Got their iced mocha, some mochi donuts, and coffee croissant donut. Customer service was great, and service time is pretty good with a line to the door. The Coffee Croissant Donut was amazing, and had a layer of coffee cream in between the donut, which was a tasty surprise. Had breakfast and chitchat there with a friend early today (a Saturday morning). It wasn't busy quite yet at 8a, but certainly was by the time we left around 10:30a. The restaurant appeared spotlessly clean and the cases were full of beautiful and tempting treats. I chose a croissant doughnut with coffee icing and a coffee danish. The croissant doughnut was heavenly--crispy flaky light-as-air layers dusted with sugar were a lovely contrast to the silky, rich icing. The coffee danish was well-executed but less interesting, lacking a strongly-defined coffee flavor. The decor is cute -- I'm a sucker for the chevron-design cafe sets with wrought-iron bases and marble-look tops. The fresh yellow tulips on each table were a nice touch. Service was polite but somewhat reserved -- *that* aspect definitely felt French, lol. We're looking forward to our next visit. read more

It's a pretty efficient albeit chaotic checkout system, but the staff are helpful and friendly. I wish I would've taken pictures but we got a regular croissant, an almond croissant, blueberry yogurt cake slice that was delicious and a whole variety of small pastries. The baked goods prices were okay. Some items were pretty high in price while other items were pretty low. The cream cheese donut and cheese tart were amazing. The cream cheese donut was basically a sugarcoated donut that was fried but had a thick cream cheese filling and the cheese tart was basically a mini cheesecake and some thing about the flavor of that tart was absolutely fantastic. A very soft tart with a delicate soft pie crust texture not a crunchy hard crust. If you happen to be a bakery lover, then you will really like this place because there was a huge selection of different croissant base pastries and more. They also had cakes, sandwiches....just a whole variety of things to choose from. The decorations were fun and trendy. Will be back but also, be ready to spend some money in here. read more

My granddaughter bought two cakes on November 22,2023. The order was cancelled by the Paris Baguette due to too many orders. Despite asking for a refund by going into the store with her receipt and calling she is told the manager is not there and she has not received her refund. The total cost was $98.90. Came here an opening day. They were still putting stuff out early in the morning. Got some Egg tarts, they were raw and I did not notice it until after I got home that morning I do still have one egg tart at home. I'll be glad to show you guys a picture of it. If you like maybe even another 5 to 10 minutes baking. It could help. Sandwich was pretty good. A little too much lettuce. First time I ever had cucumbers in a chicken salad sandwich. Peach iced tea was really good. Came back the next day. They were completely empty in the store of items by 2:30. The manager who stayed behind the counter was very pushy to a lot of ppl. Did not offer to put my little pudding cup in a to go box so I asked for a cup, and I put it in the cup to safeguard it. I know this is a new establishment but I hope it works out pretty good for them. It's in a really good location. I have been to over 20 Paris Baguette and this is one of the worst ones I've been to. Every time I come here it is so disappointing. The service sucks. It always takes twenty minutes to make two drinks. No pastry is ever available. I have been to many Paris baguettes and this is by far the worst one I have ever been to. The employees i feel need more training or need more employees. Ambiance is terrible. Was the first time visiting Paris Baguette. Stopped in for a chipotle chicken panini and was beyond impressed! I went ahead and went for a cheese tart and iced americano to complete my lunch. The panini was very fresh and perfectly balanced. The tart was just perfect in the warm weather. I loved the light and openness of the location and that you could see the pastry chefs hard at work. I usually like Paris Baguette a lot but yikes, was I disappointed in the pistachio king cream donut I purchased today for nearly $5. It's completely inedible, like it absorbed sooo much grease and had been dropped in the fryer before the oil was hot enough. The store is a little bit too far for me to justify driving back for a refund but I'm not sure how you can put this product out and not notice. Terrible customer service! Came in wanting a slice of ganache cream cake. I didn't see any in the case, so I asked one of the bakers behind the counter. She told me they could cut a slice of any cake they have in stock. I then went to the register to order a slice and the cashier told me that's not allowed.
