Stopped here with a friend last month after a fun night exploring the Central Avenue area. We went on a Wednesday night around 9 pm and as soon as we ordered, there was a long line behind us. The cashier was super sweet, complimenting my jewelry. We got to sample a few of the flavors before we made our choices. I chose 2 scoops in a cone but the cashier suggested getting the scoops in a bowl since the weight of the ice cream would be too much for the cone and would fall. She included my cone on the side. I ended up getting the avocado coconut popsicle, and honestly it was so good. It was light, refreshing, and not overly sweet. If you didn't know, ice cream is the best treat. I'll argue to the death over that. Nothing better. Mayday is amazing! Super creamy, crazy flavor, huge chunks of cookie. Very well done ice cream. From the looks of it, small batch, house made and just about perfect. Mint could have been mintier but that's obviously a personal preference of mine. It was plenty minty. The employees were very friendly and personable. Served with a smile and a short conversation about St. Pete. Stopped in for ice cream at 8:15pm on a Thursday night! It wasn't too crowded when we arrived but there was a decent line as we were leaving. My boyfriend and I ordered the 6 scoop sampler, as it was actually cheaper to do this than to each get a single scoop. We tried Parent Trap, Cookie Crush, Midnight Chocolate, Cloud 9, Coffee + Donuts, and The Aviator. Overall, we felt like the ice creams were all good, but none had an insane flavor profile. We were a bit underwhelmed, but agreed the ice cream as a whole was not bad and that we loved the vibes inside the shop itself. My personal favorite was The Aviator (though it definitely didn't taste like Nutella to me or my boyfriend, I just liked the creamy flavor). My boyfriend liked the Parent Trap as it had a strong peanut butter flavor. We are interested in coming back and adding hot fudge to our ice cream in the future, as we didn't notice that until after we had ordered! read more

We were walking by and got a hankering for some ice cream and I am so glad we walked in! We were immediately greeted by the very nice woman behind the counter, and were amazed at the wide variety of unique and delicious flavors. We had a hard time deciding which ones we wanted and ended up trying a bunch before making our selections. Having tried a lot of the flavors, I can confidently say they are all delicious in their own way. The texture of some pieces were a little bit icey in some spots, but each flavor really stood out. The fruit flavors were created with real fruit, the mint ice cream was very refreshing, the cookie dough had a great ratio of cookie dough to ice cream, and everything overall just had a slightly fresher and higher quality taste. Some flavors had things mixed in to them like cookie bits or white chocolate chips, and they definitely do not skimp on the fillings.I believe the ice cream is handmade, but we know for sure that the rainbow sprinkles are made locally. The rainbow sprinkles were some of the best we have ever had, and I highly recommend adding them to your order (they are free of charge). They also give you a really decent size scoop. The woman who helped us out loaded up my cup with my ice cream flavor. I also loved the flight theme of the ice cream restaurant. Please change your milkshake straws immediately. I bought the chocolate brownie with additional Oreo pieces and it straight up tasted like generic Chocolate Milk. Very disappointed by that. The service was very friendly no complaints with the staff but...where to order was confusing as it was not clearly marketed nor was where a line should start. "Pickup/online orders" marked but that's about it. I'm sure the ice cream is good on its own but in milkshake form...will never order that again. Went in on a Sunday night and had a great experience. The team members were both great and helpful. I sampled O Canada (maple) and Sunday Best Banana Pudding and went with the latter because it was so smooth and delicious. Reminded me of Grandma's recipe back home. The shop is nice with seating for around 20-25 people so even when it got busy, there were still seats for all who stayed. The workers there were awesome so that's always a good start. They have a lot of interesting flavors which is nice from the standards to get at ice cream places. I tried the bourbon one and it was good but I've had better. Needs a little more bourbon zing. The other is like a cookies and cream which is one of my favs even though it's pretty standard and it was very good. One of the best only real negatives is the ice cream is served a little too cold which takes away from it when it's so hard and it could be a little creamier. The ambiance was clean and nice but nothing special but frankly do cares as long as it's clean. Ha. I will be going back to try more flavors. read more
