First of all, let me tell you that Annie it's an excellent Nail tech she has done excellent work with my nails. She's been doing my nails for the last 3 months. She used to book me in advance, as you can see as the picture she's good, the only thing that I put 2 stars Is because she stops answering my text about a week ago, when I asked for an appointment, the message status was "Read" meaning she READ my message! for me this is unprofessional, she needs to work out a little better is on her scheduling and response. Because if she keeps doing this she will lose a lot of customers (like me), I notice a lot of the time she use yo stress over her appointment and the time as well. Like I said she needs to manage better the time and scheduling and obviously customer service, you can't ignore your customer ", they are the one who brings you business to your table... I unfortunately spoke too soon. I was "rescheduled" again tonight. Prior to the pandemic I visited every two weeks and was rescheduled 1/3 of the time, inconvenient yes but tolerated as I thought these were all legitimate reasons for rescheduling at the time. On a couple occasions I had other appointments in the building and could see that other clients were in at the time of my canceled appointments. I didn't say anything due to the intimate setting of the appointments and figured the location and proximity to my home were not worth finding a new nail tech over at the time. The manicures and pedicures were mediocre, mostly came for the companionship after a while. It's nice knowing someone and feeling like you support their business. During the hard times she would always appreciate my business, during the busy times it seemed I was easily rescheduled. My Husband finally asked me tonight if I was going to rearrange my schedule to accommodate a refrigerator delivery from my nail lady with less than a 15 hr notice, I knew what he meant, sometimes it's just too much. As a loyal customer you never want to be taken for granted. I wish Ana all the best. read more
