We've been a customer of American Holiday Lights for a few years. Service was never great. This year I requested the same team that installed last year in the hopes they would remember the set up and avoid having to call them back out. That worked! Then came clean up and it was back to "normal". The clean up crew did a bad job. They left lights up and a mess - clips on the roof and in the yard. So we called to get them back out. I called seven times and left messages each time. No return call. We happened to get the email address of one of the employees so I emailed her and explained the situation. Three emails later finally got a commitment that the situation would be addressed. Horrible service. Considering we've been a good customer it is reasonable to expect a return call from one of the seven calls we made. Nope. Nada. Well, we won't be back. For as expensive as American Holiday Lights is the overall all experience is totally unacceptable.

While fixing the issue, Ryan took the time to help me understand my electrical panel and explained the process of how he was going to fix the issue. After the work was completed, he ensured that there were no ongoing issues and that the work was completed to my satisfaction. At no point did Ryan come off as impatient or made me feel like he was rushing. He completed the fix quickly, but was very thorough in his work (something that comes with experience, practice, and being confident in the work). He was extremely kind and patient as he answered all of my questions. The rate Ryan charged was fair (i.e., no price gouging); especially given the short notice. I am definitely going to be calling on Ryan (no hesitation) for any future work that may require an electrician.

Laura who arranged the service was friendly and helpful. I was lucky to get someone to come in the same day, as one of the electrician had prior job done earlier. Mike came in to install the outlet and he had all the material ready to install immediately. He not only install the outlet but also fixed a loosened wire nearby to make the area safer. He is nice to work with and efficient, speedy but not rushing the work. The rate is reasonable, charged by the time spend instead of a flat rate. I highly recommend them and I will be calling them for future projects.
