Amazing experience at Paris Baguette this weekend. I've been wanting to try it out since it opened several months back. They have a wide selection of baked goods from breads to cakes (and everything in between). There's something for the sweet and savory lover alike. Everything is beautifully displayed and looks extremely appetizing. After walking around several times we made our selections. As a savory fan, my two favorites were the smoked sausage bread and the ham and cheese pastry. We ventured out to try the curry croquette, which was a pleasantly delicious surprise! All the sweet items were great as well. The jumbo twisted donut reminded me a lot of a churro. The tiramisu tart was nicely done along with the king cream donut and the very berry pastry (which was almost too pretty to eat). I like how you can just grab a tray and load it up with goodies, then head to the register to pay. Very easy process. They will also heat up certain items for you like the smoked sausage bread. You can also get all the items to go. They were so busy on a Saturday morning. We went around 10:30 am, which is a little late for a bakery but some of us still need sleep. One table inside thankfully opened up at the right moment so we could sit down. They did have some outdoor spots as well. Tables could have been a bit cleaner between customers. That would be my only criticism. Otherwise excellent food. The bakery is located next to Trader Joe's (close to Costco and Boondocks). It's more than worth the drive out to Parker. I may have found a new favorite spot! read more

We don't get to Paris Baguette as often as we'd like, or even as often as we talk about going, but we always love going there for a treat. Go early in the day for the best selection, but even when we've gone later in the afternoon, there are still a lot of great options. Whether you like donuts and French patisserie style baked goods, you're going to find it hard to pick, so maybe get some to enjoy in the store and some to take home. The coffee and other beverages are also great, and with almost as many options. You can also get items that are more like a balanced meal than a sweet treat. The sandwiches are really good, so don't overlook them! The staff is helpful and friendly, and you can watch them making some of the many items sold there throughout the day in the front of the store (you can't miss it). As they say in France, "Même si vous avez besoin d'une application de traduction pour écrire quelque chose en français, vous pouvez toujours profiter de délicieux produits de boulangerie français autant que n'importe quel natif de France!" I heard Paris Baguette - an Asian owned baking chain from the West Coast had made its entry into the Colorado Market so I drove down to check it out. I mention the Asian connection because in addition to ie traditional bakery items like baguettes, danishes, croissants and cakes etc., they have some items very unique to Asian bakeries. There are lots of fresh items to choose from and more than likely something for everyone. Ironically I'm not crazy about their baguette and being their namesake I just had to take a star off my review for that! My first two visits they didn't have a baguette in stock.. once I was there at 8:20 in the morning and they said they hadn't come out yet? It's not a bad loaf but it's more like a Veneto Italy Ciabatta than a Paris baguette. If in Parker and you want a wonderful traditional baguette, after you find a few items here make the short drive over to La Baguette du Normandy and get a truly classic loaf. read more

I did a quick walk in order. It's pretty easy to get carried away when you're surrounded by so much yumminess! You pick a box (or a bag for smaller orders) and use tongs or wax paper to select the baked goods. There are a variety of croissants and little tarts. We tried the coconut mochi donut which was light and fluffy. We also selected an egg tart that was dense in the best way possible! The raspberry fruit bite is a definite must! The cream cheese donut was a filler and we could have skipped that option as it was nothing to write home about. The sweet rice donut was amazing! It had a thick red bean paste inside that was the right amount of sweetness and the sugar coating was the perfect compliment to the doughy rice donut. The coconut mango cake slice was airy and light and a medley of beautiful summer flavors. The small touch of the Paris Baguette chocolate decoration was the icing on the cake (slice)! My wife works nearby so I wanted to bring some pastries in the morning for her and her co-workers. I had been into Paris Baguette a couple of times previously so thought I would just go in and grab a few things. They have an interesting process...instead of telling people behind the counter what you want and having them box your items for you, they have accessible cabinets where you can choose and box what you want. So I grabbed a box and set of tongs and started filling my box and one of their staff came out (Cade, Cole???) and asked if he could help and get me another box (the boxes are kinda small). I said yes and he grabbed another box and let me know that they had some fresh items coming out of the kitchen and asked if I wanted to give them a look. Okay, maybe I am a sucker for an upsell, but the fresh stuff looked and smelled amazing. I grabbed a couple and headed to checkout. The staff worker that helped me stayed with me through check out, then escorted me to the door and opened the door for me (I had 2 boxes in my arms). Admittedly I am gradually becoming a skeptical older guy, but really thankful for a place that appears to train their people attention to detail and how to care for others. read more

Do not come here later in the day or you will be disappointed with the lack of options. However, shout out to the management, even then I had three things to choose from late one afternoon, so tried two things and they were all friggin' perfect. I have high standards for pastries and these met my expectations. Will be back earlier in the day on a quest for a baguette and some croissants. I can't imagine I will be disappointed. Yum, yum, yum. Coffee Croissant Donut!! Do I need to say anymore? I'm a coffee person through and through and you will love this with to your next cup-a-joe. I would have added a picture, but I ate the whole thing before I could. You can go online and see one on the PB menu. I go in to treat myself every so often. On this visit, the crew had a tray of these, so I took a chance having never had a croissant donut before. What a treat!! The crunchy outside of the croissant with the coffee flavored icing on the top was perfect. Then I got the great texture surprise of the cool coffee flavored cream with the light, buttery croissant on the inside. A wonderful mix of textures and flavors. Just don't make the mistake I did by putting it into a bag, the icing may stick to the bag and you'll want all that goodness. Thanks PB for the suggestion this morning. Ordered a custom cake for my girlfriend's birthday over the phone three days before pickup. The person who picked up confirmed my order, took my name and phone number, and asked when I would like to pick the cake up. I asked if I could pay over the phone and they said I had to pay in store when I pick the cake up. Three days later, I arrive at the bakery, ask for my order, and there is no record of my order, and they do not have the cake ready because I did not pay over the phone even though I explicitly asked if I could pay over the phone. I asked if I could order and pick up the cake the next day and they said that their orders are booked and that I would have to come in early the next day to try and claim a cake from their stock. I was very sad that I couldn't get the cake that my girlfriend wanted and will unfortunately have to buy the cake from a different bakery. If you are trying to order a cake from this place over the phone, make sure that you pay over the phone. Ask to speak to a manager if they deny your payment over the phone. PS thank you Savanna for trying to help :). The first person (I think her name was Candace) was unhelpful and just avoided me because she did not want to deal with the problem. read more

This is a dessert haven. They are always busy but the lines move quickly and the turnover of the tables happens fast too. There are so many desserts to choose from and they all look like they could be pictured in a magazine. A team is always at the ready to fill in with fresh pastries from the oven. Food is tastes good but I'd expect it to be cleaner experience inside (especially given the high prices). It's just dirty every time I come (even when not busy) the workers don't seem to wipe down the floors, the chairs or the tables regularly at all. The shelves were almost empty but the store just opened 3 days ago so it's understandable. I got a soufflé cheesecake which was delicious. It was light & delicate, not heavy as cheesecake can be. The only savory items are premade sandwiches & not a lot of choices This is a French-Asian bakery & so the customers were 90% Asian. They were having a great time so it was very loud. New Parker Bakery! Saw the line out the door Easter weekend, but only one person outside today so decided to try. Picking your tray and items is assembly style, you grab some tongs and choose whichever items you please. We went with some pan au chocolate, fruit tart, croissant-doughnut (cro-nut) a caprice tart, and a strawberry and cream fruity bite. All we're good, the best was the cronut. The pan au chocolate needed more chocolate but otherwise all were great. I'd say we'll try again once the hype slows a bit and they get some growing pains of the check-out line squared away. read more

The pastries we tried were lackluster. We stopped in as we were at Costco and saw it was in the same shopping plaza. This is premium pricing for freshly bakes pastries as expected. We opted for savory options as it was lunchtime and maybe this was the mistake. It was odd to see that there weren't any baguettes for sale given the name of this place. There were sandwiches in the refrigerated section made with baguettes that were suspect. It is odd they didn't offer made to order options but self service, as if you are at the airport, is the business model here. The ham and brie with everything pastry was the only one with discernible flavor. I'd skip the ham & cheese croissant and the broccoli cheddar quiche. I am not sure why it was billed as a quiche since it was a pastry. There are plenty of seats if you decide to eat in. Visited the store on the opening day. Quite a crowd even in mid-afternoon at around 2 and most of the pastries were about out. Ordered the blue cream cheese pastry, souffle cheesecake (as these were basically what's left) and a cup of cappuccino. The staffs were nice handing out cake samples. Most of the customers in queue grabbed whatever available from the shelves and were delighted there were still some to choose from. The ovens appeared all occupied, so probably the shelves would be replenished soon. The texture of the blue cream cheese pastry was crisp with buttery flaky layers; the taste of blueberry and cream cheese was balanced and not overly sweet. The souffle or Japanese cheesecake was moist, delicate and fluffy with a light citrus and cheese taste, once again, not overly sweet and quite refreshing. The cappuccino from Lavazza coffee beans retained its robusta taste, but was smooth, flavorful and well balanced, as expected. Overall, probably one of the best bakeries in town and was pleasantly surprised. Thumbs up! As the store opens at 7, will certainly visit earlier in the morning to try more pastries nest time. read more

Paris Baguette is one of my absolute favorite coffee spots ever! The variety of pastries is almost overwhelming. The sandwiches/paninis are so yummy! I LOVE THE LAVAZZA COFFEE! The atmosphere is great but sometimes so packed that there is nowhere to sit. Cole and Paige are two staff members who truly make the experience! The only thing I don't like is that there aren't options for actual plates or coffee mugs which would make the experience perfect. read more

Today we went to Paris Baquette for the 6th times since they open. Never had a bad experience before but unfortunately today I got bad experience from the cashier . I ordered 1 Iced tea and I choose black TEA for the ICED TEA. And She asked me : do you want sweet or unsweetened ? I said : can you make it half and half like half sweet and half unsweetened? And she said yes . After awhile my Black Iced tea is ready . And I drink it and its not a tea taste. Instead of Tea taste its black ice coffee taste . So I went to Cashier and talk to her and tell her thats black tea tasted is exactly like black ice coffee. And she said : this is our black iced tea taste just same like black iced coffee. And I said : are you sure the black tea taste just like coffee taste ? And she said : YES thats our black iced tea taste just like coffee taste . And I said I dont think so that tea tasted like coffee Its two different thing. I told her that I know what is black coffee taste like and whats the tea taste like . This is 100% black coffee but she keep saying this is our Paris Baquette black iced coffee taste like just like coffee. There's a good reason this place is packed! The food is DELICIOUS!!! I had the hot dog in a croissant (it may have a fancier name), and he had the ham, swiss, and egg croissant. We also had a filled donut and the strawberry crème cake. All wonderful! Definitely come by. read more

I let the staff know, but they said they'd let the management know but didn't offer a refund. For $14/box, you'd expect them to be at least okay. The Coffee Croissant Donut was amazing, and had a layer of coffee cream in between the donut, which was a tasty surprise.
