The service was impeccable and the ice cream was delish best ice cream on the beach! love it

Great spot to cool off next to the beach! Came on Friday afternoon it was a little busy but line moved quickly and we were able to find a few chairs to lounge in. Was so difficult to choose between ice cream or shaved ice, so I got a rootbeer float that was absolutely delicious and had the perfect amount of ice cream. Highly recommend!

We almost always stop by here after having dinner in Pass a grille. Friendly staff and fresh flavors with generous portions. Can't go wrong!

What an amazing family owned place. Smoothies and house frozen coffee drink were great. Great experience. Can't wait to be back !

This place is literally in the waterfront. Short walk from the hot sand for a delicious treat or a quick snack. Amazing family friendly environment. Smoothies and house coffee frozen drink were excellent. Going to St Pete Beach should certainly include a trip to Paradise Sweets. Such a great atmosphere . Can't wait to be back!

The ice cream was so delicious!! It's well priced, tasty, and the workers are so nice! This place not only has ice cream, but it has, drinks, candy, chips, and Italian ice!! Highly recommend stopping by!!

Great place to grab ice cream or something sweet before heading cross the street to enjoy the ocean views. My wife and I each ordered ice cream - mine in a bowl and hers in a cone. The service was great and fast, and they offer a good variety of flavors and options.

Small little shaved ice, ice cream or coffee cafe that is tucked away across from the beautiful sand beaches at 8th and Golf Way. I was satisfied with the coffee and my kids were torn between the plethora of ice cream flavors or the shaved ice. Either one you decide, you'll be lovin' the decision to swing by Paradise Sweets.

It's great that a common ice cream place is placed right across the beach. They also have candies and coffees/teas. Three stars because I think it's overrated. Some of the staff were super accommodating and kind and others gave an attitude. Their flavors aren't anything special, however, the ice cream is real. It melts fast so that means little or no emulsifiers in it. They have a few tables inside and out, both on the sort of patio and around the side of 8th. The tables aren't cleaned regularly, so be prepared to reposition yourself and belongings or grab some napkins prior to or get nasty! They didn't have mint-(choco)-chip when I was there..... that's my go-to flavor! I tried a couple of flavors and got a small cup with two flavors for $3.50. I then wanted a coffee post purchase and I wasn't able to locate a garbage bin to toss out my empty cup. I asked one of the boys behind the counter where the bins are and he said outside (I didn't want to go outside, I was outside all day!) and he said that they're overflowing, and then when he saw my frustration because the main door was flooded with families entering and ordering he said there's one inside right between the door and the counter.... again! That's right where it was overwhelming with people. I asked if he could take it and if I could place an order for coffee. He completely ignored me and turned his head the other way. Then he motioned for some newcomers to order and basically got rid of me. It did the trick. I grabbed my stuff and pushed through the swarm of people and the trash bin was overstuffed inside too. Half of my rubbish fell in the gap between the bin and the ice cream counter. I don't think I'll be back. The girls working behind the counter we're courteous and did amazingly. I gave a $0.50 tip for the ones who initially helped me. ----- After messaging in depth with the owner, I've learned that the ingredients in the Vanilla ice cream are as follows: Cream, milk, skim milk, sugar, whey, stabilizer (locust bean gum, guar gum), vanilla extract, vanilla bean. Contains Milk. Happy eats!

Yummy espresso shake. Nice selection of ice cream too. It's the go to place after a day at the beach.

Inside is bright and welcoming but no chairs or tables inside to sit. Staff were fine, not overly friendly. Good menu with lots of different items like floats, Italian ice, milkshakes, and snow cones. Ice cream shops on the other side of town I noticed did not have such a variety. Went with the soft serve that has fruit mixed in on the spot into it. Cool machine that does this all at once, never seen anything like it! The machine takes frozen fruit and blends it right into the soft serve. I went with mango for my fruit, and it didn't disappoint. The ice cream was smooth, fresh, and creamy. Unique item worth a try!

I was actually walking past to a restaurant for an adult meal but when I saw the sign advertising Hawaiian style 'snow capped shaved ice' I kool-aid manned through that door. They had no seating indoors but had a huge selection of cool treats such as (knockoff) dipping dots, lots of ice cream flavors and of course the star of THIS show-shaved ices. I opted for the peach coconilla with vanilla ice cream on the bottom. It was great and my only regret is not getting the large. I will say the staff didn't seem particularly thrilled to be there and I was the only one inside, it was a little uncomfortable..but hey it's summer in Florida and this heat is going to suck the joy out of us all some day.

Regardless of the exact number of possible flavors I doubt that you'll get through all the possibilities since making decisions is often hard, and making good decisions quickly is even harder, so I decided to keep it simple and ordered a large "tiger's blood" although the sour cherry and sour grape combinations were speaking to me which I hope to try in the near future, I based my decision today on the status quo bias and because it was extremely warm and humid out, or maybe it's my tendency to stick with what I know, instead of choosing something new and different. I often see the alternative as a risk or just not worth the trouble, even if it might be better, although after my first bite I wish I had ordered something different, but these are so refreshing I was somewhat happy with my decision. No matter what you're craving I doubt very many people go with their original choice after standing in line for more than a few minutes. Everyone's a kid when it comes to SnoBalls even the most sophisticated palette struggles when given more than a few choices so don't hold up the line and pick one we all are feeling the same anxiety. The staff here is very friendly, accommodating and understanding of the process - the prices are fair or at least manageable if you're a wet ice junkie. You probably should order one size larger than your thinking to eliminate any regret when the spoon scrapes the bottom of the cup...

Lolo Ono offers Hawaiian sweet with each serving, which makes an already pleasurable experience even better! They also offer red beans, which I would definitely like to try out next time. There are tons of flavors, and luckily for me and my unlucky organs stuck with sugar digestion, Lolo Ono is usually located pretty far away from me. Hawaiian Shave Ice is like the Cadillac of those sad snow cones. It begins with a base of vanilla bean ice cream, that is covered with fluffy ice and then topped with a selection, or two or three, of the flavored syrups available (Note: no high-fructose corn syrup or artificial sweeteners used). And, even sweeter than this treat, is the fact that each order is served in an eco-friendly container. This was just the right balance for consumption on a sweltering summer day. Crisply cold, neatly sweet and not too rich or heavy make this an ideal indulgence. The ice stayed frozen and the ice cream thawed just enough to reach a pleasant, soft creaminess. The $5 price seems just right for the serving and the amount of satisfaction rendered.
