We left immediately, he did give us a refund but still made us pay $20 credit card fee??? Absurd. New owners have let this place go down hill fast which is a shame because we have been bringing our child here for years.

This time we stayed in a room with a kitchenette. It was perfect. We bought groceries and saved a lot of money making meals. The fridge was a bit bigger than a standard room fridge. There was a two element stove top and microwave plus a quaint eating area. The WiFi is good and lots of cable channels available. The shower had great water pressure too. Really my only complaint is how the beds are set up. One side has plenty of room but the other side has no leg room so if you have to set up a device like a cpap you have to be creative. Last time, we stayed here but just a regular room and again no leg room on one side. Other than that it's a nice place to stay.

No frills, but we didn't want for anything either and everyone who worked there was pleasant. The rooms were recently renovated nicely, including a nice flat-screen TV with Netflix and plenty of charging stations. It was pouring rain most of the weekend so we didn't get to enjoy the lake but it looked pretty.

We all had a great time celebrating the bride and groom to be. My photos should give you an idea of how nice it was. My daughter's Bachelorette Party Weekend was in a gorgeous large fourth floor suite with bedrooms and a full kitchen in August. It was an outstanding setting that was spacious and had nice open terraces. Recommend it highly for a private party.

Checking in was super easy and quick. The hotel appearance is very well maintained out/in. My room was a suite with a king size bed, full kitchen and get this washer and dryer. I mean this room was better that when I used to live in a studio apt. The hotel also provides water and everything you need to wash clothes. The room was super nice and very well kept. The Customer service was impeccable any where you went. The hotel is centrally located and its close to Broadway, main strip for types of bars and restaurants. Hint......Do not come when its Saratoga horse racing season, you will pay up the wazuuuuu. But do try highly recommend. Kudos to the hotel staff keep up the great work!!

When we arrived Mohamed greeted us and provided us with the guestbook and helped us get into our room. We stood in the two bedroom cottage that sleeps four. The room was clean and complete with the basic amenities one would need. The kitchen is fully stocked with stove,fridge,coffee maker and microwave. Pots,pans,plates and utensils are also available. The bathroom has a shower and was stocked with towels. Living room was fully furnished with Roku and WiFi. Both bedrooms and sheets,linens and pillows. The property was well kept,our first night we had dinner outside on the picnic of table over looking the lake,absolutely beautiful view! It's close enough to walk to downtown Saratoga Springs but the area is quiet so we weren't disturbed by night life noise. We did need to move our cars for alternate parking rules Saturday morning but that was no big deal. The room was charming, had ample space to store our belongings and it was clean. Our host was friendly and accommodating. I absolutely would love to go again.

The website makes it seems like a tourist guesthouse / corporate apt -- but when I got there it was…read morebasically a weekly room rental with no owner on premises and a sarcastic college student who was supposed to be "running" the place. Problems with this "corporate housing": 1) The "fridge" was sticky with leftover dirt. 2) I cleaned up a bug that looked like a cockroach on the floor of the "kitchen" area. 3) No toilet paper and a used pack of chewing gum on my bed (this will apply to a later complaint.) 4) No one else is EVER home at this house. I tried to bang on a door to the main house a few times, no one ever answered. 5) An apartment owned by same owner next to my room. Tenant stays up until 3:00 AM playing rock music and TV. The door between our rooms provided no sound protection at all. Light shone through into my room. 6) I call to complain about the noise and the college student accused me of lying -- and asked did I think there were "animals running around on the roof" or something? I called the owner and she said "I'm in Florida, what do you want me to do about it." 7) The college student started sending angry texts to my phone. First I get a text in the middle of the night while I am in bed trying to sleep: I have to buy my own toilet paper, I should have known that. 8) Text attack continues. I have checked out and now I'm in an EconoLodge but I am still getting texts from this girl at Saratoga House. She informs me she found used chewing gum stuck down under the sheets of the bed I had slept in. Hmm. Considering I did not chew any gum, that means I slept with a stranger's chewing gum. Lovely. 9) More texts: she is mad because the door knob to the bathroom keeps falling off - and why didn't I fix it? After having foreign used chewing gum in my bed, cleaning up a dead cockroach, using leftover napkins as toilet paper, scrubbing the fridge out with sanitizing soap-- I do apologize for not making repairs to your guesthouse. I thought since I paid I was the guest, but I was obviously wrong. I admit you deserve better. Now please stop texting me.

I took my kids here 30 years ago. It's walking distance to Great Escape. Now I wanted to take my…read moregrandkids to Great Escape and decided to see if Graycourt was still in business. It was. The owners are still the same as 30 years ago. They are wonderful! The rooms are frozen in a time gone by but...... extremely CLEAN! I don't care if they are not up to date but I really care about cleanliness. I'm so happy I went back. They have a nice playground for kids now. We didn't use the pool but that to looked very clean. I was very happy I chose Graycourt.

The rooms are a bit old looking, but this place has been here for years, so I expect that. I love getting the rooms in the back as you can sit outside at night and you have privacy. Another great thing, is that it is a hop, skip and a jump away from Sutton's Market Place so I can just walk over. :) Yes there are more swanky places to go, but this place is affordable, clean and the staff is super nice.
