I went to drop off a small, prepaid UPS package and he wouldn't accept it. I'm not sure why not, other UPS centers will gladly accept it to ship, and he has in the past. But, he sent me out to a drop box somewhere else in town. Why wouldn't he just take it? No work for him, it's a prepaid label. read more

Regarding the 1 star review: I would consider the source. I have dealt with the people there for several years and have shipped many items, some especially challenging. The owner of this business is the rudest, most miserable, and unprofessional person I've ever dealt with at any establishment in my entire life. I've never felt compelled enough to write an online review about anything or anyone until now. My hope is that I can help someone else avoid this place. I have been treated rudely each of the 3 times I've been there. I will never go back there. I cannot tolerate being treated with such disrespect. He threw my package and kicked it after I left the shop. Based on some of the other reviews, I am not alone and didn't just catch him on a bad day. read more

Would give less stars if I could. Walked in with a pre-labeled packed that needed to be returned to Amazon. The package was too big to put in a drop box so this is pretty much the only local drop off area. Walked in made contact with the attendant and was ignored for a minute or two while he played with his computer. He comes out, stares at me and says nothing. I tell him I have a drop off and he grabs a piece of paper, slams it on my package and says fill this out. walks away and starts sweeping the floor. Not another word said. I own a small business new to the area and ship frequently. Needless to say I will no be back to this store. read more

I tried the Parcel Center one week ago. The door is not user friendly for a person carrying a large package. Yes, I did find that annoying. There was no one behind the counter, so I took a chair, propped the door open and got my package inside. A man appeared from the back and was irritated that I had used the chair to prop the door. We got the package all taken care of, paid, got my receipt, was told that the package should arrive on Thursday. All was good, I left. So, the package did not arrive as expected, I looked for the tracking number and found none. Called the Parcel Center to find out how to track the package and found out it would cost another $10 to get the tracking number. What ! Who ever heard of that? Feel burned once, but not again. read more

Also ZERO STARS.... For the same reason. This man was so incredibly rude I almost couldn't believe it. After lugging a particularly long box out of my car I walked into an empty shop where I was greeted with a disgusted stare. I put my package down and cheerfully said I needed to ship this box back via UPS. The man, whom I can only assume is the owner because no one else would ever want to work with someone so miserable, just said "I don't have room for that here.You'll have to bring it back another day & see if I have more room." To which I replied "Sir, really? It is Saturday morning at 9 am... Are you planning to turn away all of your business today? I can not just keep coming back to check your space situation because..." At which point he picked up the phone & walked away into the back room. Really?!? Wow. I don't think that between the dirty looks and the complete lack of any kindness or sincerity I have every had a customer service experience that left me feeling so blindsided! I didn't even have a problem, just what was I thought the normal course of business for this guy! I am sure I muttered some rather unfriendly remarks as I lugged my box back outside, but hey- he wasn't listening anyway! Never visit this store ... You will leave feeling very irritated & frustrated, no doubt with packages still in hand. read more
