I have been to this location and the Astoria one prior. Walk in, order at counter using paper menu (they have QR things too). Ordered a BLT crepe and a Coke, paid at counter by tapping credit card. Was given a blinky-vibraty thing to tell me when order was ready. Grabbed my can of Coke from the fridge and sat down. The good: Meal was ready in about 8 minutes. Crepe was delicious; fresh ingredients, good quality bacon, ripe tomatoes and avocado, zesty sauce (dressing?). Ate it all! The bad: Messy! I chalked it up to good food always seems messy (lobster, ribs, ice cream cones, etc.). When you walk in, you realize these are not your normal crepes, they are rolled up into a cone and handed to you with a cardboard cover to eat by hand. Since I ate in, I placed several napkins on the table and quickly needed more. Since there's no way to push the crepe cone up from the cardboard holder, I tore the cardboard around to expose more crepe.... More napkins. This is a good place. I have ordered their sweet and savory crepes. They are huge! Definitely bring a huge appetite when you come here. The staff was friendly and worked really fast, I was able to get my order in around 10 mins. The prices are reasonable as the crepes are a decent size. I do recommend sharing one crepe if you're not really a sweet tooth. I got the strawberry Nutella crepe with vanilla ice creams and it was super delicious. My boyfriend got the small Matcha green tea crepe and he really enjoyed it. I will definitely be returning to try some of the other flavors! read more

We came to T-swirl Crepe on a random Tuesday night craving for a sweet treat. T-swirl is in White Plains which means it's a bit of a hassle to find parking. We were able to find a lot with paid parking a few blocks down. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that they were having a promotional sale! Usually we would share treats but since there was a sale, I was like why not both get one! I got the Matcha Azuki Bean and bf got the Crepe Brulee. First, I loved the packaging! The crepes are wrapped in a cone with a convenient handle for transport. I was a bit nervous my Matcha ice cream would melt on the drive home but it was totally fine! I really liked my Matcha Azuki Bean crepe. I loved how finely the strawberries were arranged. A lot of attention to detail! The Crepe Brulee was also really good. I'm a fan of places where you can get some quick, fun, handheld food in a relatively short amount of time. That's what initially attracted me to T-Swirl as I was walking down Mamaroneck Ave. Looking at their display window, showing all the different crepes, my mind instantly shouted "oooh fun handheld food!". I decided to act on an impulse and walk in. I learned quickly that T-swirl is a small chain of creperies mainly located in NYC and other major metropolitan areas. The place wasn't too big - there are a variety of tables and benches to sit and enjoy your crepes, and towards the back is the ordering counter and main production area. I grabbed a menu and started browsing. In addition to sweet crepes one would normally think of, they also have a number of savory options - as well as a selection of juices and teas. I decided to go sweet and get the mixed berry crepe - strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries along with custard, yogurt, and granola. They asked if I wanted to add ice cream, but I decided to bypass that option (though I wouldn't be against it in the future). I was actually surprised at how much flavor the crepe had, and how filling it was. There was the right balance of crepe, custard, and fruit, and they served it in a handy holder for easy transport. It was a surprise for me on a real chill, low key afternoon and parked, front and center. Woodsy inside with different type seating around. I actually noticed a long walkway and thought this could be a cool catwalk- but anyway... T-swirl's menu is filled with Savory and Sweet crêpes- all showcasing fresh ingredients. Service? Pleasant- the young lady offered some suggestions. I knew I wanted something sweet and was tossed between a Mango one or the 'Chocolate Nut Party'. But in the end, my tummy settled on the latter one with Whipped Yogurt, Sliced Almonds- and too many other fabulous ingredients to even list. The best part? From my crêpe alone, T-swirl, uses fresh ice cream and ingredients. My Nut Party had about a gazillion ingredients- but they just meshed into a sweet pop! It's not a grab and go- so be prepared to wait and be patient as each crêpe, is cooked to order. I have been walking by T-Swirl Crepe for a long time and hadn't been " wowed" by the fake crepes that were on display in their window but about two weeks ago I decided to try one of their crepes and ordered their " Vegetarian Lovers" which was so delicious that I returned almost every day and have now be one a HUGE fan of almost all of their sweet and savory crepes! I say " almost" because I haven't tried all of them yet! A few days ago, we invited friends over for dinner and ordered crepes for dinner and dessert and it was an incredibly successful dinner party! My advice is call them and place your order in advance since it takes them time to make each crepe individually and the care they staff takes is actually fascinating to watch! I love Japanese crepes and when I saw this was in White Plains, we came to the area to find a bite to eat with the end goal of a sweet treat here. I got my drink right away by it took awhile for them to finish making our crepe. My daughter repeatedly asked me "Daddy, where is it?" numerous time to which I replied to her "They are making it.
