Very quaint and fast service. I do like how it's make your own I only wish that the vegetables were already included. A variety of soup based and vegetarian options was much appreciated. I ordered the spicy miso and this was amazing. The flavor had depth with a kick that was tolerable. I would definitely come back and try other soup based.

Build your own Pho or Ramen was excellent! Especially on a cold winter night this was the perfect spot! The flavor was all there for both soups! The bao bun maybe could've had a touch more flavor but otherwise still very good!! We will be back!

I had the chicken soba which consists of Japanese thin flour noodle with Napa cabbage and carrot. It was delicious. It reminded me of a much tastier version of lo mein that you get from a Chinese restaurant. I don't frequent pho spots often so I don't really have a "go-to" since I usually forget what I got the previous time. I also had their chi tea which was very good. It's always nice to try new things and their menu makes it easy for you. Their service was very good and the place is kept very nice and clean. It gets a little cool if you sit in so bring a thin sweater if you're the type that gets cold easily. I had a short sleeve short on and it was fine but the large crowd I was with had several people returning to their cars to grab their sweaters. I would definitely return here!

Loved the food here. We always used to stop by Fredericksburg for Benny's pizza but my partner wanted to eat something different and tried out this noodle place and it was worth it! The service was quick and the food tasted delicious. I would recommend to anyone who wants to try some great tasting Asian food here.

I went here after a brief visit to BubbleBee for lunch. Why not right? I got a Build Your Own Ramen Large Bowl with Shoyu Broth with Pork Chashu, Thin Ramen, Bean Sprouts, Bamboo, Corn along side with the usual toppings such as soft boiled egg, green onions, nori, fish cake. It was around 20 something dollars and I guess it's okay for ramen... My food took a while to come out but when it did, it looked pretty good to eat on. Not really much to say here but it didn't wow me but it was a portion big enough that didn't leave me feeling hungry afterwards. It was quiet in the restaurant. Too quiet enough where my friend and I were there talking than eating. Perhaps the music could be louder?

5/5 for the decor and space. 5/5 for service: it was good, not a long wait. 4/5 food: the menu consist of Thai food, create your own pho noodle and create your own ramen with some small dishes. I got miso beef brisket ramen with chilly oil: come with some fish cake and half boil egg. The boil egg was hard boil so not very traditional Japanese. My friend got red curry and it was salty. Thai tea was super sweet also according to him.

The food was awesome. The food was prepared quickly and it was very flavorful. The restaurant had good music playing.

We love the vegetable soba here. The food is delicious. The inside is decorated very nice and the staff is helpful. My daughter really likes coming here to eat. It is a little expensive but it seems like you get a good amount for the price.

I decided to stop in for the first time and it was an unexpected joy. My wife and I sat down and ate and then we ordered 2 hibachi rice bowls to take home. Great service and a relaxing atmosphere.

I have to say that I am disappointed with the ramen I ordered. I had door dash bring my lunch and that went well but my order, though expensive in my estimation, was not right. I ordered lemongrass and shrimp ramen base and added grilled shrimp as my protein. The order was to include bean sprouts, fish cake and I ordered a pork bun as well. The soup base I received seemed to be tomato based, which I have a hard time eating sometimes and that is why I ordered lemongrass. I received 5 reasonable sized grilled shrimp with my order, but no where could I find my fish cake, which I was excited to try. The pork bun was fine. For the $19 dollars I paid ($1.00 up charge for the 5 shrimp) for the ramen alone, I feel I received an $8 meal. I am not returning unless I dine in and can ensure I receive what I order.

    Crispy veggie spring rolls

Came here for dinner the other night and got us the crispy veggie spring rolls, pork belly bun, red snapper bun, beef brisket pho, Tonkotsu pork chashu ramen, shrimp pad Thai, and hibachi chicken bowl. Crispy spring rolls - 2/5 it's like any other spring rolls you get from the buffet line. Tastes like store bought and out of the freezer. Pork belly bun - 5/5 mom said she really liked it. Red snapper bun - 5/5 it was the best dish out of the entire meal. Crispy and flavorful, definitely a must order. Beef brisket pho - 2/5 this isn't the place to get authentic pho. Flavorless, won't hit the spot. Tonkotsu ramen - 3/5 it was ok, the pork chashu was very tender, the curly noodles was over cooked, broth was alright, it's better than the pho. Pad Thai - 4/5 I thought this was flavorful , noodles were chewy in consistency of pad Thai. Hibachi chicken bowl - 3/5 meh, the rice was dried, it was ok. Definitely will come back for more buns!

Service was okay I mean they weren't entirely busy when we walked in. Ambience is a quick fast casual joint for. Bowls, poke and ramen. I decided on the gyudon beef bowl and crab rangoons. l am Skeptical about boba at places that are not boba specialized so I take my chance on a uji matcha latte no boba cause I just don't feel like being that risky. Overall...I agree with others that thr beef in the gyudon bowl a bit tough stringy to eat and very SALTY like heavy hand salt that even with rice it was overpowering. I almost needed more pickled ginger to balance it out. My egg was over medium boiled? I wish it was a jammy egg would have been fabulous. I mean it's a drier bowl of gyudon then I've had at other places since there is not sauce. The crab rangoons were okay light and crispy and cream cheese filled now if there was crab or imitation crab I have no idea no traces just red onions not even green onions. The uji matcha latte was more milk than anything else figures who is going to provide loads of uji matcha... look at the cup size and tell me. Price was all of this was about $32 with taxes. So I don't think the quality fits my price value. It fits fast casual Asian inspired food catered to a more Americanized palate. IYKYK.

Today I went afternoon and the chicken in my rice bowl was the driest ever. The breading is so hard--like the banquet maicrowave chicken from dollar general--ok maybe this isn't the worst but it's getting there. Sauce is too sweet. Ramen is not great--it's ok but, there are so many better options in Fredericksburg. Bathroom is surprisingly ok, but I have no idea how to tell if it's occupied even from the inside. RESTAURANT: Full of fun kawaii style wall posters and canvases, it really adds a cute touch to the restaurant. There's ample seating inside in case you want to eat in. FOOD/DRINKS: Three poke bowls and three milk teas. Not all for me, calm down. I chose the 2 protein poke bowl with spicy tuna and salmon, a brown rice base, cucumber, seaweed salad, edamame, ginger, pineapple, avocado, and roasted nori as my toppings, with ginger sauce and eel sauce. I should have asked for the sauces on the side because they were very generous with layering it. The taro milk tea was delicious. I asked for the tiger syrup topping (adding instruction options of less sugar and ice) to add a little kick to the tapioca boba pieces. I will 100% be trying the other teas in future! OVERALL: 5/5 for sure. I love the ease of ordering on the touchscreens in store and also placing your order for pick up - being able to choose a time in advance too is awesome.

My son was initially charged $34.39 for two frozen mango margaritas at the bar. Later, he went back up to the bar ordered one frozen strawberry margarita (listed at $15) and a tequila shot ($6), yet was charged $58.46. When I questioned, the female bartender about the price of a frozen margarita, and shot she immediately stated it was $15 and $6 stated that they thought the two earlier frozen mango margaritas had not been paid for. Obviously that was a false statement because they would've never allowed a patriot to walk away without paying for drinks from the bar this was just a way to justify them overcharging him. Although a refund was issued after I raised the issue, it was still inaccurate only $30 was returned instead of the full $34.39, excluding tax. Additionally, no apology or clear explanation was provided. This experience reflects poorly on the establishment's billing accuracy and transparency. Customers should carefully review their charges, as pricing appears inconsistent for identical items. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this establishment.

There are plastic covers on the chairs, which is practical yes, but takes away from the formality of a tearoom. A couple of the tables were wobbly, and I think they could use one or two smaller tables for twosomes and threesomes. The paper napkins were wrapped the utensils with a cute ribbon which was a nice touch for paper napkins. The main drawback: There was literally a little waste receptacle ON the table! Definitely not appropriate. There's a sort of creepy yet quirky robot that greets you at the front door. It evidently speaks different languages. She's cute though! Her name is Rose. The Victorian afternoon tea was nice, you know okay. I had the cucumber sandwiches (and added chicken salad sandwich for an upcharge) and the tea for $16.95 came with a mini cupcake, a mini scone and a mini cookie. The cuke sandwich was lightly toasted and fresh, the chix salad was on wheat and too mayonnaise-y for my taste. The sweets were delicious. You can choose your sandwich from several options, and your flavor of scone. Today the had raspberry white chocolate, orange cranberry, and blueberry. The Earl Grey cream tea was hot and fresh. Nicely steeped! The teapot and the tea accoutrements were all pretty! The server, Jamie, was sweet and helpful. The shop was also filled to the brim with gifts: jewelry, tea things, figurines, ornaments, candles, soaps and other knickknacks. While I was there the tearoom filled up quickly! Families and guys enjoyed their tea times. However, the ladies behind me were quite loud and rude playing videos loudly of their kids doing "cute" things. So gauche! So uncouth! Not tearoom manners at all! I wanted to take their phones! Ugh! Several customers walked in and ordered from the counter with a large selection of smoothies, boba tea, bubble tea, chai teas, milk teas, coffees, and milkshaplus a huge selection of regular teas: black, herbal, green and white teas. I'd come back, but don't expect the typical English tea experience. It's a bit more low key and casual. Unless you have a large party, you can just walk in without a reservation. I did come back! It was nice that on a Friday, they were open late and we were able to grab a bite! Service was slow on this day because I think only one person was minding the store! I chose the Buckingham Palace tea this time!!
