The morning of the delivery Christian and David arrived early (fine with that!) and introduced themselves and began laying down heavy duty rugs at the garage and front door entrance into the house. David was obviously the foreman and he and Christian worked well together. Very patient and kind with each other especially as they worked the larger items into the house and set them up. They asked for my input throughout the morning on where to place things. They provided an efficient unloading process. The only thing amiss was they couldn't locate my queen bed frame. That was no issue because Nacho delivered a replacement and set up the bed for me. Nacho has been in business for many, many years and I learned that he genuinely enjoys what he does. He wrapped things I told him not to and not just wrapped them but blankets, bands and plastic wrap. When I asked him about it when he walked by me with 5 things that I had told him didn't need to be wrapped, (because it was taking WAY longer than it should) he told me he needed to protect his shins!!! He also claimed that the move was 100 feet from door to truck (not 50 ft as I had told them). Images show how close it was. When I spoke to the office manager after the move and told her how unhappy I was with how this move was handled, she informed me that the person who did the move was the owner and her husband and that he FORBID her to give me any kind of discount. I'd recommend looking at other movers who are in the area, because you have zero recourse with this company and they don't stand behind their work or follow your instructions.

She managed the on-site portions of the process efficiently and communicated reasonably well during the sales and cleanout phase. However, once the sale was over, communication essentially stopped. I was told by Mari that she would send me the sale proceeds amounts that evening, but then I was completely ghosted for several weeks. After daily attempts to reach her with no response I had to send a formal message with a deadline stating that, if I did not receive a response and check I would be filing a police report. Only then did I receive a reply. The check that arrived was for only $1,100 for an entire home full of beautiful items, with no itemized list of what was sold or for how much. There was no transparency about pricing, totals, or how the proceeds were calculated. I felt taken advantage of at a very vulnerable time, and the lack of documentation and communication raises serious concerns about how funds from different estates are being handled. If you are considering using her, I would strongly suggest insisting on a detailed written report of itemized sales records and I would encourage you to sit at the sales monitoring items that were sold. From what I could see she list items at a high price and collects alot of unreported cash.

We are a family of 6 so there was a lot of stuff, but they had a huge truck and extra boxes on hand that we didn't know that we needed, but we kept finding more items that needed to be boxed up! Manny Lopez and his movers were very quick and careful with all of our furniture and boxes. They also unloaded quickly, reassembled items and placed items where we wanted them. I would highly recommend this moving company. I have a friend that also moved recently and he hired a DIFFERENT moving company; which my friend said that that company had movers that worked very slow - Manny and his guys were fast and mindful of our time.

The guitar was missing its case, and was placed in a "speed pack". There were damages (cracks and scratching). We spoke and both of us agreed to resolve this by taking it to his resources for repair. A few hours later he claimed to have gone to 2 repair shops and feedback was it was not his fault. He heavily relied on this information and turned around and dismissed all responsibility, claiming it was already damaged. He offered a small amount of monetary damages, but when he returned the guitar to my home his tone changed and was very rude. And went back on his word about paying for damages. He got in a shouting match outside of my home with me. My neighbors and family witnessed it. Zeev didnt handle this very well. Zeev comes across as a happy and professional in the beginning, claiming his company has no drama. But its not true. He doesnt handle conflict very well and that must be the way he handles no drama. I told him he'd be getting a bad review, and he had his chance to turn this all around to resolve where the customer would be happy to do business with again. But unfortunately due to those events I will never go back to his services. I paid over $3900 for this service (2 days), tipped his crew both days and I provided lunch and dinner.
