I asked them to not leave cuttings or branches and such from cleanups near my trash can because I am not able to carry them to the street and ever since they take all debris to the street for me. I took their word for it that it would be beneficial even if not necessary because we had them work with us before. I stupidly assumed they care about nurturing this business relationship. His crew was already in the neighborhood and showed up just a few hours later. They safely took down all three trees (including a full stump grind on the big one near the house), removed a giant heavy branch hanging toward our roof from the utility tree, and trimmed two others.
