The name that I heard the employee say in the background of the call, was "Corey/Cory/Cori". I was on hold for a total of 15 mins after the female employee put me hold twice without telling me that I was on hold. She just put the phone down both times and she can be heard in the background taking orders. When she was not taking orders, she was trying to get someone (this Corey person, who must have been the manager on duty that day) to come to the phone. He never came to the phone and I just hung up. Then I tried explaining to him what took place and he quickly talked over me, looked in system to see the credit for another sandwich he says that the coupin is only good for 30 days. I told him that it was never explained to me that the credit was only good for 30 days plus I do NOT live in Indiana, I am coming from Illinois when I do patronize the business. Corey then asks for a yooung female, who is caucasian to assist him, but she actually helped me and he went back towards to back. I have not had any luck getting ahold of anyone at the restaurant to take corrective action. None of my family members were able to eat the sandwiches due to the bad pastrami and we tossed all of them in the trash, My bank is waiting for me to see if I can get any kind of resolve before we dispute the full April 11, 2026 transaction amount. The wings were a great size, cooked perfectly, and they didn't skimp on the gyro meat for the fries, definitely worth every penny. Beyond the amazing food, the atmosphere is just as impressive. I truly appreciate seeing the owner involving his young sons or nephews in the business, teaching them the value of hard work.
