The front desk called me a few months ago stating I owe $160. I told the front desk lady ( I presume it was) that I refuse to pay until this charge was corrected. I told them that I was being over charged and according to my insurance and my insurance app I should only pay $80.00 I spoke to accounting today a certain Miss C. and now I am being told I owe $100 as I am in for collections. I had no emails, no letters or phone calls notifying me of this! I AM GREATLY DISAPPOINTED THE WAY THEY TREATED ME ON THIS.

The old adage about not getting a 2nd chance to make a 1st impression is so true. My 1st call to them resulted in the phone being answered, hearing office conversation (about someone's lunch hour) before being hung up on. My 2nd call resulted in office background noise interference on the line & a frustrated tone of voice to the point of sounding rude in assisting me to access their patient portal. I then cancelled my appointment. I access other patient portals with ease but not so in this case. That along with the customer service experience told me to go elsewhere. I hate this was the case as the reviews for the doctors is what attracted me to seek them out. Maybe you'll have better luck.

These last two times I agreed to see the PA and not the Dr. herself due to scheduling. There's no reminder sent that you're due for an "annual visit" so you need to keep track of when your last appointment was and when your prescriptions expire. They will not renew your prescriptions if you haven't been in person in over a year. The phone is rarely answered when you call, but I was pleasantly surprised that this time I received a text message reply allowing me to text back and schedule an appointment. Sadly still no option to schedule online or via email but at least they allow text messages now. Also in the year 2026 you are still required to wear a mask to enter. Thankfully I stash one in my car for these reasons but I noticed they gave one to someone else who had come in after me. The website is also frequently down. Thankfully I remembered where to go in the garage and which door to enter but if it's your first time you will want to know this before you get in the car to go there. It's not intuitive at all. Thankfully my skin concerns are mostly about routine maintenance at this point so these visits tend to be very easy. Last time was with the female PA and this time was the male. Both were very friendly and attentive. I arrived shortly before my 3:00 appointment and wasn't called to the back until 3:30. The visit was brief and by the time I'd scheduled my next appointment it was already 4:00. Wait time can definitely be improved but at least it's possible to communicate with the office via text now.

The reason for the 3 stars is that they were sorely lacking in follow-up. At one point it was suggested that I might have a serious health issue. I followed Dr. Kelley's suggestion and took the recommended tests to see whether or not it was a dangerous health concern. However, it took a few fearful months of me calling multiple to find out the results before she finally responded with the results. That is unreasonable.

I got in the car and drove to his offices where he administered a steroid and Epi pen right away. When the swelling didn't go down immediately, I got nervous and headed to the ER at WellStar Cobb. GREAT thing I stopped at the urgent care before hand because it was almost an hour before I could see the Dr. st WellStar and they treated me like trash as i waited. By the time the nurse came in to the room to hook up the IV, the Epi pen had taken course and the swelling was going down. Dr. Sobi charged me for the drug administration and gave me a prescription for another pen (around $250). The hospital charged me for an office visit with no insurance, an IV that was never administered, ER/triage cost, plus a fee for the room that I waited in for an hour (over $5,000). It has been over a year and just like I said it is a botched procedure. He acknowledged that it needs work but he says he will only charge an additional 1,000 for his botched work. Ms. Lauren promised me that they would make any provisions if necessary and never once did she say I'd have to pay but, she is no longer there. The new office manager says she has to do what Petrosky says because he's in charge which is why Ms. Lauren is no longer there. This Doctor is a nightmare and once he has your money he will bitch you up if you a of color. I was told that he prefers to only work on young white girls and it is apparent from his clients. If you are of color beware!

I felt the personalized approach to my exam from them both. Kelley has a great approach that kept me relaxed throughout each test/activity during the physical. Dr. Nylander 'listens' and is totally concentrated on ensuring your health is her top priority. I wish she was my Primary Care Physician lol!
