be quite busy especially in the afternoon. Steven does the best quality nails that I have received in Carrollton. He always takes care to make sure your nails are perfect and won't hesitate to fix them. He is a perfectionist and it does wonders for the service you receive. They can be a bit expensive depending on the service that you choose but the quality that you receive. 10 out of 10 would recommend. read more

I came here because of the reviews. I was seated within 5 minutes of arriving, but that is where the 5 stars went out the window. My nail tech refused to use clean tools. When I asked him to get clean (sterile) tools he said that they clean them after they're used. However, ALL of his tills were sitting in an old pencil case box. When I pressed the issue he just used nail polish remover (not a disinfectant) to wipe down one tool. He asked me tp pay in advance, which is fine, but I never include a tip because that depends on the quality of service, sometimes I tip 2$ sometimes 10$. After he counted the $ he huffed and walked away and his attitude continued to be disrespectful. He did not seal any of my nails and you could still the tips of my nails. When I asked him to get the edges he rolled his eyes and made a face and said, "that's not your nail." The 2 layers are not even, so parts of nails are darker than others and my nail polish is already wearing off on the tips because he did not seal them. I will not be returning and I will never recommend this place to anyone. read more

They don't pay attention, they don't care what you really want and if you try to tell them they will just complain, talk about you to other employees and give you dirty looks. If you really speak up the owner seems to always get involved, which does the absolute opposite of what it should. The owner is the most arrogant, egotistical and downright rude business owner I have ever encountered! However when I am being charged $20 more for the exact services I received rwo weeks ago and then you get loud and kick me out of your shop. So you want $70 for what I paid $50 two weeks ago. Stop al la carting your clients and list your prices. Dont forget you are in the business to provide excellent service, not get mad because ppl question your prices. I made an appointment with them days in advance because I had a wedding to attend later that day the appointment time was for 10:30 i needed a pedicure and fill in, it took an hour for them to get me in a spa chair and let me remind you i had an appointment and they were doing many people before me finally a lady came over to do it and didn't even finish she stopped half way through and went to someone else and i'm not the type of person to say anything so i just sat and waited, 30 more minutes pass bye and finally someone else comes over to finish my toes and my left and right foot look completely opposite due to separate people doing them, and again i scheduled a nail and pedicure but by this time it was 12:47 and i had no time left and they didn't apologize or anything when i told them i now have no time left for my nails and the whole time doing my toes the water was cold because they didn't let it heat up and put my feet in freezing water! i've never left a review before on anything but i felt as if this needed to be on here because it was absolutely ridiculous! read more

This has been my go-to nail spa ever since it opened a few years ago - my husband has bought me numerous gift certificates from there and I loved going there. Sadly, I recently discovered they have a BIG customer service problem. I had a portion of a gift certificate (about $30) that I wanted to apply. It was given to me at the end of 2019 - then came the pandemic. I used part of it before I had to isolate at home. I went a few weeks ago for a pedicure. I gave the lady the gift certificate, she took it to whomever, and brought it back TORN IN HALF, saying it expired a year from purchase. I reminded her of the pandemic, she said they were open part of that time (even though I was not supposed to leave my house due to high risk status) so it expired at the end of 2020 as if there were no pandemic. Every other gift card I received has been extended. It was only $30 so no big deal, I just paid her, tipped the girl who actually did the pedicure, and left. But I will not go back. I've gone here 2 times, the first for a pedi that came out awful! Looked like a 5 year old painted my toes. The second time I was just pissed and disappointed. I went in for gel polish on my natural nails and she painted my nails in a span of 10 minutes. She gave so little attention to my nails and seemed like she didn't want to waste her polish on my nails. The color looks extremely faded from how little she actually applied and it's as if I've had this polish on for 3 weeks from nail growth when it's only been 1 week. I asked for pitch black and it looks more like a charcoal. I only gave them a second chance because they were very friendly, but I'm never going back. Don't waste your money on them. read more

So disappointed with my visit to Bella as I'd heard such great things about it. My friend and I made an appointment for pedicures and we both needed a fill-in for our acrylic nails. From the moment I walked in I felt rushed. I didn't have much time to pick a nail color as the technician for our pedicures was glaring at us the entire time. She was probably the rudest person there. My chair for a massage worked perfectly, unfortunately for my friend, hers did not. No accommodations were made, nor discount offered and when my friend commented about it, she was told that "it wasn't broken, the remote was missing". (Which after a quick search several moments into our pedicures, my technician found it). Tina gave me my pedicure and she did a really great job. Hence my 2 stars instead of one. My next issue is that prices aren't listed anywhere so they can pretty much make them up as they go. On a card they pass around, a fill-in was listed as $15, when asked why I was charged $18, I was finally informed that it was because my nails were long. I wanted to try something different on my nails and went to Bella because I really liked the nail art in their profile picture on Facebook. Unfortunately, when I asked about getting it repeatedly when I arrived, no one could tell me who was the tech, how much it cost, or that the style I wanted I couldn't have. I felt so rushed I couldn't make a decision. After showing several people photos of the nail art that I wanted I was told that I couldn't get it. Fine. I then asked the owner for gold rhinestones, of which he only had yellow and told me I should just keep my nails the way they are. He then says, "I need you to choose so I can swipe card and you can pay". At one point, I literally put my hands up in the air and told my technician to stop painting my nails because he wouldn't listen and kept rushing through them. He clearly just wanted me out of his chair. After several attempts to make my black matte (which is an additional $5) color free of white specs, I was told by another tech that I was "being difficult" (this is the same woman I watched bully a young girl into putting her feet into the pedicure bowl after her grandmother said she'd just come from the doctor and has a wound) I am sincerely unhappy with my nails, my experience and needless to say, I didn't feel pampered (which is their motto) and I will not be returning. read more

THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST NAIL SALON IN CARROLLTON. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars, but it's obvious that's not an option. I left my apartment today around 12:50 pm and arrived at this salon around 1pm, letting them know I was in a bit of a hurry. I came in for a fill in for my previous manicure. My nail technician was Steven, and while my nails were supposed to be soaking to be removed, he left and went to the grocery store leaving me unattended. Very clean. I bring my own buffers, nail files and even my own metallic rotary tool. I provide my own rotary sanding tips. I am particular about sterilizing implements with alcohol. "Sorry, I forgot," said while picking up and using their own tools. Asked for shorter nails. Very long. This is after two weeks, so now I feel like a Chinese woman with crazy long nails. Told them my nails were paper-thin; don't run the rotary tool too fast. DANG IT! That hurt! Dang it, you can't sand my cuticle!!! I like my nails squarish with oval, rounded outer edges. You can see, not short, weird HUGE white area, and no rounded tips. I went twice because I really wanted to like this very clean and friendly salon. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. I have been coming to this place for YEARS. When I say it literally went to the WORST place ever believe me. This is now within 4 days I had an appointment with Steven (the manager) and I had to wait an hour past my appointment time. Friday I had to end up leaving because he was so far behind. Expects you to wait over an hour for you appointment..... and this isn't even the first time this has happened. This has now happened to me 5 or 6 times. He does great nails don't get me wrong. But if you want to spend hours and hours waiting for him even though you have an appointment then go ahead. I honestly won't be going back but to get pedicures. Steven gets up 15 times when he is doing your nails Bc he is trying to run the shop at the same time. Always has to take smoke breaks in the middle of your nails. Think everything is fun and games. Very slow service!! We sat in the chair with our feet in the water for 15 minutes before our attendant even came over. Then very slow. My appointment was for 3:30, started at 3:50, then could not finish my nails because I had to leave at 4:30 and had just started to do manicure.
