Back in the mid-90's I used to live just a few minutes away, and this was my go-to pizza place. They made amazing pizza with plenty of topping and a great taste... every time. Then I moved and it was upwards of an hour away so I had to find a new place and there was no comparison. But you make the best of it. Fast forward to January of 2024 and I finally stopped back in...hoping, but not optimistic, that I'd get a similar quality pizza. Let's just say that I was pleasantly surprised. My typical Ham, Mushroom & Bacon pizza was exactly like I remembered it being all that time ago. I ordered a large pizza and mozzarella sticks, delivery was so fast. The quality of the food SUCKED!!! The mozzarella sticks tasted like fish sticks and weren't HOT!! So glad we found somewhere close to home with amazing pizza and service! Calling to place an order most places can be a headache, especially when the worker is rude and unknowledgeable, which leads to frustration and a wrong order delivered. BUT you'll never run in to that problem here! Phone orders are quick, clear, and to the point, all bases of orders are covered and we always get the correct delicious order. Customer service is huge! Family-owned Pizzeria in NE? Yeah, yeah...that is the story of lots of pizzeria's. Nice Italian or Greek family owned Pizzeria...well, this one stands out. The staff is always very friendly...and as long as I've worked there, I've seen the same faces time in and time out. Small dining area, but they do have a decently sized delivery area. Admittedly, I've only had a couple items off their menu. The pizza is just "eh", while their calzones, however, are off the hook. Calzones: Don't know if it's the sauce...or the cheese they sprinkle on top...or the fresh contents...but their calzones are best in the area. My personal fave is: Pepperoni, Meatball, Mushrooms, Sauce and Cheese. If it's a pizza topping, you can get it in the calzone, no worries. Crust is perfect. Maybe most of all, it's consistent. A must-try...it keeps Paradise at 4-stars, despite the pizza being pretty average. read more

Great family run restaurant. The food here goes above and beyond what is expected from a pizza place. The ingredients used for sandwiches are fresh and the portions are amazing. You are getting more for what you are paying. Atmosphere is very casual and talkative. Its like visiting your relatives for a quick meal. I would come by here every week, and eat the same sandwich every time. Not once did i get tired of it. (Chicken Cutlet sandwich, with everything on it, peppers included, slightly toasted with mayo and add bacon). If you're looking for a quick quality bite, then i recommend this place. read more

I love this place! It truly is one of Worcester's hidden gems! The pizza is delicious and loaded with toppings. The family is super nice. The subs are actually packed full! Probably the best calzones and I love their chicken stir fry wrap! And with all of this exceptionally reasonable prices. Oh and don't let me forget the fried scallops on Fridays! #9 on the Worcester Pizza Quest Next on my list is Paradise Pizza, its located right across the street from a children's baseball park as your going towards auburn. This was another place I have driven by but never stopped until this Worcester Pizza Quest. I dialed the number and a very pleasant woman answered the phone. It was a happy phone conversation. I ordered a large cheese. I arrived at the restaurant it's a small place with a table or two you can see and eat. This is a very clean restaurant and a great view of the children's baseball field. I bet a lot of parents and kids love seeing Paradise pizza across the street. I was pleasantly greeted but two people happily working away. The pizza was under $10. Took it home opened the box, man the bread style pizza seems to be the pizza of Worcester. I would love to know why. The pizza was crisp and perfectly cooked, it had the right amount of cheese on it. But it was drab and blah. It was just a simple pizza sauce and cheese, it seems as though no spices were added to the sauce. It was disappointing, I actually had to go the spice rack, grab the Italian spices to add flavor to my slices. This was a very bland and boring pizza was it eatable yeah but would I go back no. the people there were very pleasant and the restaurant very clean. I wish I could give it a better rating but the bland pizza is really why you're coming here. read more

Okay, so instead of trying my usual Andreas Pizza deal,also a greek owned pizza shop, i wanted to try Paradise Pizza, down the street. This was a bad idea. The pizza wasn't good at all. I ordered a large cheese pizza to share with my daughter and it was unflavored and blan. Nothing exciting about it. The welcome, what welcome? The workers weren't even smiling, just a drab 'hi'. So i've been to alot of places, one of the standing out ones isn't Paradise Pizza. I was very upset leaving the pizza place. it just seemed they were out for my money and a get out. I thought they'd at least be nice, they're cooking skills and friendlyness need to improve! I will never recomend this to anyone i know. read more

I've had a few different toppings, but hawaiian is my and my husband's favorite and paradise pizza hits the spot! Their seafood is pretty good too. Very friendly service. I wasn't looking for a great pizza shop but I found one! We stopped to watch a Little League Regional Sr Softball tournament going on at Ty Cobb field across the street. We had some time to kill and had not yet had lunch - and there was Paradise Pizza. The pizza was really good - especially the crust. Cheese Steak was called 'the best I ever had' by someone who is a cheese steak expert (secret ingredients - diced pepperoni and a little mayo). Calzone was also really good. Local shop. Family is always working there. I work right next door and Love getting a few things. Buffalo chicken salad with crispy chicken. Buffalo chicken sub, not toasted, with ranch. And chicken cutlet grinder with honey mustard and bacon. Their sub rolls are delicious, especially when fresh. The steak bomb is also very good. Pizza seems average to me, it's all about the subs and buffalo chicken salad. Good prices and quick too. read more
