Our rig was nice and clean inside after repair and when picking it up brought our trailer out to us and assisted with hooking it up . I will diffidently go back if we needs repairs . I took my RV for an estimate on some body work. They said they needed to check on parts availability and how they would fix things. We made a follow-up appointment for 2 weeks later. Then, when it came time, they would not return my calls. I drove down there and the mechanic I needed wasn't in the shop, so I left another message and he just never got back to me. I am going to be 87 years old in one month. This may be my last camping year. I just got back from a short trip in the motorhome & ALL of the electrical equipment FAILED once again. We brought our car in for minor body damage caused by a slight side swipe. First the good news: Body work was nicely done, hence the second star. Now the bad news: If you listen to their recording, when you are on hold, you'll learn what egotists they are and you'll also learn some statements that are wrong. They say that insurance companies cannot limit the amount that body shops can charge for their work (that should be a warning as to how Paramount charges). Well, they can and Hartford did. They go on to say that they provide a loaner car if your insurance company does not cover one. Great, except they never told us that when we brought our car in so I never checked and they never provided one. It, eventually, took two months to get the car back. When we had not heard anything from them for awhile we called to find out when it would be ready and learned that they were in a feud with the insurance company over payment but they never explained what the problem was and I assumed it was because Hartford was behind in payments. Eventually, calling back and forth between the Hartford and Paramount, Hartford made all the payments that they were willing to make and Paramount wanted $900 more. In order to get the car back I had to pay it. If you read their Yelp reviews, including the reviews that are "not recommended" you will see how bad that customers think they are. read more

We took our rig over to get an estimate and Steve said we will get started right away. They had it back to us the day we needed it for a trip we had previously planned. Steve and his crew really do try very hard to get the job done. Even when we did have a delay they got us right back in to finish up the decals. They do great work. Do you know what is stressful? When you are taking your sick little dog to the vet, back out of your driveway and run into the garbage can you rolled out there the night before! Do you know what is more stressful? When you look at what's happened and realize you have almost ripped off one side of the back of your car! Later in the day, checked with an auto body shop to see if they could pop it back for me, they said they could LOOK at it in September! I then drove to Paramount! LOVE their ads so much. I was not at all hopeful but went inside and spoke with a very lovely lady, think her name may have been Mary. She called Tim, one of the owners, he came, looked at it, knew immediately how to fix it. He then fixed it!! I was there perhaps five minutes!! I know an ethical and competent business when I see one and this is one. There is no other place I would consider in the future, they have my business for life, and even makes me wish I was much younger so that would be even more meaningful!! The repair took a few days longer than anticipated, but we were fine with that as they kept us informed along the way - and we were glad they would rather take the time to do the job right rather than perform sub-standard work and return the car sooner. Brought in my car for repair work. It has been over 2 months since I dropped it off. I have left many messages which are never returned. Had All-State contact them and they are having trouble with getting calls back. They told insurance company I was getting a new door but they are repairing a used one. Nice people but Worst experience! I brought my car to Paramount to inspect it and fix it, but unfortunately they couldn't fix the suspension because they didn't know how bad of damage it was. Had to find a another suspension shop to put it on the rack for a full inspection. The time had came to take it to the suspension shop and I couldn't get it towed because I owed money. didn't know why but found out it had a STORGE FEE of $75 dollars a day, came out to be $2100. Paramount didn't urge to tell me that I had a s Storage fee or I would of picked up my self the first day they told me but they didn't. Had to pay the $2100. I just bought a used car from Tim at Paramount. It was a 2015 Chrysler Town & Country disabled van for my wife which had a ramp, hand controls, and mobility drivers seat. It was a van that had been totaled and then fixed by Paramount and sold to me. These vans are really expensive and finding a deal on a used one is key. You either get an older van or pay dearly for a newer one. At first, I was unsure of buying a van that had been in a wreck but after looking into Paramount's reviews and how long they've been in business and Tim telling me what work they did, I decided to drive up from Santa Rosa, Ca and see it. Beautiful van, runs like a new car, and workmanship on van is flawless. Drove it back to Santa Rosa and it was like driving a new van at a spectacular price. Thank you Tim and thank you Paramount. Came here for a repair on my Airstream two months ago after having to wait several months for an appointment. Drove 230 miles. They knew I was coming that far. I told them what needed to be repaired before coming. I arrived and they said that they needed to order the parts. I returned two months later to have the work done. Not all of the parts were shipped and no one had noticed. Repair still not done. Gonna have to fix it myself even though it's on warrantee. A total of 520 miles driving for nothing. I am a business owner, and you better believe me, if someone makes an appointment with me, I make sure I have the materials to do it. Had the worst experiance ever. They gave me a completion date of about a month. This was consistent with other body shops but after a month i found they had not even started They gave me another completion date of about three weeks later and failed to get it done at that point. They took so long the insurance co quit covering my rental ended up without a car for three weeks. Untill they finally got my car done. Picked up my car and it is less than perfect. And since my car was brand new I was expecting perfect. When I picked up the car I pointed out that the color was off and the texture was different not matching the rest of the car. It has a big scratch in the area around the hinges that hold the hatch. Since driving it I have found the seals aren't good and it has air leak noise around the hatch you had replaced. Also the exhaust is not right as it has some noise that it shouldnt.also the chemical smell has still not gone away and it is hard to even get in the car when it is hot as it has a toxic chemical odor. This was a brand new car and you failed to put it to it's original condition. As far as you waiting for payment it is my understanding that it is because you charge way over industry standard and this is the reason for the extra negotiation time. Although they wont want to pay you ay all when my attorney tells them we are not happy with the car and still need these things fixed as this seems to be my only recourse to getting my car fixed right. read more

We brought our 5th wheel here after getting it lifted at Kro-Built down the street. They gave us an estimate of $6500 for the damage to the right rear and bumper sections. My insurance had pre-approved the quote. I tried calling them numerous times while they had it to try and get updates before finally getting through to Peggy, who is very overwhelmed. I was told they had to order one more part (a seal) and that it just needed some clean up. This was 5 weeks in. I finally received a call to come get it. I also received an email from my insurance company that a new claim had been submitted. I called my insurance and apparently Paramount had asked for another $5100. I asked for a copy of the quote. In the quote had right rear tail lamp listed. In the original quote it had the same thing. So, they were double charging. When I asked the owner about that, he said that the original was to remove and reinstall the tail light and the 2nd was to replace it (it wasn't even damaged). Mind you, we had been charged over 63 hours of labor @ $139 an hour to fix my 5th wheel. When I asked him why he's charging me to remove the tail light and reinstall it when I'm already paying $139 an hour in labor x63, he said who told you that? I said you just said that in the office...to which point he started flipping through the papers and ignored the question. They also charged me for things like license plate lights when my license plate doesn't even have a light on it. My wife had asked him why the cost had almost doubled from the original quote. He said that happens in almost every instance. (ok, this is the biggest part of my entire feedback..."THE COST IS DOUBLE THE QUOTE ALMOST EVERY TIME". His words, not mine). My wife said that we were never contacted and they just did it without asking...that our rates were going to skyrocket. His response was that it doesn't matter how much as long as there's a claim that our rates would go up. Be aware when going here and dealing with insurance claims that these people are shysters and will screw you and your insurance company over. Part of the quote was to fix the bumper and trim. They did not replace the left trim which is bent up and warped. I showed him and he had the audacity to ask me if that was part of the repair. I said, it was fixed on the right side, but not the left, why is that? He said they could resubmit to our insurance and get that fixed. I was outta there. read more

Wow. Brought in my trailer because there was a leak in the skylight above the tub and the roof was definitely looking shabby. They came back with a quote of $5-6,000 to start she said. Apparently the whole entire roof was bad. All the wood was rotted and the roof was squishy. When I went to pick up I asked the guy who gave the quote if he had pulled any panels or taken the skylight off, he hadn't. So how would he know? Brought it home, pulled the skylight and wow there is no wood rot. The top does need to be refinished and everything recaulked but what a joke this place is. Wouldn't recommend and they should be ashamed of themselves. I went up on the top and it isn't "squishy". How are you gonna say all the wood is rotted without even taking a look at it? So, it turns out they don't give free estimates. I called two weeks ago to get a cost estimate to replace my travel trailer's awning fabric. They wouldn't give me a ballpark over the phone, telling me I had to bring it in, but they couldn't get me in for three weeks. I brought it in and left it with them for a couple of hours. When they called with an estimate that was higher than what I expected and said I'd have to bring it back a week later, I told them I had to think about it. I arrived to retrieve the trailer and was charged $70. That certainly helped me make up my mind. read more

The carbon monoxide alarm in our RV kept going off. Fireman measured CO in the vehicle and confirmed that it was elevated and warned us that the generator was the source. The propane alarm in our RV kept going off. As a result of not being able to use either the generator or the propane, the fridge and freezer were unusable, the food rotted, the interior was 95 degrees with no AC, there was no hot water, the microwave was unusable, etc. On the plus side, driving an RV is surprisingly fun. In any event, the most useful thing I can tell you is, rather than just relying on my experience, look at all the reviews "not currently recommended" at the bottom of Paramount's profile. read more

I was referred here by a friend. My car was hit (and run) while I was in the Bay Area (yet another reason I hate that cesspool...) so I needed someone to make my baby pretty again. But I also hate dealing with car stuff #yuck Their staff were extremely friendly, quick and efficient. It took a few days longer than originally quoted BUT they needed to match my paint perfectly on several different area so I MORE than happy to give the extra few days. When I picked up my car, she was *perfect* again. And since I live in Truckee with a steep, icy driveway in the winter, they gave me a 4WD loaner which was very appreciated. We had an agreement for them to consign our motor home. they said that they needed to send our motor home to be checked by their mechanic. then told us that the pump it needed was not made any longer and that they didn't want to consign or buy it. Then they told us we had to give them $400 for their effort at checking the motor home engine. SERIOUSLY????? We made a few phone calls and found a pump- brand new. They lied about the motor home being reparable and then charged us to get the motor Home back because they "inspected" The vehicle! These guys will act friendly and then bend you over. I took my RV and my Generator in to get repairs done. I was told that if I brought in the parts for the generator that they would install them for me. Without calling me to let me know how much labor would be they charged me $350.00 to install a breaker and a solenoid on a 5 year old $500.00 generator. They also charged $250.00 to put a new door latch on. They wanted to Charge me $350.00 to fix my sink that was falling down and I told them no on that. When I got the rv home I looked under the sink and it was 1 10 cent screw that had fallen out. Everyone except the lady's in the office are rood including the owners!! When I was complaining to the lady in the office about the labor charge on my generator the owner was standing right there and heard me and turned and walked away. When I was hooking up my rv I heard a beeping coming from my rv and I asked the owner what it could be and he said no clue probably low batteries and again walked away. While loading my generator I asked for the guy on the forklift to help me because I had an injured shoulder and he said so do I!!! I will never go back and will never recommend this place!! BTW my wife fixed our sink in less than 10 minutes. read more
