dishes sans potatoes bc carbs and they can't make em w/o onion (allergy)

the parking lot was rather packed, but to our pleasant surprise, there was no wait and we were seated immediately. the staff is warm and welcoming and the establishment was clean with a good layout and a great atmosphere. the coffee was bold and aromatic & quite delicious. we loved our dishes! the omelette was plentiful and tasted like a hearty burrito sans the tortilla. soooo good! my eggs were cooked to order - over easy- and the bacon was perfect. i should have ordered more bc it is not often that i get perfectly fat and crispy yet not burnt. the pancakes were fluffy & airy and slathered with butter and drizzled in syrup - dee-lish! lastly, the price was en pointe! way better service and quality than ihop or village inn and price was lower or - at most - comparable. WIN! WIN!

So excited for how pretty this place is and the view but the love is missing from the flavor of the food. I mean it comes out so quick!! Some may enjoy it which I get it, it's less expensive than most breakfast/brunch places but I think just add a little more seasoning and love and make the French toast French toast and you got something. I didn't take long to get seated and the waitress got our order in! So if you looking for a quick breakfast brunch meal then this is the spot.

We went on a Friday at 11 AM expecting there to be a really long line but luckily we were seated right away. The service was possible, and the food was upper scale, brunch food. They have a vast menu I am tempted to come back and try.

The food is always great, served fresh and warm. The prices are reasonable and the portions of food are generous. The staff is inviting , prompt and attentive. Thee restaurant is spacious, clean , outdoor seating is an option.

Waited 10-15 mins to be seated. Stuffed french toast was pretty good, really heavy tho. Food also came out within minutes - we were surprised bc the place was so packed. Waiter was fun too.

We ordered takeout on a weekend from Le Peep. When I called to place the order, the woman who answered the phone was extremely attentive to my questions about allergies. They have a full gluten-free menu and she repeated it back to me that everything would be gluten-free that I ordered. The food we received tasted delicious and was exactly as promised. However, the next day, both my gluten-free husband and I were ill. I have no way of knowing if it was gluten in the food from Le Peep or not. I would eat here again and pay attention to how I felt before and after.

Ate weekday brunch here after going on a trail ride at the horse ranch across the street. SUPER CUTE French bistro vibes. The iced caramel macchiato was delicious! Heavy on the caramel, however, so ask them for less caramel if you don't want it so sweet. I ordered the Rock Lobster Scramble. Menu says Hollandaise sauce would be on the side. It was assembled like an Eggs Benedict, however, except without the ham. No matter, though. It was delicious and cooked perfectly. Our server, Francisco, was very pleasant and did a great job as well. It's absolutely worth a visit!

I'm not sure if he's a manager or a waiter, but the older gentleman was amazing. From when he picked up the phone to when he gave me my pick up order. He was very joyful. You don't see much people these days with good customer service. 10/10 on service. My food also looks phenomenal. I would come back any day over this first interaction!

First time here... seemed to have a good atmosphere, Friendly staff. Very generous portions of food that is delicious. Long waits. A little more pricey than other places but still affordable. I am giving it three stars because I asked the waitress if they had natural orange juice, and she said yes. So I ordered a large glass, and guess what? It wasn't freshly squeezed orange juice. I asked a different girl about the juice, and she said that they didn't serve fresh orange juice. So I was drinking orange juice from a gallon it tasted horrible. I can't stand it! Not sure if I want to come back. The food was good. Total bill was over $50 bucks for two people.

A great place to have breakfast with family! Wait time is less than 15 minutes and service is amazing! The food has a wonderful home made taste and it truly was one of the greatest experiences we have had in a long time! Our waiter was amazing, and truly deserves the world for his kindness! I highly highly recommend this place!

Came in after an interview for a quick breakfast, and quick it was! Came in and was immediately seated, placed an order, and recieved my food all in less than 10 minutes! The lobster benedict was really good and the prices were not steep at all.

Food was tasty with quick service. Had a cappuccino which was appropriately foamy with a nice roast coffee flavor. Will be back to try the Apple cinnamon roll.. looked lovely. I had the Poached egg with sausage , ham, green peppers ,potatoes and bacon. Hit the spot. Nice portion sizes.. could not eat it all.

We have recently started buying the entrees. Wow! Can't say enough good things about them. My…read morefavorite is the Classic Meatloaf. 2nd is a variety of Italian dishes; pizza, calzone, & baked ziti (combo cream and tomato sauce) with sausage. I love basically anything with their marinara sauce in it. The flavor is fantastic! 3rd is probably the bagels with the Everything bagel and the 3 Cheese bagels being my top two. Although the Jalapeño and Cheese bagel is up there if I could tolerate the spice. After that I love the Orange Chicken. It is breaded chicken with great orange sauce that I add stir fry veggies to. Sweet and Sour Chicken is good also. Can't forget to mention the delicious enchiladas which I eat with a salad to make more of a taco salad. For most things we add our own veggies to make a complete meal. The cooking instructions have been good except we've had trouble getting the pizza crust to cook through. What seems to work after much trial and error is 20 min. at 425 in our oven style airfryer on the metal pan. Pizza should look fully cooked and cheese browning in the center. Remove, add our own toppings and then 10 more min. at 425. The second bake could probably be longer so I will try that next time. Pic attached of the end result pizza. While the very outside of the crust gets a little charred the bottom is fine and this second bake seems to help get the crust cooked. Did a calzone this morning and since it is prebaked the heating instructions worked just fine. It was deliciously crisp and could be eaten as a finger food. We also liked the spaghetti and meatballs with garlic bread but the garlic bread isn't wrapped well in the foil so was soggy. The apple bacon french toast was fantastic but I would prefer no bacon on it. The bacon is thick cut so just ends up being soggy. Apple topped french toast alone would be A+. In terms of other sweets I can't have Xanthan Gum so am limited to their donuts and danishes. The filled donuts are excellent but the regular, while not being cake style (which is a plus) have a taste to the grease that I don't care for. The filled are fried the same but because of the delicious filling you don't taste the grease. The danishes are a favorite but they all come with cheese filling in addition to the fruit so make sure you choose a fruit that goes with their cheesecake like cheese filling. I had gotten tired of eating my own food and am so happy that I have Blue Hummingbird's entrees to fall back on.

It is located about 30 minutes or more from our homes in a newly developed area surrounded by chain stores and chain restaurants. We reserved a table and took the significant drive out to the restaurant. Ambience: 2/5. Located in something of a strip mall commercial area. The dining decor is not impressive. Plastic plants and bathrooms located behind storage shelves along with a view of a liquor store across the parking lot don't make for a romantic setting. But as they say, you can't eat the atmosphere. Service: 4/5. Our waiter was capable. He was wearing a baseball cap, something I don't usually see at restaurants other than fast food joints, but he efficiently dealt with us and delivered the food in a timely fashion. Food: 5/5 We each ordered the three marinated and grilled lamb chops, which included a Greek salad and saffron rice. The salad was crisp and tasty, the saffron rice was delicious, and the grilled chops were downright wonderful. Overall: 4/5.

I'll admit; I am still new to this cuisine and yet I've been to a really good restaurant that boasts this type of food in the central Denver. Having that memory still fresh in mind, when I discovered this place accidentally today, there was no need for me to waste time to second guess about the food. The restaurant is easy to spot; its restaurant name is clearly on the front of the building with big letters. Its boastful existence to let people know about it is something I can appreciate. My anticipation was high due to its current ratings of near-perfect 5 stars. Whereas I've been to places where I truly thought they were simply overrated, I was under the impression that this place was an exception. Upon entering the eatery, a bright pastel colored mural (or wall painting I should say) with restaurant name on it was right in front of me. Its vividness - as if to say that it depicts the colorfulness of the dishes they serve - was a sure indication that it is a diverse restaurant with flavorful cooking. This also enhanced my anticipation. While I was taking some photos at the reception that was unmanned, a young lady eventually came to me with a welcoming voice. She then immediately asked me if I was there for a dine in or to go to which I said to go. The menu is a good size. Colored pictures with easy-to-understand dish name and the description, no person gets confused with what they have to offer. My intent was to get me a few small side dishes and yet as soon as I saw the "Paradise Plate" ($31.95 as of June 14, 2025), I was like, "why not?" even though I wasn't there to buy a huge plate to be shared with someone else. If you visit this place for the first time, this dish is recommended as it has everything. And the portion is huge (this can be easily split between two people.) The plate contains 3 traditional pupusas (which you'll be asked to choose from the traditional pupusa section), 1 chicken or pork tamale, 1 corn tamale, 1 savory empanada, fried yucca (2 pieces) and fried plantain (2 pieces) are all in 1 plate. On top of that, coleslaw type salad/veggie and red sauce accompanied the whole thing so when the young lady handed me my food, the plastic bag was quite the weight. Oh my goodness, what did I just get??? As a tradition of mine, as soon as I got to my car, I immediately opened the bag and then I was like oola la, I realized that I simply got waaaaaay too much food for one person. Sound like I was complaining and yet I was filled with unexplainable joy that filled my heart and mind. Some were deep-fried, some were pan-fried or oven-baked. However they were cooked, their rich and oily flavors with all kinds of spices and ingredients were all over my mouth. I ate some of it in 2 separate sittings and yet the container still had plenty of food left for me to morsel the next day. No wonder this place has 4.5 stars by people who experienced the goodness they offer. Let's not forget. The restaurant is a good size. It was clean. It's got some bar seating perfect for solo diners. I wonder how crowded it gets on a peak lunch or dinner time. Anyway, I am not sure how many (El) Salvadorian cuisine restaurants that exist in the greater Denver area and yet, this must be ranked one of the top 5 for sure. I may still like the one on Colorado Boulevard as it's a lot closer to my house (for a convenience reason), this place checks for great food and service. Whereas I thought some of the foods were a bit too oily to my liking, its overall food quality speaks for itself as to why people fancy this restaurant. For those who live in the Green Valley Ranch neighborhood, lucky them!
