I got an estimate from this company in the summer of 2021. We decided to use another company. For literal months, the spam emails and texts would not stop. I have unsubscribed and personally reached out to be removed from your contact list. They stopped for a while and just started back up the other day. I have always loved Paramount. When I bought my house they came out, cleaned my entire system, checked everything was working and setup properly, and fixed what I needed. They even signed me up for a membership which gets me a free servicing for my ac and furnace each year. It's much better value than other companies I have come across. Whenever I need them they are quick to respond and get out to keep my system running. They also offer reasonable options to ensure my family is safe and comfortable. Today James Meyers came out to service my system. As they always do, he gave it a once over to make sure everything was up to snuff. We talked about a few issues and then he told me about a little but potentially dangerous issue with my heating system. He wasn't even there to service my furnace but he took the time to make sure all was well. What he found was dangerous but an easy fix. He did the work for free to ensure my son and I are safe. They came out for routine maintenance. Andrew did something to the furnace that it only blows out cold air when set on heat. I called they sent him back out and he stated he didn't have the thermostat on correct setting and just set it to emergency heat. Stated it had to be in that setting since I have a heat pump which I do not have it's a gas furnace. I have called, sent text, email the owner and have not received any response from anything. Is this how they take care of senior citizens take the money and break a furnace that is only 3 years old. Very disappointed with this company I would not recommend this company. read more

After Arrow turned out to be unreliable, we called Paramount and had someone come give us a second opinion. We were assured that there was nothing visibly wrong at the time. Two weeks later, the same issue arose and this time, the original issue was found by Paramount. In diagnosing, they told us it'd be $1200 to replace the evaporator coil. This was seemingly all labor as the part was still covered under our 10 year parts warranty from Bryant. Under the communication it was a 4-6 hour job, we agreed to this. Installation day was 9/16/2021 and the job's duration was 2.5 hours. After a couple requests, we received an invoice that said "Indoor Evaporator Coil + Filter Drier", Quantity 1, Unit Price $1,200. The part was "in-stock" from their supplier but there's no breakdown of labor vs. the part, and the "Acceptance of Work" says the space marked "Total" is the total flat price I have agreed to pay. I called them to ask for a breakdown and they reverted back to this. End all, be all, we were charged $480/hour for labor on a part that was under warranty. The industry average cost of labor per hour is about $85-150. If it were a bit higher, especially in this market, I'd understand, but $480/hour? That is a pure ripoff, especially when their "second opinion" was mis-diagnosed. It's yet to be seen how long this coil lasts (the one it replaced was only 16 months old) and I want to believe they did a great job. Their reviews prior to this are glowing but anyone charging $480/hour for labor using flat rate as a scapegoat for this won't be seeing my business ever again. It's a shame this didn't work out because the people I spoke with in customer service were genuinely kind people. I was linked up with the install manager who spoke in circles and seemed extremely uninterested in the concern I brought forward. I have escalated this and hope to hear back. I cannot stress this enough - there's a reason they do flat rate pricing. I have the receipts of my claim. Stop your search and call Drew or Ryan at Paramount. In an age when so many are untrustworthy, it was like having a boy scout troop show up and do the work. First, Ryan gave me a detailed description of the problem and the damaged part. He explained the options and the likely outcome of each. I passed the information along and the homeowner called them again so she could get a better understanding. Drew came out and kindly explained the options again and discussed the available replacements and the very affordable 10-year payment plan for a new furnace, which was clearly called for. The interest rate is only 6.9% with no penalty for early payoff. Ben and Hector arrived, nice guys, and got right to work on a cold day. They installed the furnace and air conditioner, explained the thermostat and went their way. I was toasty warm within the hour with a much more efficient furnace. All four of the men were pleasant, decent folks you'd have as friends. At age 65, I've seen enough to know that it gets no better than this. Just call them. read more

This company installed a hot water heater for us in Aug 2019. it has a 6 year warranty. it went out yesterday 11/24/2022. called the company to get it replaced since it is still under warranty and they don't do plumbing anymore just heating and cooling. less than helpful and didn't care that we now were out of luck. so if I were you I would defiantly not invest in a furnace or air conditioning unit with them. they could be out of business in a year and you will be out of luck. go somewhere elwe. untrustworthy and don't stand by their products! read more

They came out in the middle of a hot summer night to work on a spec built HVAC installed by the builder. They virtually rebuilt the unit that night to get it to run. I had them install a very efficient Trane unit months later. That was 4 years ago. They've treated me liked a loved member of the family. I can't imagine a better company. read more

Stop searching right now!!! This is the company you want to service your AC/furnace! They respond quickly to online service requests & can duality get a service technician out to your house either that day or the next. We had issues with our AC & the service technician (James) explored all options to fix our issue but did so in a way that would be cost effective. We thought the issue was solved but a couple days the AC unit was still not functioning properly, I emailed Paramount & within 24hrs they had a service technician at our house again. Thankfully it was the same person (James) so he already had a good idea of what was going on & sadly we ended up needing a new motor installed (our unit is 17yrs old so I'm not shocked) but James was more than happy to explain in detail the process of what was being done & showed me things to look out for along the way. I cannot praise James enough, his customer service was impeccable & just shows how this company holds their employees to higher standards. 10/10 would highly recommend read more
