Even though it required more of their time, they were priced extremely fairly for the amount of professional work they put in. While fixing the issue, Ryan took the time to help me understand my electrical panel and explained the process of how he was going to fix the issue. After the work was completed, he ensured that there were no ongoing issues and that the work was completed to my satisfaction. At no point did Ryan come off as impatient or made me feel like he was rushing. He completed the fix quickly, but was very thorough in his work (something that comes with experience, practice, and being confident in the work). He was extremely kind and patient as he answered all of my questions. The rate Ryan charged was fair (i.e., no price gouging); especially given the short notice. I am definitely going to be calling on Ryan (no hesitation) for any future work that may require an electrician.

We would have had them do our Barovier & Toso chandelier as well but it would have required disassembly to gain access to the Murano glass arm enclosures. Given the time constraints of our move we kept it intact to ship to Arizona. We hope Anne can visit the chandelier in its new location and do a cleaning! They were obsessively detail oriented with both the cleaning and some service logistics to assist our move. We extended this recommendation to our concierge and other Draper and Kramer managed buildings as well. It's difficult to find excellent, high service cleaning services for high end chandeliers and lighting so this is an excellent referral.

It was a bit of a tricky job due to the trim being arched, which meant it had to be traced and cut appropriately. I had the pleasure of contacting David, whom I asked several questions of how he would go about the process and I felt very comfortable with everything he walked through. He scheduled the work for a couple weeks out, text notifications let me know when he would be arriving and he was able to complete everything within a few hours. David cut the replacement beautifully using PVC so there is no maintenance on it in the future and caulked / sealed up all points of exposure to rain. He was very efficient, kind, and answered all the questions I had since I'm learning to do these kinds of tasks on my own. The pricing was extremely competitive and there's no question that I'll have David back pretty soon for other jobs around my home that I'm not comfortable handling.
