The best thing from Paris Banh Mi is the Banh mi. The pastries seem like they're a couple days old and do not taste fresh. The drinks were too sweet for my liking. But I finally came back to try the banh mi and they are darn good. I had the chicken pate and it was very tasty and I thought there was a lot of meat in it. The bread is the bread that scrapes the roof of your mouth which for us, it indicates a good banh mi, so take that into consideration when you're deciding what banh mi bread you prefer. Now bed side manners could use improvement. We walked in and we heard someone from the back scream "what the f" and later said witch. So maybe call in to place an order so you can come in and quickly pay and leave and your banh mi order is ready. read more

We were greeted right away, and our order was taken promptly. I ordered the teriyaki chicken banh mi and got it in under five minutes. It had a generous amount of meat and toppings. The chicken was well-marinated and tender, and the pickled radish and carrots were nice and crunchy. The cucumber and cilantro were fresh, and everything came together nicely. At $8, it was a great deal. The baguette was typical--not super fluffy, but not overly hard either. Just right for biting into without making a mess. I was excited to find a legit bahn mi place in Colorado. I recommend getting the flank steak sandwich- it comes with a decent amount of seasoned beef and tastes great. You can also request the sandwich to be cut in half so that you can save part of it for later if needed. The store also sells pastries which are equally good. This is the go to banh mi spot up north for us and probably one of our favorite banh mi places the Denver and north metro areas. The bread is crunchy and fresh along with the vegetables. Beware if you are not used to spicy bites to ask for no jalapeños. My go to is bbq pork which is a standard good sandwich. The pork belly with pate are also nice, and the pork belly is super crispy. If you are feeling breakfast, you can also add an egg. My favorite drinks are Vietnamese iced coffee and the fruit tea which has fruit and chia or basil seeds added. We also love the pasties and baos in the hot case. They also have springs rolls, pandan cake, and lots of other pastries that are good in the cases. I really like this place!! Definitely a solid sandwich (Banh Mi), pastry & dessert spot! The sandwiches are really good, my favorite are thier croissant sandwiche- the bbq pork. They also have really good drink options, my favorite is their milk coffee, it's like a vietnamese coffee and it's really good but their other drink options are also great. They also have eggrolls premade that are super tasty. The other nice thing about this place is that it's a very cost effective place to go. Perfect for a quick bite, or to order takeout. The place itself is really nice, and has some seating in case you'd rather eat their. Even though you can sit down and eat this is not a traditional sit down restaurant. This used to be my favorite sandwich place I was very disappointed. I ordered the barbecue pork. The bread was soggy not fresh. The meat was cold cut stick so make it very difficult to eat on a sandwich. Used to have a nice small cut of vegetable. Now you have large stick stuff and the pork was with a lot of liquids and didn't taste any barbecue. The place is run down. Doors are broken fixture full of dust the displays pastries are not very elegant and used to have a lot of choice pastries now it is very limited shelves are empty. The Original bahn mi sandwich was sold out, as well as, the pork steam bun appetizer so, I ordered the teriyaki chicken sandwich. It was delicious and fresh. I have never had a bahn mi sandwich so, I wasn't sure what to expect. But, I think Paris Bahn Mi has set the bar high! I loved it! A traditional bahn mi, for those who don't know (like I didn't), is a French baguette with a protein (pork, chicken, beef), pickled carrots, cucumber and radish with cilantro and mayo. It is an awesome fusion of French and Vietnamese cuisine! The restaurant is cute and has bar stool seating ,as well as, traditional tables with bench and chair seats. There are two doors on opposite sides of the restaurant to enter and exit. It is located in the Home Depot plaza off 120th. There is lots of parking. They have jenga, connect 4 and dominoes available to play, which is great for kids! I also ordered two macaron cookies and an iced Thai milk coffee. Everything was very tasty and reasonably priced. I feel I have said this on a number of occasions when writing reviews, but I love love LOVE trying new places! I have been to this particular cafe a handful of times and have had a pretty great experience nearly every time I've stopped in for lunch. The good: 1. The restaurant is located in a somewhat busy area near a number of different businesses, so parking is usually pretty easy. 2. Their selection of banh mi and teas/beverages is pretty extensive and you have the option of adding flavors to kick up your drinks a notch or two - my go to is always mango (yum). 3. Price point is pretty reasonable - especially when you consider portion size. With two sandwiches and two teas, our order usually comes out to around $25. 4. There are always a ton of baked goods and they are both beautiful and super tasty. I've really been into macarons lately and they've got so many unique flavors to choose from. The not so good: 1. There have been a couple of times that my sandwich has had bone and/or pretty gnarly gristle in it. I usually get their shredded chicken banh mi, and that's never fun to bite into. 2. Not terribly frequent, but sometimes it takes quite a bit of time to get your good after placing your order. We went in just a couple days ago and the dining room was pretty empty, but we waited a little over 30 minutes to get our lunch. Despite a couple inconveniences here and there (mostly the waiting around when we're super hungry), I like this place and will continue to support the business. The employees are always so friendly and always seem to be in good spirits, which is awesome to see. A lot of times, when I find a meal I like, I tend to stick to it whenever I go back to a restaurant lol, but I'd like to dig a little deeper into their menu and try some different items. read more

This was my first banh mi so I cannot compare the quality/flavor, but I really enjoyed it and the chicken was so flavorful. What sets this place apart is that they offer banh mi sandwiches on croissants and brioche buns, in addition to traditional French bread. I tried a pork patty and pulled chicken croissant sandwich. Holy moly were they good! The croissant was a little sweet, which was great with the savory filling. They have a variety of fresh pastries and boba tea/coffee drinks. I also ordered a Vietnamese iced coffee with brown sugar boba. The boba was really fresh and the coffee had a great chicory/vanilla flavor. This is a pretty big space and there's a lot of seating. I've been searching high and low for delicious Banh Mi since moving to Colorado and after a lot of trial and error, I was recommended to try Paris Banh Mi Cafe from a friend. I had the Grilled Pork Banh Mi and it was everything I have been searching for. The baguette had a nice crunch to it but had a pillowy soft center. The grilled pork was marinated thoroughly and the veggies were plentiful but not overwhelming like some other Banh Mi that I have had. The flavors were all incredible and not to mention my order was completed quickly and to perfection. I will ABSOLUTELY be returning soon now that I have found my staple Banh Mi here in Colorado. read more
