Awesome location and people. Clean, clean, clean! 12 minute walk from my site to the beach.... you can't ask for better than that. Sites are a little small for an RV but given all the other positives, this wouldn't slow me down. I have come to OOB for years and this was the 1st time we stayed here and I couldn't have been happier. We have stayed at other campgrounds in the area and this is where we will stay moving forward. Side note: The folks at KOA Saco should take note from these people. That KOA dislikes people and especially kids. KOA Saco has lost me to Paradise Park moving forward! read more

We stayed 4 nights in early June 2017. WOW!!! This place is close to beach just off the highway. It's a short drive to many day trip destinations in the area. It's clean. It's quiet. It's friendly. We stayed at Paradise Park Resort for 4 days in mid August and had a great stay. It was a little tight getting our 45' class A motorhome into our site {212 I think]but the resort made it easy with an escort in and also when we left. The resort was spotless and the pools clean. The location is awesome and it's just a easy walk to the beach and attractions. We are just starting out full timing in our coach in March and have a list of the good and the bad places we have stayed, Paradise Park Resort is one of the best we have seen and we will definitely be back to this well managed and beautiful resort. read more

This was a fantastic campground, great location to the beach and downtown OOB attractions! All the factilities were clean, and well maintained, staff was super friendly. We are rookie campers and came underprepared, the few items we needed were available in the camp store. Our 5 yr old loved the pool & playground, definitely a spot our family would return to. read more

We vacationed here for four days, on arrival they had an escort bring us to our site and then expertly guide us in. Some of the spots are a little tight getting in so this was a lifesaver. The sites were spacious, plenty of room for parking. They use old washing machine tubs as firepits which is genius. The staff was extremely accommodating, polite and helpful. This location is literally a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk and downtown area. They have a courtesy shuttle to bring you down and carry any beach supplies. It's spotless and very well maintained. The shower/bathrooms were meticulous and we saw staff going in to clean repeatedly throughout the day. We will absolutely be back and recommend this campground to any one. read more

Highly recommend this campground. It is exceptionally clean and the sites are well maintained. The pool and hot tubs are perfect and the pond is lots of fun for fishing! Wonderful family owned campground where the staff treat you like family. After a long week of work we arrived and we are greeted with "welcome home." I would recommend this as first choice to anyone looking to camp in Old Orchard beach. It is in walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the facilities are kept emaculant. The only limiting factor was the sites are close to one another, and don't offer much in the way of privacy from adjacent sites. I would definitely stay here again though. read more

We kept our site clean and quiet for our entire stay, and still had the rent a cop circling around every ten minutes to scold us for one thing or another. They had my kids put their bikes away because it was "getting dark" at 630 in the middle of summer, said our dogs were annoying, even though they allow dogs, etc. If you're 80 years old and enjoy zero fun, this is the campground for you. If you enjoy life at all, have kids or pets, go somewhere else. read more

Let's get right to it, Paradise Park is a fantastic campground. My husband and I are from Massachusetts and have included Paradise Park in our regular rotation. We have a Class A Motorhome and have had no problem with the size or "ftatness" of the sites we have been assigned. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring. The campground is extremely clean and well kept. In the front of the campground there is a good size lake with a fountain in the middle; you can fish or rent a paddle boat. We prefer this front part of the campground. There are two pools and an arcade for kids and they are "dog friendly". The campground also has cable and wifi. Everyone in the office has been extremely friendly and helpful. Upon arrival there is someone that will lead you to your campsite in a golf cart and assist you backing into your site. This is nice when you arrive after dark. Speaking of late arrivals, the office will wait for you even if you are running late (or caught in traffic on 495 on a long weekend - personal experience). Finally, Paradise Park is approximately a half mile walk to the Pier and beach. This place books up quick between Memorial Day and Labor Day so make reservations early. Enjoy your trip, you won't be disappointed. read more

First trip to Maine and we couldn't have asked for a better place. Campground has a great pond in the center with a fountain, a great backdrop for a campfire. Walking distance to the beach and shops of Old Orchard Beach. We will be back! read more

Wow! This place rocks! Super quiet and peaceful. Very clean. Beautiful sites and a lovely pond. Took the kids fishing and actually caught a few. The restrooms and showers are very clean. Staff are super friendly. Rates were much better than most, and you feel like your in the sticks, but the beach, pier and Main Street are within walking distance. I love this place! read more

The campground is well situated for OOB and has a lovely layout. The only exceptions to our visit to Paradise Park were unfortunately a big deal for us. There were no statements in their online policies regarding golf carts and the place has PLENTY of them. We had our proof of insurance, which is the usual request. However, when we arrived we were told it had to be street legal. Ridiculous! We weren't leaving the park with it and the staff was tooling around with golf carts that weren't street legal as were several guests. We have the golf cart to aid one of our party with his mobility and found this simply unacceptable. Setup brought additional challenges as well. Our camper had to be moved because the sites electrical hookup blocked our bump out. Their online reservation form doesn't account for these at all. read more

Solid experience for a two night camping trip with the girlfriend. We tented and had a decent spot away from the lake. Be aware, those lake spots have tons of.frogs around and could keep you up at night. The best part of paradise is clean bathrooms, 2 pools/hot tubs and a great location to.downtown old orchard. read more

They play movies every night. they have a pizza / ice cream shop as well and a convenient store if you happen to forget anything . they also have two pools and 3 hot tubs . the bathrooms and shower rooms are well cleaned. 5 minutes walking from the beach, the attraction park and the pier, beautiful, clean, quiet, comfortable, impeccable service, all utilities, wi-fi I traveled a lot with my husband, and is by far the best campground we have ever been. À 5 minutes à pied de la plage, du parc d'attraction et du pier, l'endroit est magnifique, le camping est très propre, tranquille, il y a toutes les commodités, l'accueil est parfait, et il y a le wi-fi gratuit. My husband and I stayed here while on vacation in OOB. This place is so clean and well maintained. We are already looking forward to going back next year. Each site has a picnic table and fire pit. The park staff were friendly and helpful. They take great pride in making sure the park is clean. The bathrooms were spotless. The park is about a ten minute walk to the beach and the pier.....no need to worry about finding parking close to the beach :) The park is also close to Portland and other Maine attractions. Ok if you are looking for an awesome place to spend some time look NO further!!!! This campground is beyond amazing. There isn't much privacy between the sites but that would be the only downfall. But with how great everything was I don't even mind that! The entire place is spotless. The pool and spa perfectly maintained!!!! The bathrooms....are you kidding me!?! You could have eaten a meal in there!!! I can't believe how good it was!!! They have a shuttle bus that brings you to the beach along with all your gear. The driver is just about the nicest person you'll ever meet he had all the kids in stitches!!! Definitely a great place to bring your kids and enjoy some time away while still having some comforts of home. My kids had so many things to do that they slept for the entire 3 hour drive home and when they woke up they asked when we could go back!! I will be returning and if you go so will you!!! read more
