Came in here to grab a coffee and a treat with the kids and The staff is wonderful and very nice. They have a great selection of pastries and coffees. The space is very open clean and inviting. Besides the loudness of my kids lol everything is very chill.

A stunning offering of so many delicious baked goods and pastries. I love the self-serve style. You grab a pair of tongs and a box or tray, and choose your own treats! I've tried the mochi donut, coffee croissant donut, powdered surgar cream filled donut. All absolutely delightful! The goods with fillings are really well balanced in sweetness and flavor. It's not like a mouthful of pure sugar- they're really well thought out. They of course have coffee I really enjoyed an iced maple latte with alalmond milk There are also savory options, sanwiches, and gorgeous specialty cakes. They have a sealed off area with windows where you can see the bakers working! If you go during busy hours, don't expect to stay to eat - the seating area is small and tables are very close together - but that's really the only area that could use improvement in my eyes! I'm tempted to keep going back until I've tried them all!

1st time here! Absolutely outstanding! Came here Wednesday morning looking for a slice of birthday for my mother's 80th birthday morning celebration....yeah wanted to sing Happy Birthday to her at 7:30am. It's a thing! Anyway, the staff was still putting out all the pasties. Spent $42 in baked goods...was it worth it??! Helllllll yeah! Got a slice of blueberry yogurt cake. Idk how that tastes. 2 cinnamon apple pies - so good. Warmed it up in the microwave for 20 seconds. Vegan blueberry muffin - my daughter LOVVVVVVVVVED this. And my favorite was the pineapple brûlée pastry - OMG, this thing is immaculate! Warmed it in the microwave for 10 seconds. It's like heaven on earth! Will absolutely be back.

Clean, available treats, fast service and a great place to work remotely. For the vegans, they only have the chocolate chip muffin and the blueberry muffin. I do wish that they offered more vegan options other than the two muffins. As usual, Paris Baguette treats are fresh and tasty.

I was first alerted to this new Paris Baguette when one of my friends let me know of its impending opening. I don't regularly patron PB, however I know of the chain since there are a few locations in NYC and may have tried some of their bakes before (we're talking years ago). Since I was catching an early matinee with one of my friends today, we thought it was a great idea to stop here for some bakes beforehand, so off we went. This PB is located in the Dalewood Shopping Center on Central Ave in Hartsdale (super close to the White Plains border). I was really feeling the aesthetics upon entry - it's a bright, open space with a few tables/booths to the left, a display case of bakes on the right, and the ordering counter towards the back. The color scheme goes along with the branding - lots of whites and blues with the bakes themselves being the main focal points. We started by browsing the self-serve bakes; the flow is you grab a tray and a pair of tongs and choose what you like before making your way to the counter to pay and order (you can also purchase cakes and some of the more intricate pastries here). They had a good selection of bakes with a good mix of sweet and savory - everything looked great and were arranged in a way to present a feast for the eyes. I ultimately went with two bakes: the raspberry almond croissant and the pepperoni pizza. I was a little underwhelmed by the raspberry croissant - I get that croissants are flaky but this was too much, to the point that it was kinda dry (and it made a mess). I was also looking for more almond flavor. The pepperoni pizza was better - it was served on puff pastry and had good flavor. I also grabbed an iced coffee which was good. Service was good, everyone was friendly and my coffee was ready swiftly. Overall, I'm glad the PB opened - there's really no good place for coffee/pastries in the area, so they're definitely filling a void (maybe open one in Downtown White Plains too? Please?). While these aren't the best pastries I've had, I will definitely be back to explore more of their selections.

we're so happy paris baguette is available in westchester! We miss all these treats when we left the city. Everything is made fresh and everything looks and tastes wonderful. cakes and pastries look decadent and sweet but when you have a bite they are surprisingly light and not as sweet as you think. If you like tous le jour this place brings it up a level with its variety and the chefs window - yes, you can watch them making their famous whipped creams and frosting all the cakes and pastries. i would come every day if my waist never grew. they have a loyalty program and you must sign up if you return often. they offer birthday rewards and other sales only through their app!

I have an undeniable love for good bread. Don't you? So, I make it my number one mission (not really) but I love a hearty bread crunch and try to find bakeries with worthy bread. When the Dalewood Plaza had a 'Paris Baguette Coming Soon' poster I was excited to see what this place has to offer. This location is neither huge or too small- but it does have a big reputation with a steady stream of customers the two times I've been here. Expect a queue especially on weekends- because this place has been red-hot since it opened a few days before Thanksgiving '23. The inside design is remindful of a Paris bakery: those mini white hexagonal floor tiles, bistro chairs and an almost warm glow- lighting can go a hair lower. But let's dive into the buttery, flaky goodies this Korean chain has created. The ordering system is simple: get a tray and tongs then select your items from the right glass cabinets and/or the middle glass counter, cashier rings you and voilà. I ordered a flaky vegetarian 'quiche'- which reminded me a philo dough pastry and not the typical cheesy+cream type the first time I came here. In addition to that, I got other carb goodies like mini+flaky fruit tarts. You'll also find individual pastries piled high with fruit, soft buns with meat or not, croissants filled with ham+cheese, etc. On a recent Saturday visit though, I picked up a baguette (since they were all out the 1st time I was here) and a 'Chocolate Cream' layered cake- which is spongey-soft and cocoaey. Their baguette you asked? Smells nice, has a slight crunchy outside, is just a bit denser than other baguettes. Doable. These folks are still ironing some wrinkles out since opening- but, it's been fruitful so far.

The well light newly opened location in Hartsdale is nice looking. Lots of light makes it easy even at night when I visited to see all the pastries, cookies and cakes. I was impressed with their approach to keeping the place as germ free as possible. There are tongs by the plastic trays along with parchment paper to line your tray, grab the tongs as you walk around the store to take your treat. There are more than several stations where the pastries and cookies are in see-thru cases with shelves. That all have doors you slide open to get a better look before using the tongs to put item on tray. Returned to cashier who boxed up my sweets and took the tongs and tray. The croissants are huge and flaky looking. Prices are on the high side but if it's quality food I don't mind paying a little more. The almond croissant was delicious with good almond flavor inside . Yet to eat the Portuguese egg tarts so will update my review once I eat them tonight . The coffee creme filled cronut was overly sweet. I wouldn't get it again. It was too much sugar on sugar.

Happy this area has a Paris Baguette! Stopped by for a visit on a Thursday evening, quite busy but had available tables. You grab a tray/tongs and select your pastries (at this time there weren't that many). Nonetheless, delicious. Their cakes are one of my favorites. Staff is friendly however one might have to be patient. Since it's new and busy, they might still be getting the hang of it. The tables could definitely need a wipe down (really don't want to eat over the previous persons crumbs). Other than that, the decor is cozy and family friendly. Stop by for a visit!

A much needed shop for croissants and other delicious baked goods. The croissants are very good. I liked the ham and cheese. It could use more filling but for the reasonable price it was fine. Also excellent are the almond croissants, fruit and cheese pastries, and chocolate croissants. The place gets busy but there are many tables and it's clean and bright inside. They need more counter help because when there is a line it gets backed up when there is one person getting coffee and checking you out. It does not move quickly so when it's busy you may wait a bit. I know it's a chain but they manage to do croissants well. Have not tried their cakes. Hot chocolate was real as well. Enjoy!

I had lunch here for the first time today and I was totally impressed and will definitely be back. The food was fresh and delicious. I ate the chicken Caesar salad baguette sandwich. The entire sandwich was fresh and flavorful. They also have a nice selection of pastry items including macaroons and cakes. Service was quick and excellent. The inside of the restaurant was super clean (which I always appreciate). It is a bit pricey but I don't mind paying more if the quality is like this. If you are in the Hartsdale area definitely grab a bite to eat there. You won't regret it.

The cornetto with him and cheese was a simple and delicious sandwich. The bomboloni (1 pistachio and 1 lemon) were light and decadent at the same time, with a creamy custard like filling with subtle tastes of lemon and pistachio. I will be coming back for these. The garlic sourdough was filled with whole garlic gloves baked in with a nice chewy outside crust and soft inside. The country sourdough was equally amazing. Both great for dipping, sandwiches, toast, or simply spreading with a good quality butter or jam. There are no preservatives or artificial ingredients and all is made by hand. Right off the Post Rd in Westport with a small parking lot shared with other businesses. I highly recommend and will be a regular!

I'm equally pleased with the layer cake as well it was very fresh and have that "QQ" texture - deliciously chewy and bouncy.
