I do not live in Las Vegas, but during a recent trip two of my inlays unexpectedly popped out. Suddenly I had two large gaps in my back teeth, and I was worried that leaving them untreated too long could lead to root canals. While searching for help, I heard about a great dentist with advanced technology who could complete restorations in a single visit. I called and was able to get an early appointment during my vacation. Before arriving, I filled out most of the patient paperwork online. When I walked into the office, the staff was extremely welcoming and brought me straight to the chair. They started with a CBCT cone beam scan to get a full 3D image of my teeth. Dr. Pham came in shortly after, reviewed the scan, and examined everything carefully. He clearly explained the treatment plan and told me the entire process would take no more than about two and a half hours. I honestly could not believe it. Both teeth were back molars that had already started to become uncomfortable, so I was relieved to take care of everything right away and still enjoy the rest of my trip. One thing that immediately stood out was the technology in the office. During the procedure he used a device that continuously removed saliva and blood, which kept my mouth dry the entire time without needing an assistant to constantly suction. Normally I am used to stopping every couple of minutes to spit, so this made the experience far more comfortable. Some of the technology he used that my dentist back home does not have included: * A dental microscope for extremely precise work* A hard tissue laser that removed decay and helped reduce sensitivity* CAD CAM same day dentistry technology that scanned my teeth, designed the crown and inlay digitally, milled them in office, and completed the restorations in about an hour While the restorations were being fabricated, he also repaired a chip on one of my front teeth. In total, everything was finished in about two hours. I walked in with two missing restorations and walked out with a crown, a new inlay, and a repaired front tooth. They fit so perfectly. My old restorations never felt very good. I am so happy with the new crowns. If you are looking for a dentist in Las Vegas who does exceptional work with advanced technology, I would highly recommend Dr. Pham. I honestly wish he practiced in my hometown because I would switch dentists immediately. The best part is that I was back in the casino before lunch and able to enjoy the rest of my vacation. read more

The one star is for the service Dr. Pham provided to me and my family for the last 10 years. And in that 10 years had enjoyed having him as our primary dentist, hence the reason why we stayed for 10 years. 2 weeks ago I called because I broke a tooth, my first time ever having this happen. They schedule me for 5 days out. I come in, they take an X-ray and then come in to tell me Dr. Pham isn't in and they don't know where he is. Wish I was told that before driving across town but ok. They tell me when he gets back he'll review the X-ray and they'll call me to schedule an appointment to fix it. It's been two weeks. I finally found a new dentist. I called spectrum to ask if Pham ever made it back to which I was told yes. After taking my information the receptionist tells me she's brand new (ya right) and has no idea what happened. I told her this was not only unacceptable but completely unprofessional and that they just lost a family of 5 because of this and she gave me some passive aggressive apology and was already hanging up. read more

We left the Las Vegas area for a few years and could not find a dentist as honest and hardworking as Dr. Pham, so during our visits we would make sure to schedule an appointment for our check ups. Let me just start off by saying this office deserves negative stars!!!! Little Ms Assistant Victoria you're one unprofessional female. I called over two weeks ago to get MY RECORDS and recent X-rays and it was a nightmare trying to get them. On April 14th I called the office, the assistant stated it would take a very long time to get the records together (since I have been going to this office since 2010), she said she would have them ready by Monday the following week, we then hung up. 4 hours later she called me back and told me they would be ready by Wednesday, i'm not too sure how it is to print out paperwork for a patient that has been with the office for 10+ years, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt and I nicely told her she didn't have to go all the way back to 2010 I just wanted mainly my most recent work. She said not a problem Ill get this going. So fast forward to the next week and surprise surprise I didn't hear from her, so I called back Monday April 26 and told her I've been waiting for the records and have not received, (since she gave me a deadline), she then said oh I'm sorry I've wasn't aware of that.... I then informed her she is the one that told me that. Very incompetent I don't know where the communication was lost. So now it is April 28th, I called the office once again and the receptionist finally answered, she told me to come in and she would print whatever I needed. I went in there and the receptionist had my papers already printed for me (there was literally only 3 pages) so I don't know why I was told it would take a really long time to print. I still needed my X-rays so the receptionist needed Victoria to come up there and help her, Victoria came up front and supposedly tried sending the email, but i got a error message because the damn email was spelled wrong (when it was written down right in front of her) she is now playing games and being very unprofessional. This mess was created for absolutely no reason, so ridiculous that a patient has to deal with something like that. Thank you Nicole for helping me and finally giving me MY RECORDS....This place is an absolute joke!!!!!! Do not trust this Dentist!!!! Doctor Pham, It is time to replace the person (woman) who handle insurance, besides to be rude and unprofessional. The person in charge showed me two estimates estimate from LAST YEAR (2022) for the amount of $2,043.20 (a bridge) and $705.91 (a crown) for a total of $2,724.11. The finance woman (unknown name) "stated it, if you PAY it tomorrow it will be $2,000.00 (700.00 less) THIS IS A RED FLAG. I called my insurance, the insurance does not have any information or requested regarding this dental work, I called the woman back, I explained everything REGARDING THE INSURANCE, and the answered was I WILL CANCELED your appointment. well, I changed Insurance last December, however it is the same insurance BUT different companies so everything need to be done again. He's very nice and gentle in his approach and it's a plus that he has a 3-D printer and can make your crown onsite. Spectrum dental has been great since I started coming here 8 years ago. I had a few emergency situations with kids chipping teeth and he was able to get me In Same day. Never up sales anything. I believe he looks at us as people not as insurance pay outs. I'll keep coming here as long as dr Pham is there. Staff is nice as well. This place is literal bullshit. I went once for a cleaning never again. I had to wait over an hour and a half for a simple cleaning, and once I weighed that one hour and a half the cleaning took maybe five minutes.The person that polished my teeth versus the person that cleaned my teeth. It was nearly a two hour difference, then I get a bill saying that I have to pay $64. This was never brought up to me in anyway. And once I called them asking for an explanation they hang up on me. It was some lady named with a J but whoever it is. The person was a joke. I was on speaker phone and they kept calling me loud and rude. They hung up on me multiple times. Literally this place is a joke. They make you wait forever for your service, and once you get your service it's lousy. They have no appreciation for their customers whatsoever. This dentist is a scam artist. My mother was going here and they gave her such a run around, doing unnecessary work on her mouth, claiming she needed a root canal, all sorts of crazy claims to the insurance. She went and got a 2nd opinion and he was completely wrong about the work he claimed she needed. Also, her mouth was in so much pain after the work this dentist did. He is awful. Love them!! First you think it's right next to Home Depot and the outside doesn't look great. But inside ITS TOTALLY COOL. Not a big place so there's more focus on patients . Staff is EXTREMELY FRIENDLY and Dr Pham is awesome! I needed a crown and the best part is they make it right there in his office , same day. You can watch it being made and your TOTALLY involved in shape etc of it. It took 1 1/2 hours for me to get crown made , put on and out the doctor!! read more

Hi I've been coming to Spectrum Dental for years and very happy with my dental services which is why I keep coming back year after year and refer my friends and family. Dr. Pham and Abby are absolutely amazing they took really good care of me today. I actually broke a crown so he ended up getting a new one and I'm so glad in some ways that it happened because the porcelain material and process has improved over the last six years since my last one it looks and feels natural and amazing :-) they are friendly from the moment you walk into the door on the phone to make appointments and Dr. Pham is personable and skilled. If I could give it zero stars I would. I'm a new patient & I got scolded for coming too early (5 min) to fill out the paperwork. Appt was at 0830, but she doesn't give me the paperwork to fill out til 0840. The finally call me in around 9. Xray tech had to redo several xrays & was really rough, even after I told her she was pushing down too hard. Dr Pham is nice but he was really rough with my cleaning & nicked my lip. He said 'sorry, you'll be ok'. He finds out I work for an airline & starts talking about free travel & passes. I felt like he was about to ask me for some. I left there in more pain than when I came in. I had to go back in today to finish the work that they started last month (I had a crown put in). I am DEFINITELY not coming back. My appt was for 9:30am, at 10:20 they finally put me in a chair. At 10:54 almost AN HOUR & A HALF LATER Dr Pham finally gets started. read more

I have a huge phobia of dentists and get extreme anxiety if i have to go (which is why i tolerated this toothache, severe headaches and sensitivity for the past 6 months)...but Dr Pham at Spectrum Dental was awesome! He was very gentle and considerate throughout the entire process. Always asking how I was doing, if I needed a break, even told me to tell him if I got hungry during the procedure and he would stop so I could eat. (Never Ever had that happen b4) ...BONUS was having the BEST Assistant Kaitlyn ...Thank you both for making my visit a great one! The whole satff gave me a wonderful experience and I couldn't be more happy! They did my deep clean today and will finish it on Monday. The hygienist, I believe her name is Nancy, is such a sunshine. She is so caring and tells me what she is about to do. I love her! Natalie who took my xray was so amazing and nice as well! Been going to this dentist for over a decade. He has a new office staff now that is uneducated and aggressive. I have been doing 4 month cleaning for years . The office staff decided my insurance only covers 2 per year therefore I own $99 for a cleaning only ( no X-ray, exam , just cleaning). They refuse to submit the claim to my insurance even though my insurance has paid for in the past. It clearly says in the benefits that 3 cleaning a year are covered if needed. The office staff has a know it all attitude and refuses to listen. Refused to review the history or even try to submit to insurance. They gave me no advance notice, demanding the $99 after the cleaning. I spent around $1600 for a crown and related items last year . Guess I need to find a new dentist. Very disappointing. He had Debbie as a office manger , she retired . Every job is important. I really like the cleaning hygienist. The front office people are just demanding, rude , unworkable. read more

Dr Pham was very well educated at UCLA, is constantly keeping up with the latest advances in dentistry, marvelous at explaining procedures and what to expect, and his English is impeccable . His office manager , Debbie, could not be more personable or professional. She always has the patient's best interest at heart and goes way above and beyond to accommodate. Dr Pham and his team has been wonderful. I came to them after the dreadful time I had at Summerlin Smiles. After being mislead, over charged and experiencing needless pain at Summerlin smiles, I was anxious about going to another dentist. I am disappointed to know that I have to pay Spectrum dental to redo the poor work performed by Summerlin Smiles. But Dr Pham and Debbie to the time to explain everything to me.
