Paris Baguette has quickly become one of my favorite new additions to Owings Mills! From the moment you walk in, the bakery is bright, clean, and beautifully displayed. Every pastry, cake, and loaf of bread looks like a work of art, making it hard to choose just one. I loved browsing the wide variety of sweet and savory options. Whether you're stopping in for breakfast, an afternoon coffee, dessert, or picking up a cake for a celebration, there's something for everyone. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, making it a great place to sit, catch up with a friend, or enjoy a quiet moment alone. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything I tried tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. It's exciting to have a bakery café like this right here in Metro Centre. I'll definitely be back to work my way through the menu. I recently visited Paris Baguette, which opened about a month ago in Foundry Row in Owings Mills, and had a wonderful experience. The location is very convenient, situated next to the library and several other restaurants, making it an easy stop while shopping or running errands. I went during the opening week and enjoyed the experience. I ordered a coffee and pastry and enjoyed sitting inside to enjoy. The crab croquette was good and my coffee was hot and fresh. The restrooms were clean. I have since fallen in love with the garlic croissants! There's plenty seating and it would be a nice place to sit to work or study. I rate them a 4 out of 5 because I prefer warm pastries and some of items are overpriced. However, I think they are a great addition to that area and the Neighborhood. read more

All the pastries looked amazing. Was looking for a specific cake that I had gotten in Korea but unfortunately it does not look like they are sold here. Didn't get anything since I didn't see what I was looking for. Staff was attentive. Place was busy with guests even with it being in the early evening. Can only imagine the crowds in the mornings or on the weekends. There was a lot of seating but again on the weekends I can see it being crowded. read more

What a great addition to this side of town! Paris Baguette is a trusted bakery chain and this location didn't disappoint. Since the store was still in its grand opening phase, it was busy but people moved through the space quickly. There was ample space for people to sit and enjoy their food on site. They have baked goods, sandwiches, slices of cakes and whole cakes. If you're new to this chain, grab a tray and a pair of tongs and use them to grab your pastries. Then you go up to the counter and they'll ring you up and take your drink order. The mochi donut was perfectly chewy and I cannot wait to try more flavors. read more

Paris Baguette has finally opened. I was driving by this morning and realized they are open. All pastries and bread is made daily on site. Today I chose a couple savory pastries (4 cheese quiche for now and a korean bbq pizzarette for later) and a sweet custard. The drinks were not enticing so I settled with a small fresh mint lemomade. The quiche was delicious and the lemonade was not much to speak on. It was not good. The staff seems to be working greatly. Have a little patience with the cashiers as they learn the operation. The decor is like the others. Im happy to see this closer and up and running. Stop by and wave at the bakers at work. read more

My eyes were bigger than my belly, and I gained 3 lbs in 30 minutes but worth it. What a deliciously unique addition to the area. Service was surprisingly quick considering the crowd on the first Saturday of opening week. I'm excited to see if they offer new items as the weeks go on although it will take months to eat our way through the current selections. Why is it called Paris baguette? I could not find any cake that one can enjoy in France. Maybe I came too late, 8:30 PM, the only cake remaining were cheesecake or layered cake ( we tried chocolate and moka), and they were tasteless, not very good. Very disappointing.. read more

Great concept, lovely space but by 1pm (which is when I visited) the floors needed to be swept, food crumbs and paper on the floor. Beautiful pastries but since everything is serve yourself, it's all kept cold. While this is the correct way to keep the pastry, there was no option to warm anything up leaving what is supposed to be flaky and light was dense and dry, hard Nutella and jam Lots of coffee options as expected, since I drink black coffee I was pleasantly pleased with the brewed LavAzza coffee. I visited this Paris baguette for the third time to try the new blueberry lemon donut which was very tasty. Unfortunately that was overshadowed by me hearing the manager (Mike or mark) loudly proclaim to one of their kitchen employees that "half of his staff is stupid". This was extremely unprofessional and made my partner and I quite upset. We noticed that most of the staff were young women of color so this left a really bad impression. read more

My mother and I came here on a Monday morning to avoid the busy crowds. I got the Nutella croissant and the blueberry and cheese pastry. everything was very tasty and fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful and actively restocking fresh pastries. The establishment was also very clean and tidy. I also ordered a vanilla latte and it wasn't as sweet so i added a sugar packet. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely be back. it's a good location for a meeting up with friends as well. read more
