I have been here multiple times and every time I get the friendliest service, the best quality at the best price, and amazing nails that last much longer than other shops I've been to. I normally don't get gel x because other places I've been to have done them so quickly and they lift within a couple weeks. I decided to try it here for the first time and it's a way different experience! My nails feel so much sturdier and yaya did a phenomenal job on my Christmas design and color. Tina gave my husband an amazing pedicure and my 4 year old a mani/pedi with rainbow polish. She even removed the gel off of one foot when my daughter decided she wanted rainbow toenails instead of red sparkle, even though I told her she didn't need to do that!! I came here to get a pedicure and left feeling disrespected, uncomfortable, and completely disappointed. I patiently waited my turn without any complaints. When I politely asked if someone could help reshape my nails because I wasn't happy with them, I was told to wait which I did, calmly and respectfully. Instead of providing a solution or a professional attitude, the technician became visibly upset. She began working on my toes with clear frustration and even told me mid-service that she wouldn't serve me again and that I shouldn't come back. It was rude, uncalled for, and deeply unprofessional. I didn't raise my voice or show any attitude, so the hostility was completely unprovoked. On top of that, the quality of the pedicure itself was terrible. The polish was bubbly, the shaping was uneven, and the overall job looked rushed and careless. Their pedicures are $25 and it definitely shows. Cheap price, even cheaper service. What's worse is the lack of hygiene. I watched them use the same gloves from a previous pedicure, dip them into reused water, and go straight into working on another client without any sanitation measures in between. That alone should be a health code violation. I don't like writing negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time or money here. I came on a Tuesday afternoon (11/21) and it was busy. This is my review after my SECOND visit. I had called to ask for an appointment with David day before. When I got there he wasn't available so I asked how long they said 30. I had other errands so that was fine. Came back and he had just begun on someone else. The lady he was working on a full set she also needed a pedicure so he was able to stop working on her and do my nails. I like my nails. I don't really have anything else to say about this place. They're economical (no paper towels they use real towels for after you wash hands, watered down soap, no decor) and extremely SIMPLE. It was clean I will say, could use some remodeling etc nails spas nowadays are on the modern side. Not this one. And that's ok. It's very local to where I live so I will call and ask for David again and see if they actually take appointments. Horrible the lady not only left me with super thin natural nails but she kept pressuring me to do square when i specifically asked for almond. The whole time she was constantly telling me to just trust her but you can tell my nail looked red and not normal. I asked for a soak off and she refused and ended up yanking off my acrylic nail. Felt like crying because i just wanted a basic almond french tip and she didn't want to do it. And she charged me $60 for very short square french. When the board of prices clearly said $47. Ive been here couple time, with ling and the other lady that i cant remembered her name. They are so sweet and nice. Also gave me a good experience and relaxing feeling here. And the passed weekend i came back, there were many new people work here. Like 3 more. The whole 2hrs i was there, i heard they were talking so so so much bad stuff and cuss in vietnamese. Oh btw they asked me if im vietnamese, i said no. But i know vietnamese i just dont want to talk so much while im doing my nails. I just want to enjoy my "me time". So i feel like i hear they telling each other how bad is the other lady didnt tip him enough this that about tipping. I think amy and david are husband and wife. So happy to have a nail spa right down the street from my house. I came for a gel manicure. They just opened so it was pretty empty, only two other customers were here. The owner was so nice and attentive. She offered me water and juice (which not a lot of places offer unless you pay an arm and a leg for their services). She was also very friendly and talkative when she started on my manicure. She gave me advice on how to grow my nails long and strong because she noticed they were breaking. Right before I was done her family walked in and they were all so polite and friendly. She has such a beautiful family and they all have off such a genuine, welcoming vibe. I would definitely recommend this nail spa to friends and family. It is rather small so as they get more customers I think I'll start making an appointment. As for as my nails, Ling did a great job. the service was terrible. the owner had her kid there running around touching everything and the whole time she was doing my nails she was distracted with him. when doing my nails i told her shorter and she kept them long. i gave her a simple design that i wanted and she couldn't do it and when i told her no i didn't like it she got upset. i gave her a easier design and work on it was half fast and blotchy. They took me in right when I got there, kept us all separated, everything was very clean and Yaya did amazing on my toes. She took her time and even let me change the colors since they had so many to choose from. The price for gel wasn't even that bad compared to other salons I've been to. Second time I come here. First time I was happy with the way my nails were done, ok job, nothing to complain about. So I go in yesterday after work, I waited a bit then got sat down with a girl, her hair is yellow. I didn't get her name. She starts doing my gel manicure, when it came to cut my nails she left each one slanted and I kept telling her I wanted them short. This girl would nod and still not do what I was asking, she then was filing my nails and wouldn't put effort into filing, I let her know to round the edges since I didn't like point and sharp edges on my nails and she still wasn't doing that. I then ask if I can see the file and I start filing my own nails ! She then realizes what I mean and takes the file from me to do them herself. She then moved me to do my pedicure, I let her know I wanted to just trim my toe nails. One of them was breaking so that's why I said trim, still leaving them at a good length. She nodded and removed my gel and "trimmed my nails" when she showed me my nail on my big toe it was slanted and short! Now she had to file it even leaving my nail super short close to my skin! I let her know no you cut it way to short that's not what I wanted. She then speaks in her language and the owner then asks me what did you want? She doesn't understand English. This whole time ! She never understood a word I was saying! Why didn't she ask for help or why didn't the owner watch over her to make sure her customers are getting what they want or let them customers know if we have any questions to let her know so she can rely the message. I literally am so upset with my pedicure it's ugly, it's uneven, It's slanted, the paint job is horrible too. I wanted a nice pedicure ready for the weekend and now she ruined that for me, I can't wear open toed shoes. I won't be returning. read more

Brought my daughter here once for her 5th birthday. She wanted to be treated. She wanted to return and have the same experience all over again. The owner was being extremely rude and wanted to charge me an extra $15 to dip my daughters feet in water before she got her toes painted. This is RIDICULOUS. She's five so obviously she's not getting a pedicure but to try to charge me $15 just for the water?! My daughter was so disappointed when she heard she couldn't get the water like me.
