Great Nail Salon in Ontario... First time coming to Paradise Nails, I was driving home from work and wanted to get my nails done while traffic died down. I found Paradise Nails on Yelp and called to ask if they took card payment ( since most nail salons do not). The lady that answered the phone said they did so I headed over... I walked in and was helped right away. I went on a Thursday afternoon, it was busy put not packed... They asked what I wanted and to pick a color.. I got a classic pedi with gel nail polish and dip on my hands... I sat in the pedicure chairs as the nail tech adjusted the water. The chairs have rollers and massage you. They are very comfortable. The nail techs were very nice and did a great job, I love the way they left my feet and hands.. They were great with asking what I wanted on my hands and feet.. I ended up paying around $80, for a classic gel pedicure and dip nails.. They also charge $2 for card transactions... Overall I had a great experience at this Nail Salon and the prices are reasonable, the staff was friendly and the salon was clean. I will definitely be coming back when I'm in the area again...

I'm never going back. Everything was fine at first. Unfortunately, I don't know the names of anyone, but the lady who did my pedicure was fine. She was very lively and sweet (you can see it in her face) and so was the man who started on my nails. However, he asked another lady to finish my nails and she's the one that I had a huge problem with. She's on the thinner side and seems to wear her hair down, it's light brown and reaches her shoulders. I think you can also see it in her face that she's not very sweet. Again, I'm sorry I don't have any names, but you may be able to tell by her demeanor. She wasn't taking in anything what I was saying about my nails. She kept trying to do ombré as shown on the pic, but clearly it was not going to happen, so I asked her to move on. Before I sat down, I showed the same picture to two employees (including the guy who started on my nails) and they both said they could do it. I guess they reeled me in like a dumb fish because she was not able to do one finger ombre. I went to the nail salon a week after my visit of February 9 to ask her to put the rhinestones that fell off, but she wanted me to wait 20 minutes. She was working on somebody who was getting her pedicure done by somebody else. In my opinion, I didn't have to wait 20 minutes. She just didn't want to do it. She of course, had attitude when she saw and tried to immediately blame it on me by saying something along the lines of it was my work that made them fall off. However, the rhinestones fell off at home and we never talked about my job. I may have misunderstood though. I was considering going back and simply avoiding her, but now my pedicure has had two ingrown nails since my visit. Sorry, but there are way too many other nail salons to be dealing with this.

This is my first time getting my nails done and had a lovely experience! Came in for an appointment and was taken care of. The original design I showed was a little hard for them to do but I'm super satisfied with how they came out, especially for the price! They put so much effort and care into it. Would come again!

The first time I was in I had an Ohkay experience. Yesterday I brought my sister in to treat her to a pedicure. My pedicure was not gentle and very painful. This morning I woke up and both my big toes were sore and red. After work tonight I noticed my toes were swollen and one oozing. My toes are infected after just one day. I showered after the pedicure and again before work cleaning my toes both times

I went to go get a pedi and since i was there i decides to get nails horrible job. nails are uneven, different shape, gel but looks horrible paint. The guy did my nails and its the second time but i wanted to give them a second chance since the are the closest to my place. but never again. Good thing they didn't charge me cause Because they wanted to charge me $40 something and knew my nails are ugly.

Diane did a great job on my nails. I walked in as a first time client I didn't have an appointment and I asked for Diane to do my hard gel fill. She wasn't at the salon at the time and when they called her. She said that she would be right on her way. She got there within 10 minutes and went right to work on my nails. I am a perfectionist about my nail shape and she did a great job on my shape and most of all the design I asked for came out perfectly. I live very close by so I will be coming back soon. I already made my next appointment before I left. read more

(semi long review so please bare with me) i really want to give this salon 4 stars but the quality just isn't there. i called ahead and requested a gel pedicure, which i was told was $42. great that's fine generally more affordable than most i've been, but when i got my service i realized why it was cheaper. i was waiting in the massage chair for about 25 minutes.. nobody had came by to fill up the foot soak bowl with water the entire time i was waiting, and when they did it was cold. i had to ask to get warm/hot water. my technician was really quiet but super sweet! so the customer service aspect of my visit isn't negative, it's purely the quality of the product and service itself. she was very gentle when scrubbing my feet which i understand to some people why that would be nice but i'm paying for a service that i would rather be quality, therefore my feet are still rough because of the light scrub. now onto the nail polish, i was hesitant on the color i originally chose because of the fact it was so sheer.. but when she first applied the color the bottle was dry and pretty much empty, I'm not sure if that's the sole reason it was so sheer but i kindly asked to change the color ; she accommodated. These are how my toes turned out, i really do love the color but as far as the quality of the polish it is not good.. the polish closest to my cuticle is already peeling.. that is the main concern of my review. So although the service was affordable and the technicians were super sweet at the end of the day we pay for quality. i am a very shy person and i don't like confrontation so i didn't speak up about it because by the time i realized the polish was peeling/lifting she was already applying the clear coat.. if you are looking for an affordable place i would recommend paradise nails but as far as quality i wouldn't really get your hopes up. read more

She's lucky I don't know her name but I came in yesterday asking for gel x and they had no idea how to do it nor draw designs. Two nails came off before even hitting 24 hours. I came back asking for a refund but they said that they'd just redo the lost nails. She never did the actual manicure part of the service where they cut your cuticles and file your nails. She didn't put base coat. I didn't even get the hand massage that's supposed to come with every manicure. Mind you, this still took 2 hours. And almost an hour just to get the fix. On top of that, she seemed mad that she had to redo the nails and left a bunch of glue underneath my nail. It's really bad, I honestly wouldn't recommend coming here. read more

I highly recommend this nail salon the owner Diana she's super nice she goes above and beyond. Just got out from getting my nails done and mind you. I went in super late and she still took me in and my nails came out perfect, I love them. Doesn't matter? If your last minute walking in, she will still take you and still stay late. Just to accommodate anybody, she is such a sweetheart, honestly. read more

Recently I moved to Ontario and was looking for a new nail salon. Happily, I came upon Paradise Nails - the salon is neat and clean, I was given a friendly greeting- and although I fully expected to make an appointment, they graciously made time for me right then .I loved my mani/pedi. Diane and Nancy were very kind , saying that they could help my husband who has finished his chemotherapy and enjoys a pedicure- and an occasional manicure. I took him with me the next time I went - and he was very happy. The last place he went to , the ladies were too rough for him and not friendly. He enjoys being pampered here and really likes all of women , especially Nancy and Diane who help him. Thank you . read more

I love coming here! I use to go to happy nails in chino hills and they were rude and my nails always broke. Diane and Thang (I think that's his name) are great and always make sure my nails are what I asked for. Schedule an appt asap! read more

Easily a five star facility. They're friendly, professional, and do an amazing job. I was going across the street to get my nails and feet done. They were booked so I went to paradise and they made a loyal customer out of me. The prices are reasonable and the pedicures are unmatched. The facility is clean and I have watched them sanitize. I am happy I found a facility that is killing it in customer service, professionalism, and services. I will be back in two weeks :) read more

I got a full set and a pedi. My big toe is infected!! And hurts soo bad never in my life has this happened!! And my nails are not good at all. I'm sad to say it was not a good 100$ spent. I mean come on and you don't even want to see my toe!!! read more

This is my favorite place to get mynails done and eyelashes. Linn does am amazing job with acrylic work . She also does individual lashes. They last about 1-2 weeks and look very real!. read more

I was looking for a new place closer to my new house buttttttttt I do not recommend this place! It was the most frustrating nail salon experience, I went on a weekday in the middle of the day so they were not busy, I felt rushed into picking a color from the big basket of pages & pages of sample nail colors, they kept asking if I was done yet like there was a line if people being held up, and almost every color I picked was $5-$15 extra constantly attempting to repeatedly up-charge (not just on polish Too many nail places it there to settle for this one... read more

So I went in here to get my nails done as well as a pedicure. I got gel on my toes and dip powder on my hands. So, apparently I ACCIDENTALLY messed up my finger nail when putting it into the UV light and the lady got irritated. (Understanding, yes.) but she didn't have to call her friend over to look and obviously talk bad about me when I could not understand them. and if anyone gets dip powder, you have to really be careful when they dip your finger because you dont want the other ones to get messed up. So, she actually hit it with the dip powder bowl...and blamed it on me and got upset again. It scraped a little bit, and she said "please listen to me!!" She definitely had a forceful tone and somewhat raised her voice a bit. I was embarrassed and I couldn't look at anyone. So...the work is okay, what you'd expect at any average nail salon. the service...not so fond. read more

Racist scum of the earth ! The most rudest nastiest workers ! On earth ! They try to talk about you down in their language ! And get extremely angry because you don't leave a tip ! I asked for my eyebrows to be done and they got extremely angry they all spoke their language and was like oh no no no we're closed but they weren't close I laughed and said I won't come back ever again that's all you had to do was say not to come back ! You can't be angry because I don't give you my heart earn money ! But there's a lot of Hispanic women in African-American women who know how to do nails so there's no point of me coming to you guys ! Unfortunately can't leave a good review and wouldn't recommend this nail shop :/ I've honestly never had to leave a thumbs down review but this shop was just not honest about a simple service. I asked multiple times for chrome nails, which she repeated they can do and for the price agreed upon. Just to find out towards the end when my nails were almost done that the chrome coat was an extra $10. Just disappointed that she was not honest and not willing to do the service we agreed upon for the original price. Just be careful if you do decide to go to this shop as there is no customer service. read more

I've been going to this place for a few years and overall they do a great job on mani and pedi. I get full set by Diane and she does a great job. I receive so many compliments on my nails. All of the girls do a great job but if you are specifically looking for acrylic I would ask for Diane she does an awesome job! read more

I've been going to paradise nails for over 5 years now. I always have long coffin narrow nails and I love changing my color and trying new designs. And of course my toes match. The whole team there is awesome and so friendly. My son and husband even go and wait for me to get my stuff done sometines it's a good vibe. Diane does amazing lashes which I get done for trips and they last for a really long time. My nails are always shaped even and polish always lasts. I've tried other nail shops near me and I won't go to anyone else. I literally have about 7 nail salons between my house and paradise. And I always go to paradise nails. read more

This was my first time trying the nail salon and I saw some good reviews so I gave it a try, when I first went in they didn't take too long to help me out, I got a guy and he was really nice. Finally I checked out the total was $40 for a manicure, I liked how they came out, the next day I realized my nails were cracking already. I called in and asked if they could fix it for me. I went in the same day and I got a different manicurist and she didn't seem happy to help me, she was very rough. I thanked her when she finished and left. The following day I noticed more of the nails were cracked. I called once more and asked if they would fix the other nails, they responded yes. So I went in and fixed the nails that were cracked. I have more nails that are cracked within the same week of them being done and I don't have time to be going back and fixing them. I wouldn't recommend this place if you want your nails to last for more than a week read more

Went here to try a new place near my house! BIG MISTAKE!!! Went in and requested a mani/pedi. I walked out paying $60 for dipped nails and they look horrible. The guy didn't seem to know what he was doing, Ive been getting my nails done for over 15 years, the guy was unprofessional and inexperienced. I had to keep telling the gentlemen that my nails were uneven. I walked out with uneven nails and the color was horribly polished. I will never go back again! Beware new customers! read more

I have followed the shop owner Diane for years around the local Ontario chino area.i have praised her through the years as her business in new shops increased and spots for her nail expertise expands its necessary to call and make an appt. for Diane's service. If you don't have appt. I fear you will b passed off to a lesser artist to handle your nails. Bad items to mention.. Constantly Shop ownerand every other stylist chats on the cell phone personal calls mostly throughout your appt. other customers have mentioned and I agree a lot of time just by watching the body language the workers talk behind Our backs to one another.never in English...come on Management get control of your workers! None of us that have given you money through the years don't like to b talked about we can't understand but we feel tthe same us customers so I'm not the only one. Always late to get started even with an appt. workers constantly stops to get money give money always something that takes to e away from our appt certainly there is a better paying system. Worst yet after 10 years in. I had a pedicure appt. the lady wouldn't take me to chair for my spot. I had been using her for 4 plus years on feet. I waited while she keep eyeing me not helping me and rambling to others about me spoken what....not in English I felt something was up. Other workers convinced her to not do my pedicure. I have pisorias which the educated ones amoug us know is not contagious. You know they should know what my condition is and if it's contagious because of the classes and training they should of received before they were licensed. Apparently this is not the training they did or did not receive. The shop owner Diane allowed her workers who weren't even involved get involved with me. To speak of not handling me because I'm gross. So now after 10 years Owner allowed her workers to follow me to car after wasting a houris my time taking other clients ahead of my apps. I was told 1 lady said to pedicures the. Don't put me near or ever in the chair tub u used on her nasty legs.Yes I was told this outside quite loudly very embarrassing to say the least because of One uneducTed bigot a once in awhile customer. Ignorance is not an excuse. Meanness is unwarrented. Embarrasementf and personally publicly making me feel bad is not good business. The shop owner let her workers make the choice to service or not. No builder coat applied and then the sealing of it was not done properly. The top coat is already peeling off and there are hairline cracks in my nail. I don't even know why I paid $108 for a dip mani and gel pedi for an absolutely mediocre job. The pedicure was extremely minimal. The entire service was SO FAST. And the entire time they kept trying to convince me to try builder gel. My friend who recommended this place does get the builder gel, so my guess is going to be that's what they specialize in. They have a 7 day guarantee but I'm afraid to go back to get it fixed because I feel they will just file the nails down again and make them even thinner and I'd rather cut my losses at this point. I've come to this nail shop over the years and the last few times it seems like they're getting…read moreworse. I took my daughter to get a pedicure and I asked for an acrylic overlay on her big toe because she had a crack. I had to go back a few days later because of acrylic that they put on was not put on correctly and it started lifting. As we went to go get it fixed the lady that was working on her nails. Tried to use the same dirty gloves that she had just used on the previous client. I made her change her gloves because that was disgusting and very unsanitary and unprofessional. During the process of her trying to remove the acrylic off my daughter's toe nail, we asked her to soak it off because the acrylic was still on her real nail. She tried to lift it off and was ripping my daughter's real nail. She finally listened to our request and soaked off part of the nail. As we're waiting for the nail to soak off, she goes to another client and uses the gloves that she just used on my daughter and tried to come back to remove the acrylic from my daughters nail using the same gloves that she just touched the other clients foot. I asked her to remove the gloves and at that point she told me that she didn't touch the other clients foot with the gloves when I watched her do so. And that client that she was working on came in having issues with their toenails as well as his wife. When I talked to the guy in the front I told him about the issue and what was going on and he tells me what was the purpose of you coming here. Very unprofessional and so rude. So I would highly recommend you guys not going to this nail salon if you don't want to catch an infection.

Kenny is my go to guy for pedi's for me. I usually don't let anyone else do my pedi, because he has the perfect touch. He's a real sweetie! You can get a basic mani/pedi for $12.99. Can't beat that! Their prices are very reasonable for all their services, so that leaves room for a generous tip. :) I'm a happy customer.
