He let me know that I had the wrong store, but he apologized for the bad service that I got at the other store and said he did not like hearing of a UPS representative giving bad service! My mail was basically held hostage even though I had paid for the service. I had to reach out to corporate to complain and they refused to communicate with them either. For example, one Saturday afternoon I took a package over for a return and they close at 1:30; actually, it was a bit after 1:30 and I'm sure they were anxious to close and get about their business on a Saturday. As I got to the door and and found it locked admittedly I was disappointed having missed getting there during business hours but suddenly the manager was waving me to wait and she unlocked the door and let me get my return slip. On another occasion I had a package that there was some question about the QR code and the manager actually called the company for me and let me speak with them to clarify. Quite honestly, those are just a couple of examples of how this store does business as there have been many others. To me that is going above and beyond For your customers.The Cobblestone area is most fortunate to have this kind of a store available to us for all of our mailing needs, be it mailing, copying, shredding . Etc. etc. etc. they do it all and with a smile. You just can't beat that!
