I recently visited this breakfast spot and had a mixed experience. The service was excellent our waiter was attentive ensured our drinks were always filled and took the time to walk us through the menu which was much appreciated. The atmosphere is another highlight calm , cozy, and inviting with the feel of a comfortable home-style breakfast setting. For our meal I ordered the chicken fried chicken with gravy, scrambled eggs and potatoes while my spouse had a BLT with potatoes. The scrambled eggs and potatoes were well prepared and enjoyable and my spouse was satisfied with their dish except how her lettuce and tomatoes were soggy. Unfortunately the chicken fried chicken was undercooked. At the time I didn't immediately realize this as the texture seemed soft due to the gravy. It wasn't until later that I recognized the issue and I ended up feeling unwell after the meal. This was very disappointing and ultimately impacted my overall experience. While the service and ambiance were strong positives the food safety concern is significant. I hope the restaurant takes extra care in the kitchen moving forward. read more

This was recommended to me by my friend/coworker for brunch! I got the Izzy's Kickin' Chicken & Waffles and I loved that I opted for the "Johnny Waffle" which is basically cornbread waffle. They ask if you prefer it to be Belgian or Johnny. I didn't really try the EB pork gravy that came with it because I'm not big on gravy for my chicken. But all in all, the meal was delicious. My friend got the breakfast tacos but didn't love it as much.. she said she wished she stuck with her initial hunch of getting the BLT. I tried her breakfast tacos but I think I was already full with the dish I ordered so I can't say I savored the tacos. Service was superb though! I forgot her name but she was really friendly and kept checking if the meal was to our liking. The vibe inside is what you would expect for brunch spots.. loud, busy. The line outside was insane though. I'm glad I made a reservation online! And they're pretty on point. I made a reservation for 2 at 11:15 and by 11:20 (we just parked), when I walked by the hostess to check in, she was already on the phone calling me if I'm still gonna make my reservation. This is definitely one of the better brunch places that stand out. I love their green smoothie and the sweet potato bun sliders, everything is very flavorful and tasty and you get a lot of food. They're always busy so be prepared to wait a while. It's a small space so you are sitting pretty close to other tables but service is quick and friendly. Food comes out fast. 1st time. So 1st impressions..Good atmosphere although small. Got sat quickly and my server was very good and friendly. It's a townhome neighborhood and very well executed. The food was decent. Nicely prepared. It's primarily a Mexican menu, which is not a favorite so I went with the All American bacon and eggs. My bad for not perusing the online menu first.. But the presentation is good and watching what was coming out of the kitchen, the portions looked healthy.. The prices were a couple dollars high and coffee is 5 bucks, which is high for standard coffee. 20 bucks for a basic breakfast is steep (by $5 for what I got). WOW is my most authentic reaction. From food to service, I felt like I was in my grandmas kitchen. Firstly the employees make you feel so comfortable and welcomed that made it a hit for us immediately. Then onto the food, we both got the French Toast - to die for! This place is great. I travel to Colorado several times a year for work. While there I always try and scope out the local restaurant scene. On one visit our server was awesome and the next time good but not as awesome. The awesome server set us up for success by perfectly describing their food and offering suggestions. His suggestions? Chilaquiles and the Double-BLT with an egg on top. Standby. An over easy egg on top. Are you getting that? Let me repeat. A Double-BLT with an over easy egg on top. If you know anything about me you know that I am not a fan of over easy eggs particularly on sandwiches. You also know I am not a fan of bacon on sandwiches. Well, let me set the record straight. This may be the best sandwich I ate in 2023. Yes. It was that good. The Chilaquiles were also awesome but that sandwich outshined everything. Early Bird in Bradburn was so lovely. I went with a friend for brunch and decided to try some of the things on their special menu. I ordered the breakfast sliders since I wanted to see if I liked the combo of a sausage egg sandwich on a Hawaiian roll. Spoiler alert: I enjoyed it a lot! My friend also really enjoyed her dish too and said it was actually spicy enough for her. In terms of the service, they are great about keeping your coffee cup full. I also appreciate that the services very quick here too. In terms of the ambiance, it is a bustling morning eatery. I don't think I would say it is totally on par with the Snoozes sand Syrups but it's more like a cozy local-ish breakfast joint. It is definitely a little noisy but that also comes from the fact that it is a small location and you are only feet from the table next to you. I cannot wait to go back to this place especially to try their new location located in Midtown. read more

And although I thought it was really good, I didn't think it tasted much like crème brûlée, but I really liked it. I ordered the chicken fried chicken and eggs and the chicken was greasy and the eggs were supposed to be over easy and they were over hard. The toast was burnt. I mentioned it to the waitress and she had it corrected, but the new eggs were about the same. It was pricey and certainly not worth the price. read more

The price increases on the menu were quite the jolt this morning after having not been here in a year but inflation has been rough so we get it. Happy to support a great breakfast place. We came on Mother's Day and were thankful to be the second people here at opening- we easily scored a table without reservations (what were we thinking though?) If you have picky eaters, maybe iHop is a better choice? We ordered the $17 French toast with fruit and whip cream to split between our two kids (per request of both kids!) when it came out, it was declared to be too disgusting looking to eat. To anyone there Mother's Day morning, this is why the mom in the corner was cackling uncontrollably for a good ten minutes. I'm celiac otherwise would have eaten it myself as it looked DELICIOUS. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals (Huevos Rancheros and Chicken and Waffles) and will probably leave the kids with the grandparents next time we come. $10 kids meals are just beyond the price range that is easy to roll your eyes and box up the food about. But if your kids aren't ridiculous, this place is worth the price, I'd say. You can always go to a different, cheaper breakfast spot in the area but you won't find the same fare as here. Breakfast/brunch staples with a twist and the potions are massive! The chicken fried chicken has thick pork gravy, not like you'd normal thin runny country gravy. It's crispy and juicy and so big I never finish it. This restaurant was so great! I was in town visiting a friend from Colorado and she recommended this place and what a great recommendation she had!
