And the situation was kind of complex and they needed to speak with me before doing the state taxes but they never contacted me. Now the state is putting the amount they think I owe to collection and trying to dun me. Henssler let me down totally. Period. My impression is that these accountants are introverts and not eager to get on the phone and call you when they should. You can use TurboTax and speak live with a CPA, which I did. I actually spent a few hours on the phone with a Turbo Tax CPA as we went through and made changes to my 2018 Fed and state tax forms due to a specific situation that had to be ameliorated.
