I had injured my foot a couple weeks ago and was looking for a doctor who specializes in foot and ankle who could help me read my MRI results and tell me what to do next. We called here on a Wednesday and got an appointment at this location for Friday. Though it is far from my home, I am so so glad that we went ! The place is clean and tidy, the workers and the staff were very nice to me . We were seen on time and they took me back to do x rays and then the doctor saw me , all within a half an hour. Their technology for x rays is top notch and the doctor gave things to me straight and was very honest with me about everything. At the end , an ankle brace was suggested, they said theirs cost about 108 dollars but that I could find a cheaper one on Amazon and they even printed me out the Amazon listing! They cares about me enough to not charge me their over priced one and that showed that they valued my care and time for this appt. It was one of those places that you just feel comfortable at and you feel like you're in good hands! I would recommend the orthopedic center to anyone

I was referred by my primary doctor to admit to the hospital via the emergency. First issue was there was simply no parking. I sat around until someone left. Everyone was friendly however be ready to wait. I arrived at 2.30pm, the triage nurse did the intake at 3.05pm. I was finally let in an exam room at 4.20pm so almost 2h wait! Then they did blood work and installed an IV at 4.50pm. I ended up seeing the doctor at 5.15pm which is almost 3h after my arrival at the hospital. All staff was great and the doctor was really good, I was very happy with her! Once I saw the doctor thing went fast, I had a CT scan done and the IV running. The care of the nurses was great. Besides the long wait the experience was good.

I came in dizzy and told them and security immediately got me a wheelchair and they rushed me right In (I was severely dehydrated). I was put into a room with no wait at all. The designs, decor and ambiance of this place and the room are so relaxing and I was shocked because as someone who hates hospitals or urgent cares I felt safe and relaxed here. The nurses and doctors were great! They all listened to me, heard me, helped me, were understanding when they knew I was there far away from home and felt alone while being sick and needed help. They did indeed take my state insurance which was perfect. They did give me a beautiful room- that has a light setting, a huge tv and will play calming music- it makes for a very nice stay. You don't feel like you're trapped in an ER with loud noises and screaming patients. You didn't get that here- you simply got quiet and the care you needed. This place is extremely clean! We researched emergency rooms and AdventHeath at Flamingo Crossing had very high ratings. She was upset, in pain, and crying, so we rushed her to the ER. It wasn't the closest, but it was the most positively reviewed - and I wanted the best for my mom since she was so scared and hurting. As soon as we pulled up in the rental car, an employee came dashing out with a wheelchair, ready to help. They took her back while my hubby and I filled out paperwork and the security forms. This is a very safe and secure facility: they photograph everyone who comes in and they also check I.D. This made me feel very safe, especially since it was around 11 pm at night. I went back to check on my mom and I was blown away with how nice the exam room was! They even had mood lighting and music, and it was Disney themed. Periodically, Ariel and Flounder would "swim" by on the wall. This calmed her a lot, and I could see it really helping children who found themselves in an ER. It did take a while for mom to get seen, but the quality of doctors was excellent. Most of them were quite young, but they didn't seem inexperienced. After a couple of hours, then took her out for x-rays. The X-ray room was great, too! It had magical "twinkling" stars on the ceiling, and a teddy bear to just bring joy. Again, this would be excellent for kids. As I was talking to one of the nurses, he told me that everyone on staff must attend and graduate a Disney class in customer service. It was almost like the staff was picked from cast members, they were SO GOOD. Overall, we were in the ER for around 4.5 hours, leaving around 3 am. It did take a while, but I feel like my mom got excellent care. They gave her a sling and pain meds, which they called in and we had filled at the Publix pharmacy right by our hotel. The staff made it as easy as they could in what was a very unfortunate situation. Nobody wants to get hurt on vacation, but this ER really, really helped make a bad situation much better. I found out there was a free valet for patients however, I had valuables in the car so I decided to go to the Self Park, which meant I was an extra 15 minutes late because there was traffic and it went up slowly. The digestive center was amazing, it was very modern and beautiful, clean and all staff was friendly and quick. The whole experience for the surgery part was amazing. Doctor Bang was really amazing and kind. All staff were excellent, I would ring the bell and two seconds later someone was already there to help. after the surgery, there were some small complications so instead of going home, I was brought up to a room. From here on the experience was not that great. I asked the assigned nurse for water and juice which she never brought, and I never saw her again until transitioning shift to the next nurse. I ended up calling and the head nurse was very kind and brought me something to drink finally. When I was out of water, I had to call again because I had not seen anyone in a long time and staff had come to pick up a food tray which I never received. They finally showed up with a dinner plate at 6:30pm. I am on a liquid diet, so I was very happy and hungry even it was not a food plate. It had a popsicle, Jell-O, juice, tea, and broth. I was so hungry I ended up going down to the cafeteria and buy a meal. I had denied an IV fluid as I can drink through my mouth however they refused to remove the port which I understand is protocol. At 5am my hand was hurting so bad I demanded it to be removed and they finally did. I also removed the heart monitor because I was tired and wanted to sleep. The morning staff was very friendly. As I was still on the liquid diet I went back downstairs to buy me something to eat this time I tried the Main bean coffee shop. All staff was friendly and helpful on my last day. This time, it seems like they are taking good care of her and being extra gentle. Glad to hear that it is not the same person as when we had to come here before.
