I came here for lunch with a friend i hadn't seen in a few months. It's SUPER casual, so had i realized that before we chose the restaurant, we probably wouldn't have come here-- only because it's not a comfy or cozy type of setting. I ordered a chicken dish, which came with slices of cucumber and tomato on the side. I've never been to a pho place before, so that may be customary. The food was pretty good, portion was perfect, I finished my plate and wasn't stuffed, just satisfied. It's always happy and disappointing when that happens. I love that they get the portion right, but I'm sad I won't have leftovers hahaha! We stayed and chatted for a while and we were not rushed out or anything, but just the chairs were not super comfortable, I wish we hadn't. Stopped in for a bowl of Pho Ga on a Friday night. The bowl was delivered to my table steaming away - and the plate of aromatics was fresh: Basil, bean sprouts, jalapeños, and lime wedge. I tasted the broth first and then added all of the aromatics to the bowl. The broth was tasty - but I'm pretty sure that was not a chicken broth - which is disappointing. Great choice for Pho in Stafford. The restaurant staff are friendly if you decide to dine in. The seating is comfortable enough. One day I decided to try the Salt & Pepper Shrimp which turned out to be delicious. The shrimp are lightly breaded, and it comes with plenty of vegetables (although a little sweet). The food here is pretty good. We usually get the Steak and Brisket Pho with Spring and Crispy Rolls as appetizers. They can get busy in a hurry. You will have to flag someone down in order to get refills or if you have an issue however, as they will rarely make rounds to check on customers. Finally another pho shop to hit Stafford. We used to have one back in the days near Goodwill. Hopefully this will stay around longer. We came in on Saturday for dinner and the place was 80% packed. The waitress sat us, said she'll bring us water, 20 mins passed and she's over there in the back chilling and holding a baby. I had to flag down another waitress for water and orders. Food took over 30ish mins to get, we ordered the pork Thai curry, pho veggie, pho brisket, bun bo hue, and rice dish com tam. Overall the food tasted decent. I came back for lunch with co workers and time to recieve food is about the same but I noticed we ordered first yet the table up front got theirs first. We were also missing an appetizer. Today I stopped in for lunch and ordered the Summer rolls with peanut sauce and the grilled beef with rice. I was pleased with my selection and left happy. The service is quick to take your order, and bring out your food and keep your glass filled, no complaints in the service you receive. The restaurant is what you would expect in an establishment like this, it's bright and decorated with pictures of the foods and such. We started with some tea, which actually comes in a nice tea cup, not a tea pot, so it's single serve. But once we drank ours, they brought hot water to use the same tea bag, which worked perfectly. To be transparent I've always had good experience in the past when I order pho to go but the past couple times were a breaking point for me. The past several times I ordered to go they gave me 5-7 thin slices of eye round meat.... The heck???? They use to give almost 1/2 a cup full I know times are rough and prices of meat is expensive but dang to charge 14-15 bucks for a regular bowl of pho with 6 pieces of meat is absurd. Pho shops in NOVA use to pull this before people started doing their due diligence and posting reviews and eventually it fixed itself. Idk what happened or what not but paying 15 bucks for noodles and broth with sprinkles of meat is not it smh. read more

It's fairly new so everything wasn't great. When you first walk in no one greets you so you have to ask where to go. After being seated the server immediately tried to take our order. We did start with the wontons, but they never came... we ordered the shaking beef and seafood pho(it only came with shrimp) which were great in flavor. It would've been better with a better atmosphere, and better staff. It took 45 minutes to get our order and it was correct. They did come back and fix it and eventually gave us the wontons so it wasn't horrible. I'll try it again and hopefully they will have worked out all the kinks by then. read more

This place is one of the best pho restaurants ever. My fiancé and I always get the Summer Roll to start and their peanut sauce is so flavorful. They also have 2 hits sauces on the table one is Siracha sauce and the other is home made (?). Home made one is nice & spicy! For entrees we usually go for brisket and chicken pho. Never disappoints.
