The service was pretty good. I took my 2 daughters with me for a pedicure and manicure (1 SNS and 2 regular mani). The manicures and SNS turned out pretty well. The pedicures left a lot to be desired. The water was not as hot as it should be. The massage was very short not relaxing as before. My daughter's toenail polish was ruined within an hour. They told her it was dry. My other daughter and I polish was not smooth either. I was disappointed because I had such a good experience my first visit. I wanted to bring my daughters. read more

Love coming here! If you want the best pedicure go here and see Daisy!! She takes her time and makes sure everything looks perfect! I go on my lunch break, in and out and catch a small nap in the chairs while getting my pedi! The massage chairs here are great!! Very poor customer service. After asking the technician to refine my nail shape , she squarely looked at me and said "I can't do that". Better customer service training will do great for them. Lien ( pronounced Lin) did a great job on my nails. If you do happen to go, ask for her. Everyone else seems unbothered lol read more

Two strikes...I originally booked my appointment here after seeing someone's nails and this is where she said she got them done. On my first visit I got a new set after a year of having my nails off. I specifically asked 3 times to have none of the sides filed off. Of course she uses the most narrow tips most a size smaller than my actual nails and proceeds to file the sides. The surface is not smooth AND apparently they don't know howto use a cuticle bit hince why I came back today for a fill in just two weeks. I have never needed a fill in under a month before. Today I walked in just to see, maybe she was "off" last time. No one had a client, I was initially sat down in front of a guy this time. I could tell he was less experienced but I proceeded to tell him that I wanted the sides fixes, I wanted better care to not have my nail beds dug with the drill and I wanted the cuticle bit used. He asked "where did I get them done & not to worry he could fix them". The shock and awe was great when I said they did them and pointed out there "most experienced" nail tech. She jumped up and moved me to her station and "fixed" the first of two heinous nail jobs I've ever had. Now instead of lady dragon nails I have platypus nails. Thank God I did nails myself back in the day and can fix this awful mess. You won't get a third chance. read more

I visited this location Sunday and it is now Saturday (7 days later.) I went for a SNS and pedicure. The nail experience. This was my first time getting SNS. The tech drilled too close to my cuticles such that they hurt. My thumb's cuticle was bleeding. She wanted to continue drilling on that thumb anyway. That is very unsanitary. I didn't see her clean the bit. The tech was very sweet and apologetic about hurting me. Now 7 days later my cuticles are healing. The SNS is lifting from a few of my nails. This was not an ideal experience. I would not recommend this salon for SNS. I also got a basic pedicure without issue. This was done by another tech and he was really friendly. The same nail tech waxed my eyebrows and did a great job. read more

So my parents go here and always say good things but i had the worst experience. I have gotten my nails done for years at different places but this was the worst full set i ever received. An older gentleman with a lazy eye was very weird and stared at me and made me uncomfortable the whole time looking at my watch and jewelry which made me feel weird and put my headphones on. He took forever to finish them and cut my cuticles on 3 different fingers causing them to bleed. Then he only put one cot of the glitter gel polish making it very translucent and not looking anything like the sample i chose . And when i asked him about it he said it would be extra to make it not see through, which i have never heard of before this . Then he charged me $41 i will never be going back read more

I'm at my favorite nail salon with the Anh, the BEST nail technician ever! This is a fairly new establishment but they are well stocked and offer all types of services including applying cute eyelashes! I highly recommend this business! Give them a try. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. There are humps in my fill in that was done less than 24 hours ago and the gel nail polish is chipping. this is a good shop..because of lina..(sounds like) nice young girl with glasses.... don't get the old bitch to do your feet. first off. she speaks no english and gets upset about it. she came out to do my feet with a mouth full of food...chewing..yuck!! who eats out in the salon area with all those feet. red flag. i stand. a lot. my feet needed callouus remover. i told her she could scrub harder if she wanted. i know my feet. this bitch got mad.. as usual. she started talking shit to her co-workers.i kicked this old bitch off my feet and got someone who didn't need a break. Kim's husband is the worst when it comes to doing nails. Also everyone's eyebrows look like Kim's after she waxes them. She waxes them too thin with no arch even after I told her just to clean them up (I have naturally thick eyebrows.) I got acrylics with a gel polish and the nails weren't smooth. Some were uneven or had an indentations. I had to ask him to clean up my cuticle area he put cuticle oil on them after the polish had dried and told me to wash them. The next day the polish on 2 of my nails started to peel! However the young lady that does the pedicures does an excellent job thus the reason for the 2 stars. $37 wasted! read more

Love this new place under new Management with new prices with good customer services. I have been doing business with Ann for 15 years and proud of her and her business partner opening there new shop, Kim and husband are no longer owners there. The shop has been renovated and looks very elegant, spa feeling with nice claiming music playing while you are getting pampered. GROSS and FILTY! They do not take their time doing your nails resulting in my acrylic nail falling off within 4 days and others at risk of coming off as well. My sister got her toes done and the nail polish chipped and bubbled within 2days. Our nails are dull and look weeks old. Never will we ever go here again. Waste of time and money. read more
